Best chicken wings around! Delicious and crunchy, always saucy too. All the sauces are great! House made original sauce not the standard everyone else serves

I like this place, but during my recent visit, it was very difficult to make eye contact with the server and I had to wait a long time to place my order.

Ok. Very loud and not enough staff, but the server did the best they could.
Wings good, but when did they become so expensive!

I’m here as we speak. The service was slow for us to get a table considering it’s Sunday wing day and it’s dinner rush happening. Slow to order, slow to get the bill, slow for refills.
There’s like 30 TVs in here and while I understand it’s playoff football, I guess this place is incapable of putting two different sports on all the tvs they have. We asked to have the basketball game on to a few people, which it was on a few of the tvs for about 10 minutes before they switched it back because someone else complained they were watching the football game. Why have all of these TVs if you’re not capable of putting more than one sport on to satisfy different customers? It’s a SPORTS bar lol what a joke. Sports is plural. Came here specifically to enjoy wings and watch sports but I might as well have stayed home.

Not to mention when we first asked to put basketball on the bartender started complaining to our server “Oh, pretty sure it’s done don’t worry about it I think it started at 1 it’s done”. Um, no. Don’t worry about it? What kind of customer service is that. The game started at 3, it was 3: 30… it was obvious the bartender (Ryan I believe his name) was didn’t want to change football as he was glued to the tv himself watching. If you didn’t think we could hear you, we were a table away from the bar lol.

Waste of money. So disappointed. It seems to keep getting worse every time I go there.

My 3 and 4 year old daughters loved their Mac & Cheese. 1hr 15 minutes after they ordered it, of course. Drinks? Who needs those? Our table of 12 had a mandatory tip added so why serve us? As I smoked outside a lady from a nearby table asked us about our service and I had told her it "wasn't great". She responded: "I told my husband not to tip! ".

As opposed to the corporate chain jumping in to offer to 'make things right' on all these 1-3 star reviews, why not have better corporate oversight to ensure, at minimum, decent service?

Wings, do better. The poor quality of the front-of-house staff aside from the hostess, ensure my family won't be returning to any of your locations under this brand despite good experiences at the locations in Burnaby, Coquitlam and Surrey.

I find myself at WINGS at least once a week for the $10 wing days (Wednesday and Sunday) and every time I am very happy with the experience. They have such a variety of flavours to choose from, when the wings arrive at the table they look they would be used in a commercial, so crispy with the perfect amount of sauce. 10/10

Service is generally pretty good, depends on the time of day, They can get slammed. And when they are busy they open up their underground parking which is nice.

If you are looking for an affordable delicious restaurant/sports bar, WINGS aid your place!

You would think the wings would be good at a restaurant called wings. I could make the exact same thing in my oven with frozen wings from a grocery store.

My review is solely based on price. I love this place and I have been coming here for 4 years once a month ordering 4 beers and 40-50 wings and veggies and Bobby sauce. I was there last night and ordered the same thing and my bill was around 35% higher then every other time, no mistakes on the bill. $28 for 4 beers and $17.50 for a pound of wings. I am sorry but this is outrageous. If I am going to spend $133 for having wings I would rather have a nice dinner at cactus or the keg. Owners I hope you are listening Cause you have lost a regular monthly client.

Absolutely horrendous parking at this place! Tried to come in for my birthday dinner, drove around 5 times trying to get a spot and eventually gave another establishment out business.

Had a quick bite here. It was a wing special nite so very busy but we asked to sit at the bar and got right in. Just had some draft beer with dry ribs and dry Texas BBQ wings. Not much flavouring on the wings. Ribs were a bit fatty but good. Bartender that served us was very attentive and friendly. Nice upscale design. Would go back

I have to say the only good thing was the hockey game and the chair. The Westcoast Lemon pepper wings were over cooked to the point that the meat stuck to the bones. No fat left on the poor thing. It tasted like lemon pepper. The size of the wing was like any pub that serves $. 50 cent wings. I told the server what I thought of the wings when asked and she apologized. Really disappointed in this place. Better wings at Costco!

Note: I have reached out to their management and they assure me that these are trying times and that not all patrons are as easy to deal with but are obliged to continue with BC’s Covid policies. As for the food, they have apologized and offered me complimentary wings the next time I am there. They would like everyone to advise the staff if there is any issue with their food or service. I am editing this review to 3 stars as I feel that by the management reaching out goes a long way to both correct the issues and provide an excellent product. I will re-visit this review once again after I visit them this week.

They charge 15% tip which is included in the bill extra with your food cost. Tip is being forced, generally people give 10 to 15 percent tip but making it mandatory makes it odd. I don’t think I will be visiting them in future.

So i am writing a reply for the restaurant’s owner’s reply
First of all your server never mentioned that he will not let us in because of the vaccine passport we left because we didn’t accept the 15% service charges rules and for you information its NOT EVERYWHERE
Secondly before accusing let me tell you i have a valid vaccine passport and government id’s which was gladly accepted by Cactus club where we went for better food and better servers if i have to i can bring in my id’s and then what will be your answer will you be apologizing from me publicly? Because i got vaccinated last year also with the booster shot so no need to share the link we live in the same country i know the rules better than you you should focus on your words before replying to a customer’s review BE PROFESSIONAL
And lastly i am not like you guys that i will treat your staff badly you should teach your staff how to behave and welcome a customer

The funny thing about Wings is that their cauliflower wings are my favourite thing on the menu, beating out the regular chicken wings.
They're always cooked perfectly: crispy and flavoured well on the outside while being juicy on the inside without creating mush of the cauliflower.

Hate leaving bad reviews, but I went here last night, and the food was terrible. Honestly the worst wings I’ve had in my life, and Ive been all over North America. The staff wouldn’t stop staring while I ate, and the waiter wasn’t very professional. I still gave a good tip though lol

Just ordered for the first time in years and it did NOT disappoint. Everything was delicious! Wings, potato skins, quesadilla, Texas fries, flat bread. Perfect Super Bowl Sunday food! Arrived hot and fresh and was really tasty.

Got boneless wings here 2 days in a row for pickup, food is delicious.the first time I had to go back and ask for the cutlery I ordered, and the second time I didn’t realize until I got home that the ranch dip I paid for wasn’t in the bag. It’s not a deal breaker but I can tell that this place would be a nightmare to dine in at, doesn’t seem like there is much care or attention to detail done by the staff. When I drove all the way back to pick up the ranch nobody was apologetic or had any urgency to fix it, I probably waited another 5 minutes for the little sauce. Although the chicken was great I’m less inclined to come back unless I’m ready to have to deal with carelessness.

My brother and I went here expecting the usual, but where surprised by the attentive and respectful service they provided! The wings where fantastic and we even had the guts to sample the bobby wing! Not for the faint of heart (it burned for at least an hour). Will definitely be back again!

First time coming to wings after doing a lot of searching around for a classy yet affordable spot for my husband's birthday and wings Abbotsford nailed it! Very clean all around and the food was PHENOMENAL! The best wings and burgers I've had in Abbotsford for a long time. We will be back!

Not exactly fine dining but still really tasty food in my opinion. Wait staff was attentive, drinks were strong, weirdly quiet atmosphere inside and road noise was excessive outside. Kudos to our waitress who practically babysat our kids who were seated at a separate table (good ol' covid restrictions). Can't go wrong with wings, the quesadillas are yummy and so are the big Texas fries. My hubby loves coming here so I'm sure we'll be back.

Tried calling for 30 minutes with no answer. Upon attending the door greater was absent. Our party went unacknowledged for a period of time beyond what was acceptable. The cleanliness of the establishment was also poor, noted was booths that are in need of repair, un cleared tables and a dirty floor.

Tl;dr rude managers, horrible to great staff

Management were awkwardly defensive when I asked why they had reruns playing rather than the advertised UFC 265. They rectified it, but their bartender refused to speak to us afterwards, and it was clear their manager was losing his temper around the corner.there were kids around. Our waitress was so embarrassed. Poor girl. She is the reason not 1 star. She was rad.
