I had a great experience buying my car from Wolfe Mazda. Gurtej found me the exact match I was looking for, with lower mileage and better pricing than other cars I was looking at. The sales process was smooth and straightforward, and they happily answered any questions I had during the process. Gurtej also provided some advice throughout that definitely helped in my decision.

The purchase was for my partner and the way he approached her, treated her and made her feel like the priority, which she is, was very commendable and greatly appreciated. The Service is good. My experience has been that only useful/necessary work is done.

The "Dealer" price for service tends to add up, so can be a bit of "sticker shock" for the final bill.

Although the process did not go as smooth as I hoped, you all did your best to help resolve any issue that arose. As a family own business, I really appreciate the safety you enforce on your staff and on your customers. Most dealers won't enforce covid protocols/guidelines, let alone have a safety and sanitary station right when customers walk in. Everyone here has been nothing but the best, but Tijs' customer servicer is the reason I came back. He's approachable, friendly and really just want to help you. My daughter purchased her first new car, a 2021 Mazda with 7km on it. One week into driving it, and the airbag malfunction light comes on. Two hours in service department without a courtesy car to be offered.
She is now very concerned that she made the wrong decision on purchasing this vehicle.

We had our previous Mazda3 for 7 years, so we decided that it was time to upgrade. We have a growing family AND our previous Mazda was really good to us. We went into Mazda on Saturday, and went home with a CX5 on Sunday. We knew what vehicle we wanted, but Aaron went above and beyond with making our dreams come true. He is super friendly, helpful, not pushy, and took the time to show us how to go through controls and use the entire vehicle! No one has ever done that for us before. What an amazing experience! Wolfe Langley Mazda is the place to go for a new vehicle. They made buying my new car easy and effortless, and got me into the exact vehicle I wanted Mazda 3 Sport GT Turbo AWD!

Went during the summer to get a used vehicle. Found one that I actually did like, but the price they were asking was slightly out of my budget for the mileage it had, so I had to walk.

The sales manager called me a few days later and told me that we could discuss the price, so I agreed to come in the next day. A friend made time to come with me, as I am not familiar with the car purchasing process.

When I came in and asked for him at the time we agreed he wasn't even there, and nobody seemed to know that I was there for. After speaking to the internet sales specialist I was informed that the vehicle was sold within an hour of the phone call the previous day.

Not even a phone call to inform me that the vehicle I was going to see was gone. I was treated as if I had just randomly walked in instead of having made an appointment. My time and my friend's time was wasted.

I'm just glad I never bought that vehicle, because who knows how I would have been treated after they already had my money.

I was helping my mother purchase a new car. My mom was interested in a few 2021.5 CX-5 demos that Wolfe Mazda was advertising. When I messaged the sales advisor Dhillon that we were interested in coming to look at them, he indicated there were 2 demos still available. We arranged to come and view them the following day.

When we arrived, we were told the demo CX-5s my mom was interested in were not available to view or test-drive. When we inquired further, we were advised that they were with sales/lease staff offsite and could not be viewed or test-driven at all. After we drove a comparable new one to get an idea if the vehicle would be suitable, we again inquired about the demos and Dhillon suggested purchasing a brand new model, but that a deal could be worked out on the price of a new one. When we asked what could be negotiated, we were told if my mom was ready to buy today, he could go to the sales manager to see what could be arranged and prepare a purchase agreement to buy a new model. We decided to leave and consider our options elsewhere.

The whole experience is a classic bait and switch move. Advertising a product that does not exist and then offering a more expensive option instead. Furthermore, we waisted our valuable time and gas driving here (since we don't live in the area).

In the end, my mom went to her local Mazda dealer to see what they had available. The sales advisor there was straightforward and easy to deal with. There was no pressure to buy a car on the spot and he clearly indicated what could be negotiated. It was such a positive sales experience that in the end she went ahead and purchased a brand new CX-5 Turbo Signature there.

I contacted Dillion for buying a cx5 and he is such a patient and professional dealer. I got my perfect car and it really worth that I drove all the way from Vancouver. Really recommend Dillion and people here!

Last time i was there for my servicing cx5, when i came to pick up my car they drop coffee in the cargo.car was smelling so bad when i tried to talk to them they told me its my coffee.lol i didnt drink coffee in my life for personal reasons.when i tried to contact them they were so mad at me.the departement manager polarski (i forgot his name)

Wolf Mazda has got to be by far the best dealership I've ever been too. Aaron was our salesman and right from the start it was amazing, he is so incredibly knowledgeable about mazdas and didnt leave any unanswered questions. At no point did I feel pressured or second guessing my purchase. Aaron was not only great at finding me the right vehicle but was great to talk to. After selling my 2018 SUV, I'm looking to upgrade to something newer. I contacted this dealership in hopes they were able to assist me in purchasing a 2021 SUV. The sales rep (Dhillon) would not negotiate or say prices without me confirming that I was going to put money down, and needed my full name and credit card information before we even started discussing prices. That leaves no room for negotiating at all and seems like there are trying to pressure me; that puts me in a position where I felt uncomfortable sending over credit details just to discuss a product, other dealerships I have been to are happy to discuss a vehicle and pricing without needing my credit information. Feeling pressured to buy before even knowing or having written prices is wrong - he stated it was company policy, definitely not a Mazda policy as I have already been to a different one. I don't feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle here and will unfortunately be looking elsewhere.

This was my first time ever going into a dealership actually looking to buy a vehicle.
I made my appointment on what I wanted a few days beforehand.
When I arrived I was notified that they did not have that vehicle before and that they could offer me something similar or better. They have me a test drive in on of their cars and I went away in it. They had no issue with the route I was taking or anything along those lines.
When I came back they asked me about how I liked the car and if I would like to discuss further. I mentioned the original reason I was there and we got talking about prices and packages.
The sales person Gurtej Dhillon did an amazing job for me and made sure that I was as happy as I could be with the offer being made and the car that I am getting. After coming back from his sales manager, Trevor, we came to an agreement.
I then went to Nate on finance who was very welcoming and gave me multiple options on how to pay and any additional add ons we wanted.
I was getting my car from the factory and they mentioned that it could be up to a week before it arrives. It arrived the next day.
I am now writing this, outside their dealership because I think now, more than any other time, is a great reason to leave this review.
They were so welcoming to me, wanted to make sure I was happy, wanted to make sure everything worked and they were not just talking to me, they also included my girlfriend in every step of the way too. We felt very much welcomed to their showroom and now we are apart of their Mazda family.
Would highly recommend them to anyone and I already have.

My wife and I bought a brand new Cx-5. Our sales Rep was Jesse e. He did not have that typical sales rep attitude. He was very pleasant.

The sales manager Trevor was also great. I had a couple of specific request and he took care of them.

I have to say both Trevor and Jesse were fantastic to talk to. We talked about life in general and shared some laughs. My wife and I were very impressed from the first greetings to driving away in our new vehicle.

On Craigslist, you cannot search for any car without having almost 800 of their ads showing up. In their own ads, they list almost every car make and model made. So if you search for any car.you can't find it due their spam.

Just ended up with a brand new Mazda CX-3 AWD and I couldn’t be happier! I must say that the staff at Wolfe’s Langley Mazda were so friendly and I felt it easy to build a connection with them. But most importantly, I wouldn’t have bought it without the expertise from Aaron Wilson. He is such a great person and is so knowledgeable on all models in their lineup. I always get great service from Wolfe Langley Mazda. They have gone above and beyond to take the best care of my Mazda 6.

I did most of the work to find and buy my ‘new’ cx5 Signature. The agreed cost was off by 500$ when I hit the final invoice. The car was a demo with 13000$ km but the auto trader ad said 8000km. There were 2 chips in the windshield which I didn’t notice and when I informed them an hour later after driving away they said they’d cover the deductible after implying I had something to do with it. I went to the tire place almost 2 months ago to get snows and found no tire lock wrench anywhere. I had to get the tire place to get them off. Wolfe said they’d send replacement wheel locks. That was almost 2 months ago despite numerous promises and requests. Unimpressed.

We couldn't be happier with the purchase of our Mazda CX9 GT from Wolf Mazda. Our salesman Aaron made himself available to us only when we needed him. No pressure to buy! His knowledge of the Mazda vehicle lineup was key in helping us make our decision.
The rest of the staff made us feel as though we were part of he family. Would definitely recommend Aaron and this dealership if your looking for a new or used car. Overall experience a ten out of ten!

Less than poor customer service. They will sell you a car alright, but don't expect ever to get a hold of anyone afterwards. You can only get their attention in person. Phone calls, messages and voice-mails mean nothing. Also, make sure to do a thorough cleaning of your car, not letting anything behind, otherwise their detailing service will make sure it will desapear. 4 weeks after purchasing a used car, I still haven't received the spare keys, carfax history or service history (which were all verbally confirmed), and every call ends up on voice mail or false promises.
Not to mention hitting my credit score twice because of a misspelling on the application done by the dealership.

At the beginning of our search and the purchasing of our 2019 Mazda CX-3 was very smooth and seamless. The service was very accommodating; however; upon arriving home we noticed a missing lock for our locked lug nuts and the support was very poor. This was very disappointing. They obviously dropped the ball once they had our money.

Bad service and not true to their words
We made the deal yesterday for Mazda cx5 demo model. Mike grooves asked us if anyone owned a Mazda in my family and we said yes my eldest daughter. Anyhow after debating the price and all we finally reached to a deal. Now we went to Jerry finance person this guys asked us the same thing never ever mentioned about that my daughter need to be at the same address as us. Because she got married and moved in the neighborhood. Now today Jerry called us and said no we can't give you the loyalty deal as she doesn't live at the same address. We said you never me tions this yesterday. He lied and said no I did. Rude and liar at the same time. I left message to the sales manager but no call being returned. We will not like to buy or deal with people who don't own to their words.

Mike got the deal done in the time frame that I needed and also had the exact car I wanted. He was professional, to the point and did an awesome job. Thanks Mike!

The finance department was quick at getting all the paperwork done and I was out of the dealership with my new car quickly. I would recommend buying your Mazda here.

The people here aren't unreasonable, if you know what car you want to get just go here and pick one up, they don't create much fuss.
