Dropped in today to ask about the screen protector on my phone and not only did Mohanni fix it for me he also helped out my daughter with hers. I always get our phones here the service is the best!

The service was excellent Maahi was knowledgeable explained everything clearly and provide great overall service. We had one Faulty charger that was exchanged without a problem. All our question and concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend Costco as an option for your sell phone needs.

Great service from Kevin despite it being extremely busy for Black Friday deals. Although it took roughly 3 hours to be seen, they have a QR code that you scan and it gives you updates on your place in line and notifies you when they are ready to see you. Despite it being very busy Kevin gave us great service, explained all our options and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed.

Highly recommend this location to get the best deals.

He also sent us away with lots of free bonus items.

Came to the store and was told to go home as they cant actually active a plan as cant contact a provider.

Staff were fantastic - professional, helpful and friendly. This, despite the fact the kiosk was extremely busy with the Black Friday rush. I will only get my family’s phones at Wireless Etc and Costco.

I went to Costco mobile to sign up for a new plan to obtain a new phone. Kevin was great, he was extremely helpful and patient with us. It was hard to hear across the plastic divider so he patiently wrote it on paper to explain so that we don’t miss additional benefits to add on. Excellent customer service. Never thought much of Costco mobile but now we definitely will be going back.

The young salesman looked after our need for a new phone.
We had to replace one of our old phones and Kevin was very helpful in processing our order quickly.

In 2019, I accidentally did an upgrade directly through Bell.forgot the protection plan and cases, and got no extras (screen protectors, chargers, ear buds, etc). I also "got" extra data for the same price I had been paying, and had the free North American free calling, texting and roaming removed from my plan without my knowledge. Not great.

This week, I upgraded 3 phones (S9s) to 2 S21 5G and a Samsung Fold.and got charger, cases, protection plans, wireless ear buds and $800 in Costco cards.

The difference in service is epic. Don't got to your provider, go to Costco.

Went to Port Coquitlam Costco got 3 brand new phone today. Randy really helpful and knowledgeable. Randy get me a really good deal it these phone it’s like Boxing Day in summer I got $300 Costco gift card for each phone $900 bucks total in Costco gift card awesome! Thanks Randy!

I had a wonderful experience this evening qt Cobtact Wireless, in Port Coquitlam! Randy was extremely knowledgeable, about the devices I was interested in and helped me save a substantial amount of money, both on the device I chose, and my monthly cell bill! The entire orders, took all of 20 minutes! Not only did Rabdy assist with me with my cellular phone needs, he also showed me that I could lead my Costco card on to my phone, for easy, contact less transaction in the store!

We were just served by Randy at the Costco wireless kiosk and he was absolutely amazing! So helpful, efficient, answered all our questions and went above and beyond. Fabulous customer service!

We have been going to Costco for our cell phones for about 7 years. A good friend referred us to Hieu and we have always received the absolute best service from him.
Derrich replaced Hieu a couple of years ago and he has been just amazing! Derrich provides top quality service, he is extremely knowledgeable and always super helpful. You just can't beat the service we get from this guy!
