Parts of the hotel were a little dirty. It seems like renovations are on going. Our room was clean and nice. Rate was good at 122 for two queen room with CAA rate.

Very clean and well-appointed room. Underground parking is a nice feature. I couldn't ask for more.

I was charged twice for the same booking @ 600+ dollars. And it bounced a bunch of my auto-billed payments and pushed me over the limit.

The employee that did this should quit. He's going to get fired anyway.

I no longer just want to speak to the manager. I want to speak to head office.

A five-star rating is a must. Underground charging piles save time charging outside. The room is clean, the equipment is new, independent spring mattress, no noise. The breakfast was great, not too much but good. Especially the sauce is delicious and filling. This is the cheapest hotel in Banff for the entire 7-day trip, but it is a rare hotel with five-star reviews.

Very pleased with our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean also accepted our pet. For the price extremely satisfied.

Nice room, good parking for my service truck. Breakfast had a good variety. Little tricky finding the right entry to the property.

We were evacuated with little to no preparation. Displaced from our homes with very little to our names, I sincerely felt like we were welcomed into someone else’s home. They took us in with open arms, genuine kindness and concern. The entire staff met all of our needs and lifted us up with their compassion. Our fur babies were also accepted, knowing that they too were part of our family. I can never say enough, I can never thank them enough for their kindness. I can only imagine the chaos that must have been created for them with such a large influx of people yet they maintained cleanliness and comfort. Check in was good fast. Changed my room because we had a dog which is fine. Room looked clean, but bathroom shower door ledge was rusty and a bit dirty. Hated the heater in room, was old and hard to control. Fan blew in our faces. Was okay. Comfortable beds. T. V had closed captions. Easy to turn on. Safe and small fridge. Breakfast was not good. Waffle batter was empty had to wsit, then pretty doughy. Eggs in patties. Didn't eat as was similar to the awful breakfast we had at another b.c. Hotel.sausage didn't eat, hash brown patties were low, okay. Hubby had bagel was okay.okay for passing through, but will choose something else with better breakfast next time.

Free breakfast was great! Tesla destination charging was awesome as well. Suite was clean, no isssues. Staff were all very friendly as well

Very clean and cozy hotel! We stay here anytime we’re in Kamloops for the night due to its location, cleanliness, and pet-friendly accommodations.
They have underground parking for peace of mind, checking in has always been quick for us, and the rooms have been spotless. It is a little pricier than other hotels in the area but the pet fee is reasonable and we always leave happy and well rested.
My only (small) complaint is that breakfast is always the same. They have the egg rounds, hash brown pieces and sausages. I would love to see ham or bacon as an option as well to cater to more people but again a very small complaint. They also offer cereals, baked goods muffins/breads, yogurts etc. They didn’t have the pancake machine this visit so hopefully we’ll see it again next time because that was a great option as well.
All in all a great safe hotel with a hot breakfast if you’re not picky.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed at in awhile. Good price point, very friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk guy when I checked in was very good at multitasking and making conversation. He even lent me a charger since I left mine at another hotel. The evening guy was great making sure everything was OK for my stay. They care about what's available to you. The small things matter like USB plug ins on the lamps and alarm clock, night light in the bathroom, and thank goodness for the A/C! I also appreciated the underground parking and a key to be able to get to your floor and parking. Breakfast is offered and lovely to have in the morning. Very clean and beds are sooo comfy and soft. Very happy with my stay and will be back!

Friendly check in, comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere, and free breakfast are some of the reasons I would recommend this hotel. The discount at the On The Rocks Bar was a nice bonus. Only negative was that parking can be a problem when they are fully booked.

Stayed there for 7 days in March, 2022, polite staff, comfortable beds, excellent location. Breakfast was good, very clean and tidy hotel. Will stay there again.

We stayed on a busy weekend,
Kamloops was bustling and the Wingate was full. Business people, sports teams, families, and tourists. The hotel is convenient, clean, safe, and with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great! Pool and hot tub available till 10 pm. It is less than a city block away from shops, drugstores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for 1 night and that was enough, kids running up and down hallways so not real quiet. Started with them changing from a king bed to 2 queen bed room even though booked well in advance, Woke up to no power in my room all electronics not charged overnight needed for next day, no Info in rooms for food or drinks wo t be staying here again

Good price. We accidentally booked this hotel and found it was great! Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Hot tub and pool open early and close late, very convenient. Free breakfast has lots kinds of categories. Perfect.

Lovely clean, quiet room with comfortable beds (2 queen), friendly and patient staff, and fantastic breakfast. Beautiful view of the city and mountains!

Not a bad place to stay, we were fortunate to have stayed here when it was fairly quiet and not busy. The pool and hot tub were nice and didn't require an appointment. Everything in the room was clean. Breakfast was decent, standard items like cereal, muffins, bagels, and tater tot hash browns.

My only complaints would be that the bathroom door was a sliding door and didn't lock, and there was no stationary (pens and notepad) or a bottle opener in the room.

I would stay here again, but definitely recommend booking online even if it's from the parking lot as walk in bookings were about 40$ more than what we paid online.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms had large comfy beds. There was a bit a wear and tear on some parts of the hotel. Overall good to stay at.
