Worst car wash EVER $35.00 no special wash options and didn't even have time to complete washing my truck. I have NEVER paid more than $15-20 for a coin operated car wash and washed my ENTIRE vehicle using ALL the special options. This place is a darn joke don't waste your money at this POS carwash

5 star review for the gentleman working today, but 0 stars for the actual car wash. We paid $16.50 for a car wash and it legitimately did not clean our car at all. Attached are photos after leaving the car wash. The only places that the dirt came off was where the worker cleaned it. Complete waste of money.

The owner or an employee or whatever couldnt stop staring at me and literally jsut kept coming near my truck when I was washing it. Not sure what his deal was but I go there to not be freaking stared at.

I used this car wash for the first time, and it's not good. Prices are almost the same like elsewhere and the cleaning job is not what I was expected

Painfully slow.
No chance to get out of line once committed.
Make sure to pack a lunch as it’s actually that slow.

While I was waiting to turn into line for touchless lane, I saw a truck moved along, so I naturally moved to that spot. A minute later, an employee (most likely an owner?) had an audacity of walking up to my car to yell at me and even went as far as opening my drivers' door without my permission and left me felt threatened! He forced me to drive backward to my previous spot so I won't block the path for self-serve lane, despite the truck being at that same spot a moment earlier. Also, a big truck was able to turn and pass smoothly for self-serve without any hesitation. I drove back, and he rudely tapped at the sign to wait. That's NOT how you treat a long-time customer, especially after opening my door like that. If I made a mistake, fine, but that is not how an employee reacts and threatens a customer like the way I just described. I have attached video clips from my dashcam (driving to next spot; a big truck passed behind me, which verify I didn't block path; reflection off a truck's panel showing my door being opened without permission; and partial view of employee's rudeness). Terrible experience that left me shaken!

Wise guys is a well managed car wash, I have been going for years, unfortunately there new rates due to the 70% increase in water costs from the city of Penticton and the cost of cleaners up 100% you better be quick!

I usually do self serve, their vacuums work great and I can usually vacuum and quick wash for around 10$. Automatic touch-less wash is amazing. Get the 'extra dirty' wash and your baby will be squeaky clean

Everything needed to wash your car or truck indoors, including shampoo and vacuums. Also has the automatic drive through. Fair prices and well maintained. Always an actual human being on site at all times too would have given 5 stars but I couldn't find a place for my debit card to get change. Or tap to wash would be nice (debit)

Prices are a little high compared to the other wand wash but this place has more options which is nice wish there was a undercarriage attachment

Got the gold wash and my truck was still covered in soap when it was done! Heading to another car wash to clean it off!

Hit the autowash during off hours to avoid the wait.

The place has a great location and is well kept, I just wasn't expecting a 45 minute wait for the touchless bay. Next time ill try the self serve.

Great place to go for hand washing. Was very disappointed when they started charging for "detailing" work. It's a car wash - that's what people do. I'll stop in the winter for a quick vacuum, but never sure exactly what they define "detailing" as, so don't take the time to clean the dash or windows. I do that at home now, which means I don't buy their ArmorAll wipes or window cleaning wipes.

It was a clean place and looked very professional and I actually liked taking my car there and I will definitely be going back.
