Clean. Large facility. They have a toddler play area and the jungle gym area. The jungle gym is larger in height compared to others, such as Morgan crossing. As an adult, I don't have to crouch as much.
Very clean, bright, friendly attentative staff and many opportunities for caregiver seating. Strict about no outside food and having shoes off in seating area which helps keep it clean. Cheaper than any indoor playplace in Richmond or NorthVan or Coquitlam. Warning: it is SUPER hot. We visited on a spring day from 1-4pm and we were sweating just sitting still! Heatstroke warning for the kids! Make sure you bring many litres of ice water for your kids and a hand fan for yourself. Overall, we will be back.
Newly opened playground pretty good size. Only downside is too far from Vancouver almost at USA border and prices looks like forcing you to pay for 12 passes at $70 but you possibly won’t come here 12 times a year if you don’t live close by LOL. Otherwise it’s $20 per kid plus a guardian.
Clean and bright play area with SUPER friendly staff! Tons of parking and lots of space inside. Pricing is also better than most other indoor play areas.
In terms of the play area itself, no complaints. The space is quite large and my almost 3-year-old had a great time running around. However, when it comes to their food restraints it's like they were made by someone who does not have kids. No outside food is allowed, and they do not have anywhere on the premise to order food from. While you can order larger food items such as pizza or fish and chips, this still needs to brought in from other vendors and takes time. When you have a toddler snacks are a way of life, so not being able to bring these in is extremely inconvenient. Many parents did bring snacks but were discreet so as not to get chastised. Because of this I will be sticking to a play centre closer to home (Morgan Play Center), where the staff is much more in tune with these basic needs of the kids and parents.
Only complaint is that the staff would not allow me and my children to wear shoes in the bathroom. This has to be some sort of health and safety code violation. I don’t care how often it is cleaned. When there are that many children running around there will be urine and fecal matter on the ground.
It's still new and fresh. Not that overcrowded like others. Carpets look clean. Just pay attention on washrooms. You can't wear shoes and the floor is a washrooms floor, got it?
