Super shady business practices. Wasn't told about a lot of hidden fees. Charged me for shipping accessories and then told me there was a 2 week delay. Told me the wrong amount for my monthly bill, I signed up, then they told me not everything is on the bill but I don't have anything outstanding. Got a bill for almost $200 the following week. When I complainrd to another location they were like, what did you expect when buying from Wireless Wave. Avoid.

My husband and I went this weekend to change plans on our phone. Cathy was able to answer all our inquiries. Cathy saved us money on our new plan and tranfer went smoothly. Great customer service. We will definitely go to WirelessWave for future services.

When I purchased my phone I received good service from Jessie, however a problem had risen and I got to see the true nature of her service which was bad. I guess when there is no commission, she does not care.

A month ago I traded in my iPhone 12 for an upgrade to an iPhone 14, plus got extra accessories such as the mag charger, phone case, lightning usb cable with socket plug too. Cathy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet in helping me set up my new phone. She is amazing in her customer service from start to finish. So go and look for her if you need a new phone or any other related inquiries too! =)
