I went in to cancel my auto insurance after an accident. I was greeted by Cat S. (Branch Manager) who was very friendly and quick to help me out. It wasn't straight forward as ICBC had provided wrong information, but Cat called them quickly and got it all sorted out. Working with ICBC has been stressful but this interaction with Cat and Westland Insurance was refreshing and informative. Thanks for the help!

Poor service for rental insurance. I ended up going to a different agency. I don't mind this location for auto insurance but won't go back for any other services.

Ever since I provided my personal information, more specifically my email address, I keep receiving many spam and phishing emails (like 10 a day). The reason why I know is because that address is new and only provided to this agency via this storefront.

I would suggest the company to review their internal systems to see if anyone is selling customer information, or to see if they have malware in their info systems.

My first time at this Autoplan office. Very impressed at how knowledgeable their employee, Zac, is. Not only is he knowledgeable, he had immense patience explaining all the details to me, and then to my sister and brother-in-law. We all ended up doing our insurance through him. Two thumbs up!

We came here to get marriage license. Very quick and fast.
Everything is automated and screens for you to see what they are writing as well before they print it out.

You can call them for booking or just stand in line for things you want to ask. They don't feel very corporate and I like the standing stalls.

Might different for each attendant but so far the lady with short hair was awesome!

This place used to have great service. Not anymore, highly suggest going elsewhere. The representative today asks for non mandatory initials on a simple auto insurance policy renewal, when a signature will do. Seems like they get a lot of complaints on representatives not explaining coverages properly.

I used to be think this was a good place until I found them trying to rip me off so they can pocket the difference. I was an accident and the care was written off. I was advised by ICBC to consult with my insurance broker with getting a refund of the prorated amount for my insurance from the day of accident. ICBC even have me a form stating the date by which the insurance should be prorated to. When coming to this broker they refused and made a imaginary rule of refund based on the day it was towed from the shop where they made the estimate. With the discrepancy I called the ICBC representative on the spot and asked this broker how they are making this claim. The agent from WM Anderson Insurance turned red as he was caught red handed trying to SCAM me. Becaeful of this company or family. SCAMMERS.

Could have been a 4 or a 5 star. But I rolled up at 8: 57pm and was shocked to see it was closed. They said sorry and yes I was cutting it close. But maybe you should adjust your business hours? I’d expect this from teenagers at retail stores but not grown adults.

By far the most knowledgeable office I have renewed my insurance at! I left feeling like I finally understand all the aspects of my insurance and got much better coverage for such a small difference in cost. Amazing service and explanations about coverages.
