She is kind, patient, and helpful.
She did whatever it took to get me the best deal.
After I got my family plans done, I asked her to look into my company's plan. She was able to get us a way better plan with lower prices. Also she spent days to get us all the phones that we wanted in color and storage.

Amrutha help me with my mobile plan and she was really awesome! I had issues opening an account at the Shaw store few shops away and was redirected to wirelesswave. Firstly amrutha made sure to check that the plan selected meet my needs after that everything else was a breeze. She even check the system so that I can get a number similar to my old number instead of just choosing from the default list. I got my new SIM card in less than 20 mins, hats off to her professionalism and very cheerful personality!

I would like to thank Shintaro for his exceptional service in helping me with my mobile plan. He served me during busy time with patience and friendliness, and care about ensuring I’m taken care of even after the sales like my experience with new provider I would call it professionalism. I used to be with Fido and paying $75 dollar per month for only 15 GB and now I have saved a ton on my mobile expenses after switching plans. Wireless Wave also offers some great deal on occasion definitely recommended to come and check it out.

Beware of the Aggressive Sales Tactics!

I recently visited this store with my friend in search of a new mobile phone and plan. We were initially greeted by Shintaru who explained about the plans and phone options. After making my choice Shintaru informed me that I had to purchase insurance, even though I didn't want it, to qualify for an "in-store bonus" they were promoting. This condition left me feeling uneasy, and I mentioned that I might come back later.
This is where the situation went south rapidly. Shintaru, with a sudden burst of aggression, began shouting and ranting about how he wasn't making enough money and that his shift was over. Feeling cornered and overwhelmed, I panicked and decided to go through with the purchase. I did, however, ask if I could cancel the plan later if I changed my mind, to which he replied that I had a 15-day window to do so.
The next day, I decided to do some market research and discovered that the insurance was not actually mandatory. I felt conned and deceived. When I returned to the store to rectify this, Shintaru's behavior took an even darker turn. He started shouting, swearing, and using abusive language, ultimately banning me from the store for simply questioning the insurance policy and rightfully returning the unopened device.
This kind of aggressive behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should never be subjected to such treatment. My experience here was far from pleasant, and I strongly advise against dealing with this individual.

Buyer beware!
I will tell you my personal experience after this disclaimer- have very clear communication with this location when it comes to service fees.
I got a new BYOD plan with this location and was told if I call fido, they’ll be able to waive the $60 service fees. It wasn’t “they might bw” or “worth a try”, I was definitively told that Fido customer service “will be able to waive the $60 fees. ”
Lo and behold, when I called Fido customer service, I get told that the store hasn’t indicated that the fees needs to be waived. I reached back to the store and I was told that they will look into it and “escalate” the situation, whatever that means.
A few days later when I receive my bill, it’s $67 more than expected because of the fees+tax. So I went back to the store and left my number with them to resolve the issue. No luck.
I call fido again to resolve the issue and they say there is no report, no escalation, nothing on my account.
So I visit this location again and ask them for clarification, I get told that when I came to the store two days before getting my new plan, Amrutha had told me that there will be connection fees. I ask Amrutha then why did her rep told me the day I get my connection that the fees will be waived by Fido? No answer.
In the end, after a lengthy back and forth, I was able to get the $60 waived, and Amrutha said it was her rep’s mistake.
Be very very careful!

Amrutha has always been well-knowledgeable about her products and very efficient in dealing with customers. I remember two years ago I contacted her for billing as there was an amount that was not credited back to my account by the service provider. Amrutha resolved the issue immediately without fuss.
