My daughter and I went to have some one on one with each other and it was perfect. The store was not busy and the staff was amazing! Let us browse freely but were handy when a question arose.
One staff lady even volunteered to call my daughters name out (due to the fact I had lost my voice with laryngitis) when it came time to try on some items and she was not right behind me.
Awesome experience due to awesome staff. Thank you!

This is my favorite Winners. I always expect the others to be this good and am consistently disappointed. Friendly staff and great finds!

Great selection, and good service. Products ranging from kids, teens, adults, elders and even pets.

Used totbe one of my favorite places to browse/shop until the manager Lorina and assistant manager Dora loudly accused me of shoplifting there one evening. I hadn't heard them but the other customers in the store did and later told me what Dora and Lorina accused me of. I went in to browse bedding to see if there was a duvet cover and sheets. There wasn't a duvet and no selection of king sized sheets so I was planning to come back when their bedding section was replenished. I had no bag or purse etc, came in often and thought the staff would recognize that I'm often there shopping. Dora and Lorina followed me outside and I slowed down while walking to my truck as I wasn't sure if I dropped my bank card as it was on my phone-card holder (they would have seen I was empty handed) It was the customers in the store who defended my reputation as Dora and Lorina announced to the store I had 'not paid a bunch of stuff' Then later they made me aware of what was said. I accepted a sincere apology from Dora when I called to ask why they falsely accused me of something. The manager Lorina however couldn't be bothered to apologize let alone even ask my name and kept telling me I was 'mistaken' until I gave her the names of the other customers in the store. She then said "oh well then I guess you and I both made a mistake" even though all I did was walk to look at bedding, saw nothing I wanted in stock and casually walked out while texting my husband that there wasn't any selection. Still no apology and she was arrogant and rude on the phone. The younger staff there have excellent manners and are very nice, as are a lot of the staff minus the manager. Previous to this she hasn't displayed any customer service that is at all close to outstanding let alone manners when I have asked how her day was I loved their clothing and prices and especially the pet section. However I won't shop there anymore and have been shopping online for women's clothing instead.

Well cleaned and merchandised. Not as much stock as some locations I have seen but still some decent deals to be had here.

Disgusted. Winners sells items which have errors, damages and/or from old stock, so the store prices should be discounted however the prices may be lower than the price tag but nothing to get excited over. They price things as close to the price tag as possible and since they're seconds or damaged in some way it doesn't reflect the pricing. E.g.: a garbage container that's 100bucks but has a massive dent in the side affecting it being perfectly upright due to how its folding in yet the management puts a discount for 90 bucks. Approaching management to give better price to a resounding "NO", I replied, "thank you have a nice day". May as well pay the extra ten bucks and get a undamaged nice looking one. This is typical which is disgusting.

It's nice, clean but small and a lot of weird items. Prices are on the higher side, even their clearance sections.

Love this store, always clean and organized. Very friendly staff. Pricing is good and sometimes you can get amazing sale prices! Just bought a beautiful top, perfect ccondition on sale for only $6! What a steal ;) Just wish this WINNERS had a bit more selection and variety and changed stock more times throughout the year.
