WINGS Burnaby

We had our Christmas dinner at Wings in Burnaby, and I just have great things to say about the place. Everything was awesome, and the Friday New York Steak Special it is pretty good.
Thank you for the great food and service.

My favorite Wings location, tried a couple of others, but this one seems to be fairly poplar. Not the biggest location, so always seems busy.

There are not a lot of places where you can find VEGAN wings, and this place had great cauliflower ones! The Korean sesame cauliflower wings were our favourite. Special shoutout to friendly Michael, who made us creative cocktails (with flair)!

Wings with blue cheese are a delight. 100/100 drinks. Very friendly staff. Cheers to Suhana and Micheal

This used to be our favorite place to go to. We are regulars and like to go there at least once or every few weeks. After yesterday food experience I don't think we will be going anytime soon.
Our nachos had hardly any cheese, where as when we used to order it all the time, it was very cheesy. It wasn't that busy yesterday and server was not very attentive.
When we tried to complain about the nachos, nothing was taken care of. Usually something would have been taken care, our pop order or something but nope.
I didn't care for the shrimp tacos, way too saucy. I didn't bother to complain. We won't be going there. The food seems to be not consistent anymore. I work in a restaurant so I know what to deliver to customers.

I had encountered your assistant manager Ms. Rashida (Rashi) Faustino. Feeling entitled international student who don’t value others. Must learn and practice in canadian way how to be nice. Very rude, ignorant, racist, entitled & most of all arrogant.

Went to this Wings to grab a bite on a Friday night, service was excellent, food was good and it didn’t take too long to prepare. Unfortunately I had to remove one star due to a minor issue that we had but it’s all good!

10/10, service was excellent. Restaurant was busy, with only two people in the entire restaurant. This girl named Ed? Ran around, and still paid excellent attention to us - she was so fast! Food was great as well! Thoroughly impressed.

The wings were cold and tasted awful, we weren’t attended well. Highly dissatisfied by their quality and attention to customer’s complaints.

Came in last night after work. My friend/ co worker and I pretty much got ignored entire time being there. We had to call the servers ourselves. Our waiter did not once acknowledged to talk to us expect for our orders and that was it. Did not ask for refills, if we needed anything, or how the food was etc. It was also raining pretty hard last night and it was not busy at all. I thought the waiter was pretty rude because she seemed so easy going with the other customers and I was watching her. She makes talks with her customers. Im not sure if they were regulars or something but for some reason for us she ignored us completely.

I brought my wife for a dinner date tonight as she is cravings for a nice pasta! Luckily this restaurant served the perfect tomato prawn lenguine! Woootwoottt! Kudos to the staff and manager on duty tonight as they are really accomodating to my pregnant wife.plus the garlic toast is also a must try just like their pasta! Keep up the good work! Will probably go back to try other menu!

The wings are good. But ive had the burgers and sides like the nachos. Nothing to write home about. I dont think personally id come in for wings on a non special day.

Visited a few days ago, the food was ok but the service has really gone downhill. Our server was moody and took close to 20 mins to even come take our order when the restaurant was not even busy, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than waiting on customers. Once our order went in, it took forever to get our drinks, I had to ask the server about it twice. The new manager seemed like she didn't care to correct the situation or notice that the staff weren't paying attention to their tables.

We went last night it wasn’t a pleasant experience we waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to even brings water for us
The wings were undercooked and the nachos were to small, when you order nachos you expect it to be a lot but not in wings restaurant

I was eating here recently with friends and wanted to say initially the wings were pretty good, some were a bit too saucy, but the our server did not seem like she wanted to be there. She seemed a bit moody, and just did not set a good atmosphere for us. I understand we are all human and have our off days, but we did not feel welcomed or barely have been checked on while we were there. We had to call and look for her to take our bill. Another issue was that we had plates with dirty marks so we asked the server to bring us clean/new ones, which she brought out but these new ones had some dirty marks on them too. Do they not check?

I’ve been here a few times and food has always been really great. You can’t go wrong with their wings. There was no wait at this time. The service is excellent! Our server was really nice and the manager made sure that we are well taken care of. She’s friendly and always check on us. They both gave us the best experience and definitely a night to remember!

So I went to this place with my hubby, and did the wings challenge to be on the wall. I did it, the wings were spicy as hell, but I wanted to be on the wall. Fast forward to 2 months since, he went back and I'm not on the wall. I'm so disappointed Wings. Other than that, I enjoyed the wings. But huge failure on keeping their word and making me eat that entire plate of hot wings with no antidote! So, one star less for the lies! Lol

If your on a expensive diet this for sure is the place to go. Embarrassing the portion sizes on take out orders. Pasta was so dry and the garlic toast should have never left the kitchen. Very Very Disappointing for a $60.00 Dinner

Manager needs proper training on customer service, what a sports bar is, why people come to a sports bar. We asked her to change one TV to NBA playoffs, she said they don’t have the channel and when we weren’t happy she changed the tv to NBA. They feel they are doing you a privilege by changing a tv channel. Sport channels subscription costs about $10 a month on espn (many free streaming websites as well), we are spending much more money at your bar.
Please train your manager proper customer service!

Good food, drinks, tv’s though

Very good place with a ton of different wings. Good test, good employee, a good place and high quality of wings. Usually is busy but they take care of it. Strongly recommend it if you like beer and wings. It would be better if they put some pool table and some game. Thank you so much.

I also don't agree with the recent changes. Increase price of the wings by $2? That's fine, but to increase the price and start charging for refills? Need something to bring customers in on other days other than Wednesday and Sundays

Always a great time, half-price wings on Wednesdays and Sundays.

After a hard day at work decided to stopped by at Wings in Burnaby for a cold one and wings. The service was great and the wings were Good. Where I did not appreciate what these people are doing is the fact that they give you very little blue cheese sauce and when you asked for more they charge you extra. They know as a fact that the little container is not enough, but now these people want to squeeze a dollar any way they can. It is absurd because that shouldn’t be that way. Cheap, cheap, cheap

Honestly such a frustrating experience. Only one table ahead of us and we waited in line for over an hour. No hostess to give us an estimated time. Was told that management doesn’t want to do a time limit because they have regulars that come in and sit for 3 hours. Couldn’t even apologize for any inconvenience that it causes. They are losing business by not turning over tables because they value their regulars more than other customers. Disappointed.

I don’t understand why I need to bring a valid ID just to eat here. I’m not sure if many people would realise or remember to bring their ID to just eat. Would kids need to bring their IDs to eat here?

Covid update 4/21. Heated covered patio seating available.

We got the happy hour food items after 3pm: Chicken & fish (also spicy) tacos, cheesy chips (nachos with sour cream and salsa), thai chicken bites (tasty, but small), chicken wings (1/2 pound) and fries. Mom and I would probably order 3 of these to share between us next time, or two of the wings/fries.

The happy hour here has lots of great options. We went tonight and our waitress seemed like she was covering 15 tables and was doing a great job at it! Very impressed! The wings are always good and and prices are fair. Very under rated restaurant

First statement on the menu: " We take our wings seriously! " However, the portion size we received was only 5 wings! It should say on the menu how many wings per portion, or weight. Happy Hour wings is a big disappointment. Looks like you are receiving 50% off wings but instead they just half the portion size along with some unwanted frozen fries!

Great wings, ok atmosphere, deal days are the best days. Food is not the best for takeout, very basic food offerings nothing culinary happening here but delicious none the less if your wanting some great wings.

Reliable experience, TV's everywhere with live sports. Half priced wings on Sunday's and Wednesday's are where it's at.

My sister and I take my dad every week to Wings and they never disappoint! The staff are all super friendly and attentive (especially Baylee), as is the manager Ray. The food is always great and their Fiji Blond Lager is a really good beer (and that's coming from a wine drinker!). If you enjoy sports, this is the place to be with so many big screen TV's, but if you are a family it totally works too as they have lots of big booths.
With covid, I have not been eating in restaurants, however, their covid protocols are excellent and I feel extremely safe dining in and have made Wings Burnaby my one exception. If you haven't been. Go. You won't be disappointed.

Not as good and as fun as it used to be.the new manager is not well experienced and some of the new stuff are not friendly except one girl her name is Sabrina she is the only original from even before covid19.she is the most experienced, friendly, polite and always with beautiful smile️

Pure Ecstacy If You Love Chicken Wings. Bobby Wings is their speciality! But I'm into cheddar and Maple. They have many more varieties.

You would think a place called " wings " would know to make buffalo sauce. It's just hot sauce. Don't expect buffalo

Very nice place, has that local bar feel but the service is much better than one. Go there for wings, its what they specialize in and they do it well. Ive been here several times and i will be back.

Customer service is alright aside from the fact that i had to call the restaurant 3 times to finally be answered.

Wife was craving wings, and after some counter arguments she convinced me to go for wings at Wings. Based on past good experience in Abbotsford.
Under covid we rather order by phone and pick up in person. (Any reason to go out nowadays with covid and is better business for restaurants than order using your app delivery services which charge restaurants a fee)
Anyway. Over the phone wife was told she needed to order a drink every 2 orders of wings.
We were like.oukeeyyyy.what drinks you got. A few of the usual pops you find in your fridge even if you don't drink pop. And a couple of beer choices.
We decided on 3 wing orders so we gotta pay for 2 order of drinks
We picked your usual ginger ale can for 3+ bucks
And heineken for 6 if i recall correctly.
They only offered Corona and Heniken ONLY for takeout
Once i got to the place i looked around in my marked spot and just one guy cared to asked me what I needed. I said just pick up order
And he went to the side where cashier and tons of beers are offered.
Once there i asked can i have a different beer I didn't know you had these much beers available. You got tons of good premium beer. I was denied. Even if I had to pay more I dont mind.
Once home even the wings were meh.
Believe me giving me one of the tons of beer choices you got would've been fine.
Never again.
Just go to your nearby friendly 7eleven get a ton of wings.and just be sure they are fresh. If not just ask for a full fresh pizza
Then drive to the closest liquor store, grab a Guinness, Sapporo. Erdinger, Local BC brewery option.whatever you like. Much simpler. You'll be happier.

Everything was pretty average. Service, food, and establishment were all good but not great. Saucy wings need a side dipping sauce.

A great place to watch the football game and enjoy a drink with some wings. This is my go to neighbourhood pub

Nice bar.good beer, nice burger and very good service.
Especially Christina who really was splendid. She really took care of us and was always there before we even thought of ordering the next. She is extremely service oriented and efficient.

I have been here 2 time in 2 weeks. 3rd week I came with my friends. One of my friend forgot his wallet. And we are far from home. We are over 30 and all look over 25+. They did not allow my friend saying we need a physical Id. We tried to show Id in phone and they want physical id. So I called the wing head office and they said we cannot do anything can only say is to talk to the manager. So I called the manager and manager said it’s a pub and they need a physical id. I can understand you need an id if you cannot find out if we are of legal age. But we are already there 2 time in the before week. From my experiences I guess wings Burnaby don’t want to serve people if they don’t have their ids with them. So we don’t want to go there any more. 2 stars are for the wings.

In my previous experience, wings Burnaby has provided a good service. Unfortunately today, my friends and I had an unpleasant experience. Our server demanded us to show her our IDs and one of my friend had his wallet stolen awhile ago, hence he has no physical IDs with him; and due to Covid-19, it takes him awhile to received the new physical one. He offered to show her the picture of the stolen ID and confirmation of the new one, but the server was persistent about the physical copy. It was rather confusing because my last couple visits, nobody had asked for my IDs nor my friends’. Even we brought my boyfriend’s 9 years old brother and they let us in, granted it was during daytime and before Covid (but I don’t think that matters). I understand that she is doing her best and following the current protocol, but the lack of disclosure and consistency regarding the importance of having PHYSICAL IDs makes this location seem like a poorly managed establishment.

FIRST TIME HERE- Lots of space and set up to social distancing without feeling like its claustrophobic we had a great time as a big group on the patio spread out at different tables. CORRECTION! Second time back. SUCKED! We reserved the patio the same way but when we arrived there were other people at the tables we requested and the other tables were set up strange that we might as well have been eating alone
They said we couldn't change the set up until others left & all the staff apologized for this and asked us to wait patiently for them to leave and we agreed. After both parties left we were waiting for the tables to be sanitized and as one server cleaned another server sat more people there! We expressed ourselves without being rude we didn't want to cause a scene but when tried contacting a few times. But they never returned our msgs. So we won't be back!
