Love winners, can always find many good products at this store, fairly priced, always stocked, they won't find anything for you, you have to look for yourself which is part of the fun. I find all my clothing and gear here because of the prices they sell. Love this department store.

Worst management ever, the manager is so not helpful and rude, like you see a price on something you go and try it and at the cash they tell you its a wrong price and cannot honor it, I wasted my time trying it. Worst customer service, they leave customer mad, they don’t care.

The girl in jewellery was just nice and lovely. She patiently helped us to choose some gifts for our family in Mexico and I really love how she try to understand me, because English it’s my second language. I think her name was tatinem, thank you very much, More people like her plase!

Good selection as per usual at winners.
The manager was ridiculous, I brought soemthing to the till as it was scraped all down the side asked for a discount the manager took 5 minutes looking over it and gave a 1.99 off of it not even 5 % discount and walked away before I could even say anything. Really rude customer service. I’ll stick to other winners from now on

Terrible experience, I tried to return a $25 shirt and they demanded to copy my drivers license number, this is absolutely disgusting, I was planning on spending a few hundred dollars on a new jacket but I will go elsewhere, why does a store need to copy my drivers license number to do a simple return for store credit.

There's no winners here. There's Homesense, which is one of their stores but they don't have apparel here anymore.

Just bought a couple pairs of track pants went back because I forgot my headphones in the fitting room. Phew! Thank you staff at Winners at Lansdowne Mall in Richmond, B. C.for holding on them for me! God Bless!

Great store with a great variety of products at very affordable prices, the parking facilities, the staff there are amazing

Lacking of products and alot of scattered clutter of clothes, hair products are opened. Hair dryers. Straightners etc. Is this store closing down or what?

I always like going to Winners. 'Especially to see the latest arrivals. The quality is always fabulous.
I wear a sweater quite often that I bought there about 9 years ago and I always get compliments on it.

Great inexpensive designer clothes. Selection can be sparse though and most items are in-house brands.

The staff were just lovely, even at 8: 55 pm as I went into the changeroom with five pairs of jeans, including the cashier who was energetic and happy. Me and mom were treated well although they closed at 9! Great selection of deals too.

Doesn't look like a nice place on the outside. But is actually pretty decent on the inside. Lots of clothing but not enough shoes! Staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection at very fair prices.

I was disappointed this time. Very expensive compare to Ontario Winners. There was not many options to select from.

You guy are starting to charge for plastic bags? This isn't a grocery store. You guys lost 1 customer, not because of the bag its because of the principle of the store.

Typical winners. Find a good deal and it is yours. But prices were bad and me shoes area was empty. I hope they restock for the weekends otherwise it is a wasted trip.

Almost no Nike merchandise, unlike before. Lots of second tier brands that eventually make it to the clearance racks.

You can find great deals here. But be careful, sometimes the price will higher. Do your homework.

Men’s clothing is boring and often outdated. Sometimes, if you look hard enough you might find something interesting.

Limited selection of modern styles. Decent prices for mid range from years passed. Long lines on weekends.

The employee that assisted me and my friend in our Christmas decoration shopping was very helpful and enthusiastic. She was very insightful in explaining our options and potential design choices.

Always love this place, friendly people and wide variety of affordable clothes and household items.
