Truly awesome experience. Was helped within 10 seconds of entering the store even though it was full. Roh was the staff member available and he remembered helping my wife 3 weeks ago! Everything was seamless, no hidden fees, and an excellent offer on a trade-in for a new phone. Was well worth the 45 min drive to visit this specific location.

I had been looking for an exciting plan that suits my brother's budget and needs, who is relatively new to Vancouver, and we could not be more pleased with our purchase and shopping experience than what we are now. I had one of my very satisfying customer service experiences. There is a gentleman named Roh who has listened to us very patiently and then helped us to narrow down our options to only a few, which looked very hard to resist against them. His skills and manner were off the chart that even though we have delayed our final purchase to a later date, I said it to my brother immediately after we left the store that we should do business with someone who prioritizes the customers like him and I deeply felt being respected and valued by Roh. It is obvious that we came back later with confidence that we're picking the right plan and finished the deal. Five Star ️️️️️

Since I moved from Burnaby to Coquitlam so many things I have to reconnect with and I have to find the right people to give me good advise in regards my banking, home wifi, phone plan and so on…. There was some issues which I had with my phone network and i always take family plans then I have been to WIRELESSWAVE then I met ‘’Roh’’ in there. Roh was so professional and as well as passionate about his job. Roh at the Coquitlam Centre mall location was very professional and helpful in providing options for a plan based on our usage along with upgraded phones. Although he was handling many customers at one time as he was on his own, he still was engaging and provided us excellent customer service.

Great Store! Our family has been getting our phones from WW for over a decade. We find the best information on multiple brands and deals here. While the service is always great, recently Chaman at this Coquitam mall store has elevated it to "Outstanding. " I'm the family member that has become visually impaired and older at the same time, requiring a bit more attention when buying a phone and/or accessories. Chaman took the time to listen, understand my needs, and proceeded to assist me in a knowledgeable, professional and courteous manner. She not only put the "S" in "service, " but also was patient while setting up my new phone for my visual needs. Overall, a great company, and an excellent sales/service/asset in Chaman.
