So happy and grateful for the customer service from Nav! I was impressed with her ability to assist me with transferring 5 lines for my small business. Cannot recommend her enough! Very professional and efficient.

The staff didn’t record my address when I visited 18th December. Also he gave me wrong information regarding returning the phone. My wife didn’t like the phone and I lost the opportunity to return. The customer service on 5th January was very good and he tried to help me but it was too late

Raymond was at the end of a very long sale and still had a smile on his face. He is awesome! We had a big challenge for him as we had four phones to change to a new carrier and he made it a very smooth process.

We have been going to the Langley Wireless in Langley Costco for the last 5 years and every time the service is beyond amazing. Both Julie and Raymond are our go to people, but Raymond goes above and beyond because he would reply back on his own time whenever we have a question. In addition to his prompt response, he takes his time answering all our silly questions (eventhough we keep repeating the same questions as sometimes we gets confused). Raymond has been very patience with us and our family will continue to Raymond for all our cellular services needs. Thank-you, Raymond and Julie!

Let me start out by saying aside from the wait time, this was the most seamless experience getting a new phone I have ever had. Raymond was amazing in helping us get exactly what we needed. There is a wait time which I believe is for everything that is considered good. In the meantime I completed my shopping. Julie called me when it was my turn and she was fabulous in helping me out. Hardly have seen some person helping out the customer by going beyond the expectations. During my transaction, I heard and saw other customers saying similar feedback for the other representatives there. It was one of those experiences which would make me go back for any wireless needs to Costco wireless in Langley. These guys are just amazing. Thank you for all the help.

Such a pleasant experience. Himanshu deserves a raise. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ended up finding a solution to all of my problems. I find most phone purchasing experiences to be pretty tragic as far as service goes, so this was an awesome surprise. 10/10 would recommend buying a phone from Himanshu.

Raymond knows his job and always helps me to get the best deals (from last 4 years). He is very helpful and soft spoken. I am a person who takes time to make a decision but when Raymond explains the deals and prepares the offer for me, I surprisingly find it so easy to choose what works for me best. I’ve had the best experience possible at this location. Never bought a phone from Costco before. I was approached by Jacob this week and he has been excellent from day one. He apologized about the stock shortage (as understandable) and took the time to look at ordering me a phone in. He has been in contact with me since that day until the phone arrived in the store. Found me the best deal and then offered to help set up the phone. Jacob went above and beyond and says to message if I need help with anything. Will always come back to this location for all my needs.

Raymond looked after us and was exceptional. We had an old wireless plan that should have been changed long ago, so today's visit took a few hours to accomplish. Raymond was a trooper explaining everything down to last detail. Raymond is a great employee and is a keeper.

My sister purchased a phone from.the langley Costco a few months ago, she also got a screen protextor with life time warranty. Well.she broke her screen. So.we went to get a new.one.put on. Was told.they are.not doing replacement warranties at this time. So.much for great customer service.

Raymond was completely on top of my new iPhone purchase from when I first inquired last week until I went in today to seal the deal. He kept in touch via text to let me know when certain deals were changing to benefit my wallet and walked me through the entire process with a very professional attitude. This was by far the best phone purchase experience I have had in many years. Just when I thought real customer service was a dying art! I know he will be there for me should I have any questions in future. Give that man a raise!
