Great car dealership. I had the pleasure of having Jean Paul (JP) as my salesman for my trade in and new car. He was very friendly, informative and helpful in showing me all the great things my new car has to offer. He was not pushy and very easy to talk to. He always text me back right away with any questions I had. Please if you ever are looking at a new vehicle from Wood Wheaton and want someone who knows there stuff, isn’t pushy and down to earth just a nice guy, go see JP. Highly recommended by both myself and husband.

After horrible experience with another gm dealership got a hold JP on their sales team. Best service I have experienced in my life when buying a vehicle and greatest of all, it was delivered 400kms! Away from them within a day. Will definitely not be buying from anyone else ever again.

Worst service department. I have brought multiple vehicles in and the service advisors follow through and communication is terrible. I would recommend staying away from this dealer if you want after sales support.

Have called parts a couple of time for information on an older vehicle, pretty rude staff and they just slammed the phone done at the end of the call, no "bye" or "thanks for calling". Will buy parts else where if thats how your parts people act

Dealing with sales was great. We had a made a deal and they took my deposit in 5 minutes. I had to back out and they were good about it. This is a reputable dealer who deals in good faith.

Drove from Vancouver Island to purchase a truck. Professional friendly staff that were straight forward to deal with. Truck was PDI’d and cleaned up on short notice. They are a very accommodating team! Thanks guys

Absolute worst experience ever dealing with there service department there service manager Kelly try’s to intimidate customers and talks down to you very unprofessional all to cover up his service advisors screwing up and not advising properly constantly have to call back to deal with one simple matter taking up to 5 trips down there to get pictures taken due to loosing the pictures and to top it off they over charge on everything

Chris, our service advisor was great! He is now our go-to guy! Chris kept us informed and explained everything about the diagnostic. He had a quote ready and had the part ready! Couldn't have asked for better service! ️️️️️

Worst customer service ever, had 3 appointment in a raw didn't finish my car in the same day, one time didn't order the parts for my car for my booked appointment. One day asked me if I can leave the car to finish it next day. Didn't finish everything. Booked me for another day We came on time they didn't have the appointment booked and asked us to come another day. As they don't care about their reputation and their bad customer service continuing to be the worst ever between all car dealership.

If I wasn’t under warranty I would never go here. I have been here too many times and every time is bad. Recently I had an upper control arm issues in December. Booked an appointment for January because the part needed to be ordered. The day before my appointment they call to say it hasn’t come in and that they would call me when it has. That was January 6th today is February 13th. So I call for an update on the part. It was never ordered and now I have to wait for March. Always bad service. I’ve been to many GM dealers in the past as all my vehicles have been GM and all have been fantastic. The GM in PG is the worst service I have ever experienced and I’m stuck dealing with them for warranty work. This will be my last GM vehicle.

So far so good. They were very accommodating when I showed up 2hrs before closing and decided to buy right then. The lady in finance was awsome to deal with and the service department got me in very fast for a box liner and paint protection film and the quality is exceptional. You walk in there feeling like they know you by name.
Definitely feeling better about my choice to to buy off wood wheaton rather then northland dodge
