Went to store to get plans. They help me a lot even though they are quite busy with blackfriday offers. Shilpan baka and Mohsin were fantastic. Good services. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Guri. My iphone was completely destroyed and I was able to get a last minute appointment to get a replacement device through my apple care, and he was able to provide me a loaner phone in the mean time! Thank you guri!

Guri went above and beyond to find the parts to fix my Zfold in time to have returned for an upgrade. It was very appreciated and amazing customer service.

The sales associate {Shilpan) was very knowledgeable in the various products available whilst explaining all the details of the transaction and products providing me with all the information necessary to make an informed decision while getting the best deal.

Had a really bad experience with them.got a new cellphone and sim for fido they messed up my agreement by misunderstanding after which I paid 150$ down payment and I was told that later the store manager will get me refund from fido it been while that they didn't gave back me my refund I tried calling but now I stopped.also sometimes information is not clear. I have been charged more due to discount credit every month.

They just sold me a Fido SIM card and said "because you have an account you have to call and activate the SIM yourself" so they sent me away. And I ended up on the phone for about an hour and half to get it done. Once it was done I found out they could and SHOULD have set it up and that was part of the service. I will never go there again.

More of a comment than a review. On Nov 14, I preordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max through this store and was told I would have it by Boxing Day, 6 weeks, even though Apple was quoting 4 weeks for direct sales. Today is the 27th and I have not received my iPhone.

Just a word of caution to take quoted dates with a grain of salt.

Worst service ever. They will make false promises and then time goes, nothing happened. Don’t waste money and time here. I wish I could give 0 star

Received great service from Mohsin Shaikh with my iPhone at this location of Wirelesswave after my iPhone13 just died. What he’s determined as an issue with the phone was correct, and after lots of trouble with Apple store, two days later, I finally received a replacement phone. This way I’d like to thank Mohsin again for his help that day, especially because I walked into the store close to closing hours, but he never rushed or complained about that.

This location is amazing! The staff is extremely personable and helpful. The advice and information provided to me was very transparent and all my requirements in picking a new phone were addressed. Shout out to Nishant, who was absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Great store but never buy phone insurance from WirelessWave.
Its been 2 weeks m struggling with the company for my broken screen claim.
-store doesnt help u with anything, just give u number to call.
-their is no complaint procedure you can file in the insurance company
-they never call u back, never provide any update
-i have repeated my same story 4 times, each time gives me different escalation number and ask to wait for 24-48 hours.
-Because of their complaint my claim is rejected n i have to wait now.
-they never escalate my call before, when they did just put me on hold for 2 hours + call dropped (happened 3 times now)

Very poor insurance service, it been ten day and no response given regarding my insurance.
Please don't take insurance from wireless.

NEVER been more disappointed in my life. "supervisor" on site was joke! Couldn't helped me with questions I simply couldn't understand on my own. Made us wait over an hour for my phone to arrive? Not too mention I asked for help with set up and was completely disregard. Up selled me a screen protector they couldn't find the time to 'enable" with me. HORRIBLE service and will NEVER go back to Wireless Wave. P
