There were two men working this morning and they were so sweet.the one guy came over to help me with the payment so i didn’t have to get out of my car.then they both sprayed my car with a presoak before i entered the mechanical car wash! They both seemed happy and eager to assist me in any way possible! They were also very focused and determined to spray every bit of my car.it was a very thorough job! And my car is sparkly clean

Until yesterday I would have given this business a great review. BUT, one of the guys actually yelled at me yesterday. They had a sign up as you drive in about not wanting any aggressive tires in the car wash. I drove past it and proceeded to buy my ticket. Then this old guy came at me yelling me, "I told you it's closed"! How ridiculous. I didn't even see him until that moment. Then he pointed to sign, and I replied, "it does not say closed"! Then he yelled back in his frustration! Put the right flippin sign up first of all! Second, what kind of man yells at a woman that way? I will not be back.

Your tap pads don’t work. I had to have one car behind me back up and I couldn’t go forward because your tap pads don’t work. FIX THEM! Very frustrating!

Excellent experience. This is the best car wash place in Kamloops. Vinny did an amazing job. Kudos to him! I am a repeat customer now.

When using the initial pre wash selection the cycle was blowing 90% air through the wand. I mentioned and showed the issue to the car attendants and their reply was that’s normal. I guess it’s okay when you pay $2 for air? I also find their foam brushes in a lot of the stalls to be worn and course which cause scratches on your clear coat. My recommendations to be aware and cautious. Use other car wash businesses with better services and properly maintained equipment. It’s worth the extra distance in order to receive better quality service. Cars and paint jobs are expensive!

Everytime I visit to get my car washed it turns out amazing. Like out of the show room. Great job guys.

I've been talking to a few of my friends who also went here and we all have very similar experiences. The people here are very openly racist and discriminatory. The services aren't even that good. Please find better it's not worth being yelled at and overcharged.

If you like great automatic car washes, this is the place to go. Get the "foaminator" wash and you will be impressed. Friendly staff that prewash before entering. Pricing is way cheaper than other places and also have $2 off days.

Clean Bays with lots of options included! A little on the expensive side as far as time per dollar goes compared to other coin operated car wash places go. I would definitely go there again!

My 1st time here. Cool light show. Was very happy until about 1/2 hour later when all the spots showed up. Paid for a premium wash and wheels still really dirty. Will go back for the lights.

Always friendly and accommodating. We drive 40km of gravel roads to town, never bat an eye as we try to get our vehicle presentable for a day in town.

My go to, they take good care of you at this place. Lost a star because occasionally there's still bird poop on my car after I've gone through the automatic. Doesn't stop me from going there.

The old guy that hoses down the stalls is always incredibly rude, in fact it seems like he really goes out of his way to be a jerk.

Rude employees, takes forever to get soap off. Actually had payed with credit card and it cut me off before I was done. Went to shampoo my seats and the shampoo unit was covered in mud. Brushes are not clean and leave scratches.

The soft cloth wash does the best job of any automatic wash (including touchless) in Kamloops of getting my pickup truck clean. If you buy the reloadable card you can save quite a bit if you load it with a minimum amount. Hardly ever a lineup when I've been there, plus there's self wash bays and a touchless wash as well.

My favourite car wash! Get a good amount of time for your money, have the option to pay with credit card and their triple foam is the best. I find my car gets the best clean from it. A must stop while on the north shore!

Just need to move your car in front of the waiting place and pay the bill on the Machine. Then take your Receipt to go. They have different types of way to wash your car

The Foaminatpr is the best car wash.
The premium cleans like no other wash in town and is a couple dollars cheaper.
Always a great experience and it shines the tires as well.

I've been using this car wash monthly for a number of years now. I've had secured kayak cradles on my car since March 2015 and never had a problem with them. Tonight, as I'm getting ready to pay my $12, I was approached and rudely told I couldn't go in with my racks. I told him I've never had a problem and he just said I can't go in with them.why is this an issue 4 years later? I drove 20 mins out of my way to go to this car wash every month, and obviously was happy with this place.until tonight. Never again.

Hard to find a car wash where they rinse your truck by a staff member. My truck was covered in mud and shawn the manager was nice enough to take the time rinse and pre wash everything Great service here! Need more places like this down in the lower mainland.

It's one of the better auto car washes I've been to, not over priced gives you a fun light show haven't checked out the bay section yet

The gentleman who works here was very kind when I ran out of change and didn't have enough to Finnish spraying my car off so he gave me a voucher for a dollar to Finnish up

It was busy but the line up moved quickly. The touchless car wash is mediocre (I have a truck and used the silver wash) as the tail gate and running boards had a film of dirt still on them; however, i have had better luck with the carwash with the brushes as they get the grim off better. They also have a self serve bay. The change machine was out of order though. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Incredibly Unimpressed. Paid for a gold wash which includes a wheel wash. Wheels are still filthy, door handles are ALL still dirty, dirt spots everywhere. Grille didnt even get cleaned for christ sakes. What a damn waste of $13. Could have washed it myself and done WAY better for half that.
