I called in thinking I needed a fairly big and expensive job done, I could have easily been taken advantage of but Tamara was honest and chose to educate me instead, this will be my go to shop from now on, I own three Volkswagens so the shop will be taken care of financially, thank you Tamara!

Brought our 2021 Volkswagen Jetta in for getting the rear brakes to get changed today. We had called in the morning and Tamara said if we were able to get the car in in the morning that they should be able to help us with the brakes. They had exceptional customer service super knowledgeable and kept in contact throughout the day to let us know where we were at. Had the brakes and rotors in stock and got everything changed before days end. From now on will be going to Wolfsburg Auto to get any work done! Thank you!

I called from the side of the freeway not long before closing time. I limped my car in. They got me diagnosed, fixed up and on my way before the end of day. Great experience.

Went in to get the rear assist sensors for my car put back into place and the team was extremely kind and professional. Even went back and adjusted the sensors to make them perfectly flush. Much appreciated and had a good experience with them.

Terrible place. Told them it was the heating core that needed replacing, they replaced blended doors. Left still no heat, went to another place and it was heating core. They also forgot to put our engine cover back on, and never called us to let us know they had it. We had to hunt it down there. We will never go to Wolfsburg ever again!

Dan allowed me to use the Wolfsburg designated car for almost a month due to the need. Incredibly reputable service and will be recommending all friends and family to utilize such an authentic business.

The lady at the desk was really nice but that's where it ends there my car was dropped off my car only to get it back with damage, even thou I had proof they lied, I have dealt with many shops and have not had a worse experience I would avoid. Only one star because of the nice lady at the counter.

The only repair shop I trust! Tamara is amazing and always gets back to me quickly. They really bend over backwards to get what I need and at a fair price. I will never go anywhere else again. Also, you can take any kind of car here, not just VW.

I walked in one morning and they were able to fit me in that same day! I was impressed with their communication - I think it was Tamara who called me to update throughout the day. Then they really went the extra mile for me when they rush-ordered a part so that they could finish my car in time for me to start a new job on Monday! Very grateful and impressed with the quality of service - my Jetta runs like a dream now.

Second time I bring my vehicle here. The crew is fantastic!
This time, had to get my rear bearings replaced and the valves adjusted. They got this all done in one day, despite it being quite a bit of work.
Then they stayed a few minutes later to let me get the car back as I was delayed in traffic. I definitely recommend them for all your repair needs!

When no one else could fit me in, not only did this shop get me in, they fixed my car in a matter of a few hours with reasonable pricing. Will most definitely keep them on my list if ever I need more work done on my VW. Exceptional service!

The crew at Wolfsburg got me in and out promptly, using top-shelf parts and fluids for my Touareg. I will be back for sure!

I brought my car here to get a timing belt replacement and since then I had to bring my car back for the forth time with in weeks. Everytime I got charged extra for something new and the first time I had to get it towed back to the shop. I don't recommend bringing your vehicle here. They don't have good mechanics.

How refreshing to have found an honest, capable and extremely professional mechanic/repair shop. I cannot rave about my experience here enough. Tamara is a gem. She made our repairs effortless: efficient, communicative, and solutions-oriented. This place is one in a million.

My 2009 TDI wagon had been running a bit rough and threw up the glowplug light (german for ‘your engine is messed up’) while I was driving on highway 1. I had to pull off to find a shop right away and these guys looked like they knew how to fix VWs, so rolled up late in the day to try and get some help.

Dan was super rad and pulled the codes right away for me, quickly assessing that I should not drive it. Knowing I was from out of town, he did get me into the garage right away the next morning and the team there was able to diagnose the problems and replace some broken parts within a few hours.

I was back on the road within 24 hours of showing up at their doorstep and the engine sounds great and is running smooth AF now. I’ve had a lot of shops complain about working on my vehicle and take forever to do jobs, but these guys didn’t flinch and got right to work on my problems.

If they can fix my janky TDI, I’m sure they will be great with whatever you’re looking for.
