Really bad services today. Really disappointed today with their service.we ordered 1 hour ago and did not recieved it yet. "OMG, that restaurant was an absolute nightmare! The food was like cardboard, the service was non-existent, and the place was filthy. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. "

Really bad service didn’t received the order from 1 hour just making excuses. If anyone want to come advice is to order food at least 2 hours before visiting.

I was at wings surrey location with my family having lunch. Ordered starters first. Server brought our food and just slammed it on our table and walked away very rudely.

Not a bad restaurant at all, however the hostess in the front seemed to be in a sour mood and a smile was not seen anywhere on her face. I think I asked my server (who was very lovely but I forgot to catch her name) I believe the sour girl was Jasmine? She took us to two dirty tables before settling us in a booth in the back and did not make note of any of the specials. However the ambience of the restaurant was lovely and the food was nice for the location. Overall the restaurant was a nice place however I would suggest an attitude adjustment for certain employees.

Went there on Wednesday for wings special but very disappointed with food quality. Ordered bone less wings to try and they were so much breaded then went back to regular wings and they were so dry barely any sauce on it. Food quality has came down but price gone up.

Food was alright. Wings were really small and overcooked - surprising since this is a wing joint, but the flavor of buffalo was good. Great garlic cheese toast. Chicken sliders were good but the chicken looked like a piece of chicken nugget on a bun Service was a bit slow but it was okay.

I hosted a work dinner for roughly 30 people at this Wings location and was pleased by the quality of the wings, the drinks and the service. The atmosphere was amazing and our event went well.

Our server Manny was wonderful. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and I give her a big shoutout for holding it down by herself with such a large group. She did great and made sure to touch bases with us regularly so we were taken care of. Very grateful for her amazing service and friendly demeanour. Definitely would go back.

This restaurant is nice and has good food with great service. I would recommend this place!

The manager served us. When i told her this was our first time eating at wings, she comped our happy hour wings and fries. This was a very nice surprise. Thank you, manager. You truly made our first experience a memorable one. This I will never forget. It is Muchly appreciated, and we will definitely be back.

Just overall mid food, service and atmosphere. No one’s fault by any means. Wing Wednesday special isn’t so special lol

I was able to get over to Wings in Surrey. It turned out great! Alyssa was our server and suggested the Perogies. They were great! We also enjoyed the fish and chips special which was very tasty. The Manager, Michelle, also stopped over to see how everything was going. Very pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff. I will be going back when I get a chance. Thanks for a good experience.

Came here for their wings special, as I’m a fan of their variety of wing flavours. Service was excellent and unfortunately for them their wifi (therefore their credit/debit machine) was down. Unlike another restaurant that made me come back with cash to settle the bill, my server Sam and the others put the food on the house. Felt bad for them, but they did what was honourable and I appreciate that.

Great experience! Ordered a few different flavors of wings and Peri Peri fries. Both were fresh and crispy. Jasmine was an awesome host and made our group feel welcomed. We will be back. Thanks to the whole wings team for a great visit.

Very amazing staff. Management are very professional. Food was very timely served. Customer service was one of the best I've ever had. I believe her name is Michelle who is in Management went above and beyond to make my time there welcome and highly recommend anyone and everyone to this location
