Honestly the best wings experience! Victoria and the rest of the staff killed it! Five stars hands down! Worth the drive from Burnaby!

This is the best WINGS franchise in the lower mainland. Food was amazing, service was excellent. Wings came out hot and fresh. Beer was cold, no complaints!
Victoria was an amazing waitress. The Manager Thanh was polite professional and we will be coming back for sure!

I never knew chicken wings could be so delicious. Got the Texas dry rub and Jakarta heat. Tried the Bobby wing and nearly died from the 1.2m Scovilles. Best wing spot in Richmond. Big fan from Toronto!

Worth a visit on Wednesdays and Sundays for the wings special, even though it’s gone up in price. Good old school sports bar vibes which makes you feel right at home, and the servers are all amazing. The Texas fries are top notch too. 1 star off because even though you’re getting a pound of wings it can seem inconsistent with some tiny/honey little things lathered in breading, while other wings are simply perfect.

I enjoyed this location a lot! Good wings and a wide selection of flavours. The day I went was all day happy hour so some of the appetizers were discounted. Pretty good location for drinks as well, it's a sports bar afterall. We ordered peri peri fries and Korean sesame wings. Their peri peri sauce is spicier than other places (which I like), it's a nice heat for cold weather

Love the food and the people here and i had a very good and fun night i would really recommend for a friday night out

Fiji blond lager $5 & Thai chili + lime wings $10. (happy hour). The lager was light and refreshing. The wings were excellent. It could have been a bit spicer but I enjoyed the crispiness and flavour of the wings. The restaurant was busy during happy hour and the general vibe had a mellow feel to it.

Always a great time at Wings Richmond! Our appies and wings came out piping hot! Thank you to the team for their attentive service and friendly smiles! Already looking forward to the next time we dine in.

I went there today with my friends after watching a movie. Their wings are delicious. We tried the daily special, Taco which is very tasty too.

Best wings locartion in BC hands down.
Service is always on point. Spacious area and almost never crowded.

The other locations are always unwelcoming and the service is lackluster.

Great food! Went in randomly for some wings, the service was amazing, food was fresh, hot and flavourful. Hostess, server and waiter were super attentive and I think it was the owners there too who were so nice and went out of there way to check-in with us to ensure everything was great, but they were also so hands on. So great to see!

The serving sizes are pretty small and anything that isn't a chicken wing is fairly bland.

The service was not bad, average but the wings are really good!
The owner is really sweet and hardworking lady!
We love the Italian roasted red pepper flavor and is worth trying.

You can definitely tell this is a family run business. Very friendly and attentive. I will keep going back! Food is good and fast while the service is great.

Great place, our friend lost his credit card when are are dine in. And they found the card and return to us. Big thanks to the restaurant and Angel.

Drinks were good, all day happy hour was nice, food was alright.nothing special. TV set up is great!

Came to Wings Richmond for dinner wings was very juicy, great services, and management team. The team was very attentive and my beer was never empty. Highly recommend

5 stars. Price is good, service is friendly and the wings are generally quite tasty. They are made fresh unlike some places (cough cough cdn brewhouse) and you get a decent amount for the money. I tried wings Wednesday and they were pretty much packed to the hilt.

Good wings and a ton of choices as you would expect from a place called Wings.
We got right in and didn't have to wait for a table. Our server was pleasant but was a little overwhelmed I think with his other large groups but the manager stepped in to help a couple times.
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to go back for some salt and pepper wings

Our second time here to meet some friends and it’s always been great. Food is always awesome, wings are spot on and their churros are the best. Not to mention service is great too. I just noticed that they like to clean up right after. They ask you though before they do so. Will definitely be back.

They have a new promotion where they charge you full price if you have left overs… been going here for years. Never again

I'm not a huge fan of this brand but they tend to always have some sort of happy hour special every day of the week.

Went there on Wednesday and they are doing promotion on their wings, delicious wings and we also order house green salad, broccoli cheese soup as our sides. Overall, food is great, service is decent and no complaints!

We ordered salt and pepper (original but I love it so much), BBQ (saucey yet crispy at the same time) and Texas dry rub (pretty good).

I'm not sure if there's a Management change or another reason the last 2 visits were not as great as before
Over-priced drinks and food

Me and my Wife's go-to date spot on Fridays when they have the special on their steak! Their wings are the best in Richmond in my opinion. Ambience is very nice as well, and the servers are kind. They also have one of my favourite steaks of all time. It is better than The Keg across the street in my opinion. The price is cheaper and it is seasoned better compared to the same cut of meat from The Keg.

We went for lunch on a Wednesday and enjoyed the wing special. It was delicious. We also had a salad which was great. Will go back next time I'm in the area.

First time coming here, but have wanted to for a while. The servers were very attentive, polite and friendly. I prefer my wings dry and crispy so opted for the White Chedda, Salt & Pepper and Italian Red Pepper. So tasty and the perfect amount of crispy. Blue cheese dip is very tasty. I also like that their house red is a Jackson-Triggs, supporting BC business. Would come again!

At this location, almost every time I went. My food was barely warm, lots of dry spots on the wings, smaller portions than other restaurants, the dipping sauce you pay for are barely ½ full, the service is slow, they did nothing when the people at the table next to me were vaping, the parking is mediocre, it is incredibly loud, the music is horrible and rather vulgar, they charge for takeout containers which they never did before. And to add insult to injury, the last time when my family went, we called ahead to make sure they still did the ½ price wings that day, which they said they did. When we got the bill, it had changed to $10 per order of wings. It used to be $7. Considering. My family ordered 13 orders, and were Informed of the price change when we were given the bill. Needless to say, My family and I will NEVER GO TO WINGS AGAIN, and neither should you.

Good. I was at the opening of the first ever wings. They have come along way and still love going. Calypso Burger is must. I was actually one of the people to test it out 17 or so years ago when it was created.

Excellent food and service. This restaurant is definitely a great addition to Ironwood neighborhood!

The service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes and finally had to find a waiter myself, who said he'd be there in a second and never came. Our appetizers came without napkins or cutlery and the dip we asked for never arrived. One of the meals was somehow missed and we never recieved it until the rest of us were mostly done eating. The food was only so so. We recieved apologies and compensation from the manager, but overall a truly disappointing experience.

So first off - no 'years.in my eyes.first time there and as it appeared after only being open a couple of weeks seemed to be very well run. As with any new business there are kinks when you first open. So any negative comment is not justified, stick to what I am saying here and go for a visit. It is friendly and our server Maya was amazing! Food was fast beer was cold and prices were good. Had a burger (Mile High - amazing!), not a huge fan of wings but I did try the "Bobby" wing, one wing, it is HOT AF, managed it without taking the glass of milk but through it all the wing was good! Strongly recommend, we will be back. PS - the Bobby wing has a waiver, it's that hot!

Not impressed. Prices high. Portions small. Not happy with the happy hour either. Decor nice but good cold.

Very disappointed. Not the same as the Burnaby location. Avoid going at all cost now as they just recently opened, We visited Wednesday 1 pm and was in line for 20 minutes. Server did not bother update wait time or follow up until we spoke up to the manager who only came out to help moments after she realized there was a long wait.

Funny thing was that the restaurant was only about 60% full with plenty empty uncleaned tables. 5 or 6 servers including bartender. No introduction of daily specials and water after we sat down for another 10 minutes. Poor and stressed out waitress almost had years in her eyes when serving us. I had to encourage her so to maintain out dining experience. Food was subpar. Both dry and sauced wings were dry inside out.

The only thing I could say is poor management. Might be individually owned franchise that caused this chaos. It's half off wings Wednesday and they gotta be prepared for the crowd. Unfortunately this location did not live to its name. I used to love when I first dined at the Burnaby one. Will not go back again.

First time at a Wings. Service was fine but a bit over the top friendly. The prices were too high for what we got.i. E. $5.00 for a small side of fries. Caesar salad dressing was tasteless and the bread was tiny. Steak sandwich was cut up and not one piece. Has a glass of water and a soda. Interestingly the water had little ice but the soda glass was 90% ice. Wings were tasty but again too expensive for what we got. Sorry, won't be back.

Love the service, food and atmosphere! I got the cheeseburger lunch menu and got chopped lettuce replaced the bun. They made an art out of it haha. The wings are amazing as always. One catch is lunch menu require a drink but pop are bottomless. Anyhow, good times, will be back, ciao!

The floor where we were sitting in was super dirty and stinky and it took 20 minutes for my coke to get served to me which is silly cindering the location on Granville street only takes two minutes to get it to me.

Many choices of flavors for wings, just too many and makes it a bit hard to choose. Wings r juicy but i wasn't too impressed with the flavor though. They have Happy Hours too, maybe i will try their HH sometime, but mostly like not dinner time again.

Love this place. Staff is very friendly. The restaurant is very nicely renovated and clean. The wings we had were delicious and half priced on Sunday. Although it is a little pricey, they have a very good happy hour selection. This is my new favorite place to come.

Pricing is comparable to other wing places. Flavouring was good and there was not an excess amount of sauce. Service was average but nothing to really complain about when they've only been open 4 days. Renovations inside were nicely done and it has a good sports bar/family setting mix although there were still some visible maintenance issues that I look forward to seeing fixed. Overall definitely a nice addition to the Richmond food scene but looking forward to seeing some improvements in the future to have the rating go higher.
