Best service ever! Dale is knowledgeable and informative in all aspects to do with cell phone plans and devices, Dale goes above and beyond to be sure customers feel confident in their purchase by sharing and comparing all options available. Highly recommend wireless!

Changed my plan without my consent while looking into my options resulting in $18 more per month.

I went in to upgrade my device and change my plan during boxing week deals. Once it was my turn to be helped I went over my options and was about to go through with it when I was told that I actually don't get the gift card promo deal and my discounted amount would end after the 2 years. I decided not go ahead with it and the lady gave me my ID back and said no problem and was good to go. Once I got home I logged into my account to see my online deals only to find that the lady had changed my plan to one that was $18/ month more. I never approved this change and was not told that she made this change. I had to sit on the phone with rogers for over an hour to figure out if we can revert my plan back to what I had. I am currently still trying to get it fixed.

UPDATE- still changed my plan but I was able to get ahold of them and they apologized and ensured that it would get fixed and if I had any issues to reach out to them. Still sucked that it happened and cost me a lot of time trying to get it fixed but at least they reached out to me to make it better.

My Costco experience was extremely disappointing. After patiently waiting in line, the representative seemed frustrated, informing us that there was no inventory and no hope of restocking for the next two months. His demeanor and communication suggested a lack of enthusiasm for his job. While I understand inventory challenges, there's a better way to handle such situations. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reconsider buying cellphones from Costco.

Scanned code.status showed 1st in line in approx 6 min's. 15 min later still no response but see staff helping others that arrived well after we arrived. Did shopping, drove home and 35 min later got text to say they are ready.terrible idea to use this virtual line app if you don't abide by it.

AMAZING! Beyond friendly, explains everything in detail that I can actually understand, got me a way better deal then I had previously. Oh, and did I mention how nice this guy was, incredible customer service!

I loved that they had a virtual line up, so I could put myself in line, but still shop around the store while I waited. The staff member I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with selecting a phone and plan that worked best for me. He provided additional options and offers, but wasn't uncomfortably pushy about it at all. It was an easy, and refreshing experience compared to upgrading my phone with the cellphone company directly.

I originally was just switching plans and Dale never push us to buy a phone but we end buying new phones anyways Such an asset to your company. We are all very happy with the new plan and purchase

Came back a week after because I was having issues with the phone. I sadly had purchased the blue iPhone 13 which they were out of stock, and no deliveries were available due to weather conditions. Dale went to Langley to pick a phone up for me and took his time to install everything and to make sure everything worked. Pretty impressive manager for your kiosque and impeccable service I will never go anywhere else when I need a new phone. Costco kiosque does have the best prices, promotions and amazing staff. What a awesome experience at Costco wireless in Abbotsford. Jasmeen was amazing. She focus on every detail that I wanted and needed. Jasmeen had patients with me in explaining everything about the plan on the two phones I got. She set the two phones to make it easy to use for my parents. My mom is blind and Jasmeen set her phone up so she could use it all by himself.

Huge raves to Jasmeen at the Abbotsford Costco. It was the last night to get in on an amazing deal for the Samsung s20.
She was on hold for almost an hour waiting for confirmation. I had to leave the store so Jasmeen asked if I minded her taking the phone out and meeting up the next day.
Jasmeen contacted my son and we met up the next morning on her first day off in 11 days.

Originally I dealt with Simiran who was great then went back in on his day off and WOW dealing with DALE waiting for my 11Pro to come in- he kept me in the loop daily - Uber print and professional and then at service / obtaining time - holy wow

Be aware of how much your Costco gift card bonus should be for the phone you are purchasing. One sales rep is running a scam. There is no free ApplCare loyalty bonus. One employee is Scamming customers into buying AppleCare with a portion of their Costco gift cards.

I bought a new phone for my wife with some doubts, but was told that I had 15 days that I could try it, as long as it was in new condition. I bought it and the new 2 year contract on November 15th. We knew by the 25th that we wanted to return it, but also knew that we had until the 30th to return it.
Imagine my surprise when I went to return it on the 30th, 15 days from the 15th, but was told that they wouldn't take it back as I was a day late.
NO WAY, I was told as it was a Fido and a legal policy. I called Fido and they said that it was the store that was preventing the return. Either way, I'm stuck with a phone that I'd rather not have and a 2 year contract that I would have to pay an inflated phone price to get out of ($840 vs $650 online).
Either way, rules are meant to be broken, especially in the name of misunderstanding that 15 days is really less than that, and customer service. I've been getting phones there for a loooong time. Not anymore!
Update, after calling Wireless Etc customer service, then Beau was very helpful and worked to allow me to return the phone.

Jasmeen was awesome! Fabulous customer service, she knew the product like I’ve never seen and explained the process and billing perfectly. I’ve never had an experience at a phone store over the last 30 years like today at Abbotsford Costco. Well done!
