I came in for a 7 liners for small business and met this excellent and knowledgeable guy Jinson

He is an amazing person very knowledgeable about the products he guided us so well and helped us lower down our monthly charges and also gave us a great deal on the phones as well.

He also spoke about the new home internet service and i switched to Rogers as I got an amazing deal

Would surely recommend him to all my friends and family

Had an issue with Rogers for over a month, went through probably a total of 25 people- not exaggerating. It was a mess. Came in here and within 15 minutes Johnathan got it all fixed for us. Next time I want to do anything phone related, I’m coming here.

Jonathan provided excellent service. He really has gone above and beyond for me. I would say my best cell phone experience ever!
Keep in mind, I have been using cell phones since the early 90s. So, that means something.

Recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max with a 2-year plan from Costco Vancouver BC. The sales associate (Reza) is super friendly and helpful. He did all the necessary work in a short time. Also, he is very polite and gave me great advice regarding almost everything. I am happy with my purchase.

This sales representative, REZA SALIMI, deserves a top notch rating for not just handling a situation of being the only person in a Costco kiosk on a busy Sunday afternoon, he also managed to maintain calm, collective and very professional and with a smile. My waiting period was obviously very long, approximately an hour, which was accurately communicated from the beginning. Reza managed to give me two quick updates using a second phone during the wait to let me know I was still on his radar and updates to the wait.
In the end he opened a new line for me on the Bell network to a price point that I couldn’t even believe to start with.

He restored my faith in Wireless Etc.
I have been a customer of them for over 15 years but last few years the service went down mostly due to low staffing levels I believe.

Sold me a Bell plan saying that it has 5G when it doesn't. The person didn't bother reading the basic terms of the plan, nor asked me to. There were better 4G plans from other service providers, and I went with this Bell only because of 5G. I switched to Koodo in a few days, but this resulted in a wasted hard credit check.

Reza is one of the most professional staff I’ve ever met. He is very patient, very knowledgeable and did all his best to make sure we are leaving happy. Reza was helping me and my brother look into new phones and plans today and was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, courteous and with a good sense of humour, he patiently helped us navigate the many choices. He went over and beyond when something wasn't working with the system and he had to contact several people, which took a while. We ended up with two new plans and a new phone with accessories. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and the good people who work here.

This review should have been posted a while ago but we didnt have a chance until now. We were helped by Reza when we were at the Costco downtown trying to sign up with a new cell phone service mobile. Besides having to to wait forever and travelling back and forth a couple times due to his busy time, Reza was helpful and he even personally followed up on us to make sure everything was working and answered all our questions. I had a fantastic experience with Reza. I needed a new phone and was lost between all options, but he helped me choose the right one taking into account my needs and preferences. I just want to say that one of your employees here by the name of Reza is an incredible asset to your company and brand. My elderly parents went to see him to upgrade their ancient phones and he was able to help them navigate through this arduous task that my siblings and I wouldn’t wish on our worst enemy. Even with their limited English, Reza was able to help them select the best plan for them and also, more importantly, actually understand how to use the damn things. He also helped with a couple details after hours on a Saturday, which we really appreciated, until he shared that he was actually on vacation. Such an excellent and dedicated worker.

Reza was absolutely amazing! Went out of his way multiple times to help get a e sim on my U. K.phone whilst I’m in Canada! 100% recommend Reza - incredible customer service & super friendly!

I was told I was first in line. It was almost three hours before I was contacted to return to the kiosk. By this point I had finished my shopping and returned home. I will not be buying my new phone or recommending this kiosk to anyone.

Peter assisted my husband and I to convert our phone plans and provided huge value. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We unfortunately caught him at the end of the day to which the system was experiencing a hiccup. He apologized and was very transparent with the delay; we were not at all bothered to wait and enjoyed our time at the kiosk. Peter maintained his positive demeanour the entire time and continued to keep us updated even when he had to call support. Additionally he was very smooth with the service recovery and left us feeling even more enthusiastic by the end.

Coming from backgrounds in high-profile hospitality service, both my husband and I are not often so eager to leave reviews, but felt it necessary to highlight the positive interaction with Peter on the evening of April 1. Additionally, we want to give a shout-out to Teresa at the cashier desk who was patient ringing us through using our substantial stack of gift cards!

If you’re looking for a great value on new phones/plans, better head over before the deals end on April 4th to see Peter and the team…A big thanks to the great staff, keep it up!

Imran and Peter helped me out getting three new phones started.
I had a broken phone that wasn't turning on so I needed a new phone asap. Initially Imran said that he doesn't have any left but he had an extra phone reserved for a customer who didn't need it right away so I was able to get a phone the same day. Then I ended up coming the next day setting up two other phones with Peter. Peter was super patient even though there were lots of other customers!

We have used Wireless etc.at Costco several times and the service and the value is second to none. Spare yourself the time of shopping around and go straight to Costco Downtown Vancouver.

Scanning the QR code is hard as the store has limited connectivity. Texting is similarly hard. Service was good once I got it. They need a better system.

This is the second time I have dealt with these guys and they are first class! Peter was a pleasure to deal with even during the holiday Rush

Really impressed with the staff here. They seem to work well as a team and have the patience of preschool teachers. Liked the virtual line option. Peter and Imran were great to chat with, very friendly. Jonathan was super quick, helpful and calm despite the huge lineups during boxing day deals. Lots of freebies too!
