I love shopping at Winners! Their collection is always changing and no matter when you go, you'll always find something that suits you!

The staff is helpful, I have a good shopping experience at this location. Specially the cashier Sana. D is awesome that she was super patient and friendly:)

Lacking in staff members to help. Lacking certain items, some times some shelves are empty. Clean, plenty of parking. On weekends and evenings there are very long line ups during check out.

Decent place to get good cheap stuff. Not the kind of selection you might find downtown but good for burnaby. Easy parking and other stores close by. Has home sense stuff too so lots of variety. Good pricing as usual and clothes selection is good, not great. Shoes same. All around good but again not great.

Honestly I don’t know how this place gets good stars. The customer service from the coordinators and managers are horrible. It wasn’t just once, but already a few times. I feel bad for the sales associates to have to work with bad people.

Excellent customer service. I was so very impressed with Manager Tracey with all she did for us with what we thought was lost but later found it (left it on the counter at the other store). This was out first time going to this store but I think we will make this our go to store now.

HomeSense really disappoints. The prices aren't as good as they used to be, but whoever does the buying is a genius.

Although the clothing is pretty nice and winners, I find that they don't always keep up to the newest fashion trends. However the buyer is for the jewelry department really picked some gorgeous pieces. Husbands and boyfriends listen up, this is a great place to get a beautiful piece of jewelry for your loved one at a pretty reasonable price.

Busy, plenty of selection, changes often so brings people back. Checkout service usually pretty quick even when busy (they add staff quickly so you don't have to stand in line forever).

Nice big spacious furnishing side of Homesense. The Winners clothing might be better at Metrotown.

I am like a kid on a candy store when visiting Winners & HomeSense. Always grab a cart because even if you don’t intend to purchase something I guarantee you, you will not walk out empty handed. Love the selection they offer, always something new. Staff is always super nice, especially the ladies in the jewellery department. Big plus that they allow dogs and convenient parking is a huge bonus.
