My fiancée and I went through the process of purchasing a brand new vehicle from the dealership. Jun was our sales person and dealt with him though the whole process. We had no trade in car to offer when visiting few Subaru dealers in and around Vancouver. Which put us in an odd position, according to the salesmen, being not a priority buyer who would be constantly push back in a line up of clients trading their own cars. Figured out! Eventually we ended up in Go Subaru Langley, about one hour drive from home. Fairly discouraging at first. Then we met Shivam…. And the Horizon opened wide. Very engaging, professional salesman with no « BS » talks. Promises was done that in about less than 8 weeks the car would be ours. Hard to believe while other dealers visited earlier told us 6 months minimum with a sour taste of « blaming » us because we had no car to trade in. Shivam pledges sounded nice but to nice to be true. Fears and doubts faded when 5 weeks after a deposit, Shivam confirmed us that everything - delivery time- sticks to the plans. Indeed in less than the 8 weeks pledged, we were driving our new Subaru Outback. Shivam gave us a quick tour of the véhicule and Corinna handled all the administration and documentation smoothly and efficiently. Everything, including the icbc formalities wrapped up in less than 90’, on a Sunday morning (!). All together a very good and stress less experience with a real customer care service from A to Z. Definitely worth the hour drive from home. A Highly recommended Subaru dealer staff.

Since taking over from Wolff it has been bad I had on oil change that cost me $150 and came out have problems with my fuel consumption. I believe they broke some oxygen sensor so I come back. Definitely not coming back.

Had my 2021 Forester in for the 6 month servicing. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Even though they were very busy and running a bit behind, the service tech was good at giving updates and being apologetic. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable. They even washed my car and vacuumed it. I will definitely return for my next service!

I had the best experience with Lee at the parts and service desk. He was polite and helpful. He explained everything fully and wasn't patronizing at all. He even insisted on washing my car himself when the regular wash person had gone home for the day! What a wonderful guy!

We had been going here for 7 years.
Used to be good now they just don’t care.
Had our car for 6 hours and didn’t even do any of the service promised. Asked to speak to the service manager, not available on the weekend. Asked to have the GM call me on Monday, 2 weeks later no call. Tried to get in touch a few times since then but they just do not answer the phone.
Time to find somewhere else for future service

I have had my Crosstrek serviced at Go Langley/Wolfe Subaru for the past few times and the service has been excellent indeed. However, my vehicle was not washed/vacuumed this time (which was a bit of a bummer). I don't know if a process is in place to ensure that each vehicle serviced do receive a wash/vacuum.

Other than that - it will be a 5-star rating!

When I ordered my Subaru I had a great experience dealing with Wolfe and their team! I understood that with limited supply and high demand that I’d be paying full asking price and they were upfront with their documentation charge of $899. Finally after months of waiting I was contacted by the finance manager to let me know my car was there and wanted to arrange a delivery time with me, when I arrived I was informed that from the time I ordered my car and it arriving the dealership there was an ownership change and Subaru has been sold to Go Auto. So I figured no big deal until I was told point blank they wouldn’t honor my agreed upon price! They said Go Auto has a prep fee of $1000 plus an additional $899 documentation charge but would wave the original $899 I was charged at the time of placing my order. I was confused on why they couldn’t honor the deal I’d agreed too, now they want an additional $1000 I was blown away at the treatment received. I asked to speak to the manager, then Tom came over to speak with me briefly but all he said was I should feel lucky to even get a car with availability being so limited he then said I can have my deposit back as they could sell the car I ordered for $2000 over asking price plus get the $1899 in extra charges. I asked again for them to honor the deal and was told that’s not possible so I requested my deposit and was then informed it takes 10 business days to process the refund. As I was leaving Tom said good luck finding a better deal.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.

We purchased a fog light cover for our Crosstrek. We called for a service appointment to have the part installed. We were told that no appointment was necessary. Come by and we will install it for you. Today, my wife dropped by and the service department kindly took the car inside and installed the part. They were courteous and efficient. NO charge for their service. We bought the car at another dealer but we will come here for any future parts and service. It's rare these days to have this level of service and attention from car dealers. Well done and thank you all!

One week has passed since we purchased our new 2023 Subaru Forrester, and we are really in love and are happy with it. The car is quite a step-up from our previous one with so many more bells and whistles.

We are enchanted by the features we have been able to use so far and their designs, and are confident we will be able soon to use them all. The features safety features are especially reassuring, and got us a 10% discount on our car insurance. We feel incredibly safe in the car. We have been highly impressed with the Forrester's fuel mileage, which is obviously so important these days because of the price of gas and concern for the environment. At first, we thought there must be something wrong with the fuel gauge because we drove about 30km before one bar disappeared!

Of course, in buying a car, the car is the most important thing, but we really want to mention our sales person, Stelios Spiliotopoulos, who was simply amazing and the best car salesperson either my wife and I have ever encountered. He was incredibly patient and even treated our daughter like a valuable customer!

Stelios not only went the extra mile to make us super-satisfied, but a whole marathon! On the day we were to pick up our car, despite being busy with other customers, he waited patiently while we finished with the financial officer and insurance agent, then patiently explained our cars features until we had no questions, paying special attention to our daughter. At no time, in his tone of voice or body language, did he seem rushed or distracted. We are also 200% sure that in giving us such great service he went beyond his shift time on a Saturday evening! Thank you so much, Stelios from all of our family. You were the brightest highlight of our Subaru experience. We will definitely come to you for our next car and give you the highest possible recommendation to our friends.

Mechanics can’t change 1 spark plug, called didn’t take my model or make of my vehicle, explained I needed to book an appoint to remove one plug that I was struggling with, they told me they can’t do it. I guess it’s safe to drive with 3 new spark plugs and one old one until it misfires, they told me I can remove it and if it breaks/strips then they can service my vehicle. I specifically chose this dealership because if anything was going to go wrong I wanted the specialized skill of a mechanic that exclusively works on subarus, really disappointed.

Stelios at Wolfe Subaru was one of the most helpful, informative and thorough sales person we have encountered! He showed us the car we were looking at and all the features it has or if other models didn’t have certain features. He even got us to test drive other vehicles to compare how it felt to the one we were looking at. We were told it could be 3-4 months but we got a call within 3 days that the car we wanted was available if we wanted it. We walked in to Wolfe Subaru just wanting to get some more information and test drive something but because of the great service, we walked out with an order for a brand new Subaru. HIGHLY recommend!

Occasionally things are missed when I have my car serviced here, between fog lights being disconnected and coolant reservoir left empty after a coolant change. Otherwise service is good and staff are friendly and explain things well.

My son needed the timing belt replaced on his Subaru Impreza so I looked up the closest Subaru dealership which was Wolfe Subaru in Langley. We live in Chilliwack, 40 min away. I found Wolfe Subaru's reviews low at 3.9 out of 5 stars so I checked Coquitlam Subaru (1 hour away) who had 4.5 stars.

Coquitlam Subaru quoted me $1599 for a complete timing belt kit (belt, water pump, tensioner, cog gears.etc). We opted to go to Wolfe Subaru because it was closer, more convenient to arrange for a ride home after dropping off our car.

I booked an appt with Wolfe for Wednesday March 30,2022 at 10am and sent them a detailed email asking them to make sure all parts mentioned above would be there for our appt since we live 40 min away and had to take time off work and arrange for a ride back, they replied to my email confirming all parts would be there.

Wolfe had no courtesy cars so we drove both our vehicles over and dropped off our car for 10am.
In speaking with the service guy, I again confirmed that they would replace all parts mentioned above, he then said they would NOT replace the water pump because they didn't have one in stock. I reminded him about my email in which they confirmed ALL parts, including a water pump, would be there, his reply was that Subaru's water pump were very durable and in his 5 years working there, he hadn't seen one replaced.

I had my doubt and knew from experience that during a timing belt replacement, the water pump should be replaced but the service guy managed to convince me that it wasn't necessary.

My son had to work at 4pm that day and the service guy told us the work would take about 4 hours which would leave us about 2 hours to make it to work on time. My son and I decided to stay in Langley and went for breakfast. During breakfast I read a bit more about whether or not the water pump should be replaced and we both decided that it should get done.

We returned to Wolfe at 11: 45 am, thinking the job would be about half done but our car was still parked where we had left it! They hadn't even started working on it, almost 2 hours into our appt!

Not impressed, I spoke to our service guy, told him that as per my email, we wanted the water pump replaced, he once more explained that he didn't have one, the best he could do was to maybe have one by the next morning. I reminded him that we lived 40 minutes away, that we had taken a day off of work & school to make this appt. We asked for a courtesy car but of course there were none.

I asked him for an explanation regarding their confirmation that all parts would be there for our appt so he called the appt scheduling person over. That person said that he did see my request for all parts to be available and further said that he ignored my water pump request thinking it wasn't needed!

Eventhough I asked for it, they confirmed it would get done, this person decided otherwise without further consulting with me. I seriously wasn't impressed but realized there was nothing else to do then leave the car there overnight and drive home.

The following day our service guy called saying our car was ready and added that they replaced 2 worn out idler pulleys, at no cost to us. Neither my son or I could make it over that day. Because of Wolfe Subaru, my son was without a car for work and school for 2.5 days and I had to drive him around.

Come Friday, I couldn't take time off work so my son had to figure out a way to go get his car. I called our service guy to pay the invoice over the phone and the amount was almost $200 more than Coquitlam Subaru. They ended up matching their price eventhough they changed less parts than Coquitlam would have. We later noticed that the 2 idler pulleys Wolfe replaced at no cost were not even Subaru OEM parts, they used a cheaper option.

I later received a text from Wolfe Subaru saying a manager would contact me but no one ever did.

NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND WOLFE SUBARU.

Well, I can’t believe a year has passed. I purchased my Subaru Forester sport one year ago from Rena. I came all the way from Victoria on Vancouver Island and she had arranged everything perfectly for me. I was very happy with the experience and came back smiling. This is the first time that’s ever happened after leaving a car dealership. Over the year Reena followed up to update me on Subaru news and tips and tricks with her newsletters on everything Subaru. I will be purchasing a Soltera through her very shortly once they become available. Don’t listen to any of these negative reviews, miserable people attract negative energy and perhaps it’s them that need to change their perspective on life; I had nothing but a positive experience the entire time, With absolutely everyone at the dealership. I called the sales office once, the service desk, the parts counter, a few other sales reps, the manager, the finance manager, everyone was friendly and happy to help. Things happen, and it’s how you deal with it. I can’t stand people who leave a one star review and defame someone’s business because they didn’t take the time to eat a snickers bar before they went out on errands for the day. Wolf subaru deserves five stars. Especially considering how they handled the pandemic. I can’t believe the attention to care they took to protect the public and their staff. What a fantastic business. I wish everyone and every business ran such a tight ship.

I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and I had an amazing experience thanks to Mark Painchaud. When I first went to view the car, it was a busy weekend, but he immediately grabbed the keys for me and let me test drive the car without any hassle or discussion. After taking the car for a drive, Mark discussed my options with me in detail so that I could make an informed decision on how I wanted to move forward. The whole experience was stress free and I never felt pressured to make a decision. When I got my car, all of the accessories were already on for me, and Mark took the time to go over any questions I had about the features. The team at Wolfe Subaru are lovely and I look forward to seeing them in the future.

I found the sale man very difficult to get info out of after putting our deposit down. I contacted him a week ago and followed up twice since then still got an answer. Poor service quality. It's like they don't care about their customer. I would not recommend this location.

I just bought my first Subaru Forester. I say first because we are going to encourage both our daughters take a serious look at a Subaru! It was not on the top of my list but after a test drive I was not interested in the other 3 makes on my list. (Though I did drive them just to be sure) Head room for my tall husband brought us back a 2nd time and Conner knows his stuff. Conner answered every question, could demo every feature & and was understanding when our busy life made the decision a 4 week decision. The Forester is rated high in the reviews and does not feel cheap. Their technogy is easy to learn, the driver seat has 2 settings and so much more! Conner did not flinch when we asked to see a different color and was quick to get it pulled from a lot and another from out back when it was pouring rain! I would recommend Wolfe Subaru Langley, particularly, Conner, ask for him!

Got my very first Subaru, the 2021 WRX from you guys on Saturday, love the car, always wanted it. Had the chance to work with Mark Painchaud from sales and Claudine Russell from the finance department, experienced guys, easy to work with and I got my car in 3 hours after giving away my old one. Was the easiest decision I ever had to make, purchasing a new Subaru. Jay Shead stepped in and made my purchase my way, no complications or hiccups throughout the process. Reminded me of a handshake, because everything was done as promised virtually over the phone. When I arrived to get my new Legacy everything had been taken care of and I was turned over to the powerhouse, that is Chase Tait. He was more than eager to get me intimate with my new vehicle. From setting up the driver mitigation to going to fill it with fuel. We must have spent an hour going over the features and benefits, and it was time well spent. A young person with so much energy and enthusiasm really helps the buying experience become special. You can spend your money anywhere you like and it’s your decision on who deserves your business! Give the Wolfe auto group a shot at earning your trust and follow the “stars”while your at it and make it a Subaru!

He is an 11/10. He'll give you his honest opinion and isn't like the salesperson that will try to sell you something that you don't need in a sneaky and manipulative way. He's genuine.

It felt like talking to a friend about vehicles than talking to a sales person, and to me, that makes him 100% trustworthy and reliable. He answered any questions we had at ease.

He also went above and beyond with his service. He went out of his way to pick up coffee for us when they didn't have any at the dealership available!

Also, he let us take our time test driving different cars and made sure what we got was close to perfect.

Wolfe Subaru, you have a very valuable team member here! Please treat him well

Really good service at Wolfe Subaru. I purchased my Subaru Impreza in 2017 and since then haven’t taken it anywhere else except them. Amazing customer service always. Wolfe Subaru sold me an Impreza in the summer of 2020 that had 11,000KMs on it and a faulty transmission. It had to be completely replaced by Nanaimo Subaru right away after I purchased the vehicle. Either they’re okay will offloading broken vehicles, or they're incompetent in conducting a PDI. Scott the salesman is also a sleaze ball to deal with. He needs to leave the car dealership and go back to the wackywavinginflatablearmflailimgthubeman commercials. Subaru's are awesome, my experience at this dealership however, was not.

Poor quality mechanic service that are over priced. I would recommend people to do research and ask around with other mechanics what types of vehicles to purchase before they go for a Subaru. The vehicles have so many issues that just drains your wallet. If you have money for poor quality service that are overpriced, go for Subaru. More than once I have to bring back my vehicles right after service, because when they said it’s all good, it’s not all good at all. But when you bring it back to them, they would tell you that some services they don’t do blah blah blah. Seriously, with the money they charged per hour I expect professionalism instead of salesperson.

Had an appointment for a quick job that would supposedly take under an hour at 11am. Through no fault of their own (fault in computer/VIN system) the wrong part had been ordered. Matt ordered me a free lyft ride home, tracked down the correct part at another subaru dealership outside Denver, got the part, got the job done and then called me and ordered me a free lyft ride back to the shop to pickup my car. And all before 3pm that same day. Extremely grateful and would highly recommend

I've had excellent service consistently and from the start. Staff are highly professional in all aspects. The service department keeps track, contacts as needed and delivers as promised. They even save me money when they can. After bad experiences at other dealers' (other makes) service departments, this quality team demonstrates that an dealer's service dept can run with high service levels.

I went to to the dealership in Feburary 2021 to purchase a 2021 Subaru WRX. At the customer service desk, I was told to wait for the salesperson named Courtney. She came and took us to her cabin to discuss the details of the car. We asked her to give information on WRX 2021 but she said the price for 2021 models aren't there at the dealership. Even the sales manager Jay doesn't have the price. We told her that the price is already available on the website and she was surprised to know that. Then to discuss about the price of the car, she went to another salesperson 7-8 times because she has no idea of the price and how to breakdown the price of the car into monthly payments. She wasted more than one hour of my time. She has no car knowledge and in the end she gave the MSRP of the car and asked me to go to finance manager to discuss about negotiations and monthly payments.
This is the first time I was seeing that a salesperson is lying to me sign a paper and telling me that this isn't the final price and you can still negotiate with the finance manager. But when we went to finance office, manager said this the final price and you signed it. Courtney was trying to trick us and and gave wrong information and literally she has no car knowledge. Next day I got a call from dealership asking me my experience and I gave them.my reviews on experience and they said sales manager Jay will call me back. I never got a call from Sales manager and I also sent him an email explaining all that experience at his dealership but he didn't even respond to my email. So, my overall experience at the dealership was very bad and they had a chance to call me back apologize for the bad customer service. But they failed to do that and same day I went to another Subaru dealership and purchased the car. They gave me price for the 2021 WRX. I don't understand when one dealership has the price list for 2021 models how come another dealership doesn't have the prices.

I took my car in on Mar 8 for the Package A service which includes an oil change, filter replacement, top up of all fluids, tire rotation, car wash, and a vacuum. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and explained everything in detail. After my car was serviced, I paid the $185 and went on my way. Firstly, I noticed that my car wasn’t as clean as I’ve had it done before in the Richmond Subaru location. But I was willing to overlook it. The next day I took my car to my dad and he double checked my oil and fluids and he noticed the oil was fine, but none of my fluids were topped up at all. A lady from Subaru called to make sure I was satisfied with the service and when I told her what had happened, she apologized and said the service manager would call to follow up. It is now Mar 25 and nobody from Langley Subaru has called.
Quite disappointed with the service at this location, will be sticking to the Richmond location from now on which has provided consistently excellent service.

Best experience I’ve had with a dealership so far! Connor was so helpful without us feeling any pressure! We drove away with a great car and peace of mind knowing they stand behind it.

If you’re looking for a customer-oriented and knowledgeable dealership, then we highly recommend Wolfe Subaru. Last summer, we’d spotted a pre-owned Crosstrek on their website, but a trip from the North Shore to Langley on transit during the pandemic was problematic. Wolfe Subaru kindly offered to extend their service and bring the car to us for a test drive. Stelios was very friendly and answered our questions knowledgeably and without any pressure. It took us a day or so, but we were reassured with Wolfe’s warranties, and Stelios gave us an excellent price. He delivered the car to the North Shore in person again (Thank you, Stelios!), and was very patient and accommodating as we hunted for insurance on a Sunday.

Overall, the car was in great shape, but Wolfe covered the cost of fixing a cosmetic crack in the inside door panel. This was quite a job, as a new panel insert had to be tracked down in Japan to match the specific interior. The fix has just been completed, and Wolfe after-sales service has proven excellent. Nathan was friendly and supportive in organising the work, the panel replaced in an hour or so, with complimentary wash, interior clean, and wheel check. All in all, we’ve had a great experience with this dealership & shop, which we are very happy to recommend.

I also have to say, we LOVE our Subaru!: D

I inquired online about a used vehicle but no one got back to me. I have purchased two vehicle from this dealership in the past 5 years, but unfortunately this time around I have purchased it from somewhere else.

Wow, even though I am a Subaru Outback owner from Kelowna who was looking for a new Subaru, Some years ago I bought a Outback and I decided to go back to Wolfe Subaru Langley because of great past service, so much so I discounted Subaru Kelowna (Anthony's).
I was not disappointed, I was met by Mat PainChaud who was great to work with and we ended up with not only with a great vehicle (Forester) but a great deal as well. I wholehearted endorse Wolfe Subaru! Thank you Jay.

I bought a pre-owned Outback from Wolfe Subaru about 2 months ago, and I absolutely love it! My buying experience was painless and enjoyable (I hate car shopping). Connor was hands down to thank for that. He provided great knowledge about the cars I was interested in, respected my budget and didn't once make me feel pressured to buy. Claudine, in financial services also was amazing and helped make the whole purchasing process a breeze!

Once I purchased my car, I emailed some questions I had regarding the car to Connor. I had noticed a few days after picking it up, the driver visor light was burnt out. He was prompt in answering my questions and helped me get an appointment to get it assessed. I expected to pay since buying pre-owned is at your own risk usually. But Subaru covered the cost for me.
I highly recommend Connor, Claudine and Wolfe Subaru with their Subaru purchase!

Very poor customer service. Was informed of a recall for my wife's Outback in March. Told I would receive a call from the dealership when they had the part. Waited until June, still no call. I called them and was told it would be 14 days to get the part, they would call when it was in. Waited another month still no call, so I called them and they told me the earliest they could get me in was September 12. Called another dealer and have an appointment booked for next week. I won't be buying or servicing my vehicles there again.

Wow, where do I even start. I don’t know much about cars however when leaving Subaru I felt like I was an expert with all the information the staff had given me. I had the pleasure of working with Conor and do yourself a favour and ask for him when here. Nicest guy ever and also knew so much and could answer all my questions in a timely manner. Not only was he awesome, his fellow associates such as Chantelle and Matt were so friendly and made me feel welcome at this location. Thank you to the best sales team at Langley Subaru for making my experience such an amazing one!

We gave the dealership a rating of 10 because we found the experience a pleasant one. Purchasing a vehicle should not be a stressful, high pressure experience. Normally, when someone is looking for a vehicle, they don't need to be submitted to intimidation tactics. We found Wolfe Subaru to be the best place we have ever dealt with in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. The staff is pleasant, courteous, upbeat and professional. Thank you very much!

If they aren't making a bunch of money off of you, their customer service is absolutely horrible. I loved my Subaru and if I am ever to acquire a new one again, it will not be from this dealership.
Before you copy/paste your generic response where you ask me to call someone and explain what happened, I absolutely will not. Because it likely means I will call and explain what happened to a 3rd person and then I will not get called back for a 4th time. Thanks for wasting my time.

Tristan was did a great job facilitating the purchase of my 2015 CrossTrek. The only issue happened when I came to pick up the car, the trailer hitch was not yet installed. To be fair I did come in a day earlier than expected but it would have been good to know that the work hadn't yet been completed. He made good on it though and arranged to have the car picked up at my work, hitch installed, and then delivered back to me. Excellent recovery! Thanks for the great service!

The service staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I always appreciate how clearly they explain what they plan to do. If anything additional needs to be done, they always contact you first. A staff member goes over the bill with you afterwards and highlights what has been done.

Excellent Service. The folks at Wolfe Subaru deserves 10 points out of 5. I'm a proud Subaru Forester owner and recently noticed that the A/C may need to be checked prior to the starting of this summer season. Called on Saturday morning for an appointment, Darren from the Service Department called back and offered a same-day appointment, albeit their busy weekend schedule and my short notice. Darren's team started problem-solving right after I brought in the car with my paperwork. While awaiting, had a nice catch-up chat and new car review session with our sales person Troy, an super awesome guy and always a pleasure to be around. As a result of the investigation, it turns out that some refrigerant leaked out from the condenser. Without a question asked (still under warranty), Darren's team replaced the entire condenser assembly with the new refrigerant and thoroughly explained the cooling system's mechanism to me. The whole process took only less than two hours while I'm catching up on some personal work on my laptop, which is super-prompt considering the amount of repair works (dissemble and reassemble back the bumper, condenser and their parts) involved. An awesome experience every time I visit this place, will definitely recommend Wolfe Subaru to anyone who is looking to become a proud Subie owner!

Wolfe Subaru in Langley is the finest, most honest car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Yesterday, I arrived (without an appointment) to return a vehicle at the end of the lease and I was treated with respect and kindness from the moment I set foot in the dealership.
I especially appreciated Lee, who greeted me and assessed my needs, and Claudine, Wolfe’s financial wizard, who took time out of her busy, busy day to do her magic with passion and commitment — and when Claudine learned that I intended to take transit back to my home.she arranged to have me *driven* there by a charming young salesman.all the way to Tsawwassen! Amazing!
