I recently had the pleasure of working with a wonderful clerk named Rushika at this Costco Wireless kiosk. She went above and beyond her duties to help me with my phone issue. From the moment I walked up to the counter, this clerk was nothing but professional and friendly, and she immediately put me at ease with her warm welcoming attitude.

Despite being very busy, she took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my needs, and then she went to great lengths to help me find the perfect solution for my issue. She was knowledgeable about the different phones and their features, and she was able to answer all of my questions with ease.

What impressed me the most was how she went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied after exploring all solutions. She even followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was going well.

I cannot say enough good things about this clerk, and I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to her for making my experience at the cell phone kiosk such a positive one and I would highly recommend her and Wireless at the Burnaby Still Creek location to anyone in need of a new phone or assistance with an issue. Even though they were very busy with the Black Friday sale, the wait was short. Hansol was able to help us find the ideal service plan for our needs and he was friendly and courteous. He got us set up with a new SIM card and plan in no time. Great experience!

The wireless kiosk at Costco is so helpful and friendly- I mean, I know it’s Black Friday week, so everyone was multitasking way more than they’d normally do, but I didn’t think it took away from friendliness and customer service. My customer service person was great. Got me deals I did not expect. Super helpful very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I will be going back to set up my husband with a new phone as well.
The wait was not long and they set up a virtual waiting list which was awesome, because I did my grocery shopping and got the phone in under 2 hours

My hubby & I went back to Costco at Still Creek to upgrade & seek out a better cell phone provider at their kiosk there. We had a great & helpful, friendly the first time 2 years ago with our initial visit so we decided to go back a second time.
Gary did not disappoint & was just as friendly, helpful & great customer service like our first visit. Highly recommend.:)

This was about to be a bad review. But… there is a guy who is a go getter there. Managed to turn things around. Pleased with how it all went. Great deal, they just get busy sometimes.

We had a blast today, our experience was spectacular. We came for black Friday deals on phones and were served by Maahi. He went above and beyond to give us what we needed and even more. He was knowledgeable and friendly and professional. I would like to mention Ambas at the entrance, he was welcoming and friendly. Another gentleman who was facilitating the mobile station was also very helpful and informative.

Surya is awesome! Great communication. Got us wonderful plans + new phones! Will definitely look for him next time when it is time to upgrade.

“Surya R” helped us. One of the most professional person that I have seen in the last 4 years, while buying mobile phones or new connections. He had all the patience one would expect, and he explained us every single detail related to our contract with patience. There was some problem with my Fido account, due to which I was not able to add a line. Surya R knew that I visited the store 3 times due to this problem. He gave us additional accessories. We came back happy from the store.

I had a wonderful shopping experience today in the mobility booth at Burnaby Still creek Costco. Even though today started Boxing Day deal and it’s very busy. Shanil, the friendly salesman, got a great deal for me: found the best plan, explained and demonstrated the differences between two phones I like, and also suggested the right accessories. He was polite, patient and nice from beginning till the end which was over an hour. I was impressed by his professionalism. Went to renew my Fido cellphone plan. The sales associate was rude, impatient, unprofessional and far less than helpful.
It took 3 trips and about 9.5 hours to get the results we desired. To make matters worse, they lost my SIM card which contained all my contacts!
I will NOT go back to the wireless kiosk in the Willingdon Costco again.
I recommend going directly to a store run by the carrier you choose to use.

Even on an extremely busy shopping week, the staff were very efficient in their work.
