Rohin (I believe that was his name) was beyond disappointing. He did not speak clearly nor was he customer service oriented. He actually provided false information as I went to another location and received conflicting information.
I would not recommend this location for phone service.
Additionally I had an appt booked from several days ago and when I arrived to the appt 15min early to find out I had to scan a QR code and was then 2nd in line
Not sure what the purpose of the appt is for if it is not honored.

Said my wait would be 10 minutes. I finally left after 30 minutes and they called 1.5 hours later. Horrible customer service. Sales people speak to each other in a foreign language in front of the customers.

Dealt with Rohit at Burnaby, Brighton store. He was very patient and knowledgeable, made great recommendations and gave us awesome service. Highly recommend him.

Dissapointing purchase experience. Wasted 1.5 hours of my time in store standing around. Staff are not trained on how to properly do inter-store product transfers. When asked to speak to Management, front line staff serve as gatekeepers. After purchase customer service isn't genuinely interested in resolving issues. Use this provider if the Costco incentive is exceptionnaly good and only if the phone is in stock.

Staff very helpful and patient. Answered all our questions - and we had a lot of questions) I will go back to them when it is time to buy a new phone.

Terrible service. Really rude.

My mom financed new phone at this store.
Sales rep said other [fido store] should help my mom to transfer data.
These guys only want to sell devices. Never do what they should do. I called fido Cx center, they said this guy should transfer data.

I know you guys busy. But all fido store busy too.
My mon should wait and stand a line another 2hours at the other fido store.

At the other Fido store that my mom visited, they were willing to transfer data.

We cannot expect the same level of service as Costco

We went to Costco on Sunday, Oct 16th. My husband wanted to change his phone with cooperate plan and Dennis was above and beyond to take care of the plan to make sure he can get us the best deal & make sure everything is correct as requested. It took quite a while due to some code issue at Rogers but he kept smiling and offered us to seat and make sure everything went smoothly. It was very delightful experience and will definitely recommend him to others! Thank you Dennis!

No customer service at all. Got a new phone from there and open up right away in the store in front of the staffs.
Somehow there is an issue with the phone, the staff didn’t even try to help or solve the issue.
Just keep telling me to call customer service and asked me to move away, so they can help next customer.
All they care is about the sales! Once they made the sales, they kick you away, no customer service at all.

I came back to see denis because he was so good have a us a free screen protector ten out of ten service

Checked several locations to find the phone that I was looking for it, but didn't find it! They were not able to check other locations!

Brighton costco wireless phone department. The worker left and talking when he is working. And we waiting him 40 minutes.

Dennis was very helpful and very informative.
Answered all my questions and assured me my mother will get all the help she needs with her new cell phone

I was very pleased with the service provided, particularly by this young man whose name I forgot (Fred?). Had the Sim card of my new Samsung S21 replaced with a nano sim card while retaining my original number. His client servicing skills and product knowledge are top notch.

It was a great experience again in Costco, Maxx was professional on his job. He helped me to chose a best deal. This is a forth time in six years that I chose Costco Wireless.

Our initial dealings were great, quick service and very helpful. The last 2 times we went back, we had difficulty getting some stock items, and we didn't receive our 5G SIM card, didn't know about it until we got a text from the service provider. Now we are waiting for it to be mailed out.

At Costco on Brighton in Burnaby B. C.for shopping and talked to Maahi at cell counter about iPhone glass protector super nice guy and installed our protector as we were at cashier, outstanding service and very knowledgeable. Plus protector is lifetime for only $25.

The customer service here was phenomenal. I got a lot of bonuses for my new phone without even needing to ask, and they were very willing to answer all questions I had

That was an excellent experience, Jakob walked really an extra mile to explain the options and work the best deal for me. At the end, Costco is always the best place for good deals.
