I love the variety of products I can find in here. They are well designed and most of them have a better price than in anywhere else:)

I loved to visit there. I purchased dresses for my kids. Quality is awesome. You can get a good discount on clearance products. Its a place to buy clothes for men & women also. You can purchase toys, home furniture, stationary and decorative items also.

Slightly better than Value Village with a Zeller's feel, and extremely overpriced. A basic pair of flat shoes with no detail for $60 that look like they've been worn so either lower your prices to a Value Village price range because it's exactly how your store in metro town presents itself or raise your quality and presentation. If you want to sell at higher prices you need to at least offer something more than a Value Village atmosphere.

Have a decent selection of discounted items, but the organization is lacking, making it challenging to find specific products. The checkout process is also slow, leading to a longer wait time

Store has a large selection.

However, worst customer service at Winners in Vancouver. I wanted to buy a skincare product that was missing the lid, and didn’t appear to be completely full.

The manager argued with me, told me it was sealed (without a lid?), then grudgingly gave me $1 discount.

The Winners at Madison Centre has much more professional staff.

Love this store. It takes time to find what you’re looking for but it’s worth spending the time here. Sometimes I get really good deals on shampoos conditioners etc.

Talked to indian/chinese jewelry lady on the phone! She called me a slur and was INCREDIBLY rude!

I had store credit on a gift card and wanted to use it to purchase something. I presented the card to the cashier and she kept saying “there’s nothing on it” even though I haven’t used it yet. She continued to swipe it through the machine and looking at me as if I was purposely trying to kill time. It was a clean card, but she kept wiping it with her shirt and told me “it’s not working” and “it’s not loaded”.

A few minutes later, she asked another associate for help and they managed to ring through the store credit. The first employee swiped the card too slow…

Instead of apologizing for her comments and actions, she proceeded to ask “and what else? ” to pay off the remaining balance. I was displeased by that and hope to not encounter a situation like this again as it was embarrassing and demeaning.

I’ve noticed that whenever the cashier is in the wrong during transactions with customers, a vast majority of them do not apologize. I’ve witnessed interactions at this location multiple times. This is frustrating for the customer and that’s how they end up getting mad.

Poor customer service, do better.

I do like winners I just wish it wasn't like a value village. Way too many clothes on a rack. Too hard to pick thru everything. Cashiers are fast and the store was clean.

Great selection of stuff with great prices.lots of people go through their stuff so might not be the most organized winners.can also be very busy with long line up.staff is friendly.

We bought a jacket from the store and they double charged it. We are living very far away and we tried to call and talk to the staff and managers (Alex and Josie) to process the payment thru online. They refuse to receive the email showing the receipt and bank statement as the proof and also refuse to check it internally. They asked me to call customer service and I called and waited almost an hour then the women from customer service line talked very very RUDE when I asked her name then she hanged up. I talked very nice and explained the situation all she said: I go talk to the bank and hang up. We waited money and waited time for multiple calls with staff working here. Not suggesting for shopping here and deal with staffs

Well stocked but items were somewhat disorganized and haphazard. Store cleanliness could be better managed. Staff were reasonably friendly and attentive.

It's ok, but a lot of high prices and when you find a great item, you see a 40 people line up and one slow cashier and you replace the item saying forget it, it's not worth the wait time. I did this four different times now, so I just shop somewhere else.

You should know what you have to buy from them, otherwise, you waste your money!
Not all their products are worth it, some of the products have a better price than the same ones in other stores.

Busy during the weekends, come here earlier to get more selections of items. Long line up at the checkout counters but it goes quickly as there are lots of cashiers to helped you with your purchases.

This is the place to get your gifts. They pretty much have anything you want here. They also have brand name styles at cheaper prices. The line ups are pretty long though sometimes. If you find something broken and defective you can bring it to the cashier and you might be able to get it at a discounted price from the manager.

Thank you Winners employee for getting me stabbed with the safety pin you forgot to remove from the clothes i bought for my 3year old, at least it didn't get my l.o. Stabbed! Please be more careful and train your staff.

Great place to find good items for cheaper price. I personally love the skincare section and home decors. Clothing and shoes selections are not really the best. Usually it is a struggle to find a decent clothing piece. But overall, its a good place to explore trends in a low budget.

There was very little selection for clothes, shoes, jackets, purses and wallets in store. It was my 2nd time going there I'm not sure what is happening for the store. It's too bad as I did enjoy but less and less of selections for shopping experience.

Bought a bunch of paintings and was waiting at the dock. They said it would take 10-15 minutes but I waited for 35 minutes and there’s still no one here for me.

I had an amazing experience in the jewelry department.
The lady is able to smile and serve like 3people at a time
I thought I was the only one that could do that shi**
