We found Woodpecker based on very positive reviews. Within seconds of walking through the door and meeting Pinki, we knew we were in the right place. She listened to what we were looking for, gave us options, offered us to visit a current project site (which also allowed us to meet one of their trusted installers), scheduled our project site unseen as we did not have possession of our new home yet, and reassured us that Woodpecker would take care of everything. Well. Woodpecker did take care of everything. Every person involved in the project earned our trust throughout every step of the process, and we are so thankful that our move-in to our new home went so smoothly.

After we had booked Woodpecker, we learned that our immediate next door neighbour had independently scheduled Woodpecker for her upcoming flooring project, after having used them 15 years ago as well. Her boyfriend had also used Woodpecker a few years back, and raved about his experience.

My wife and I have had the most wonderful experience having Woodpecker Hardwood Floors doing a major hardwood floor renovation at our home in January 2024. The manager "Pinki" is exceptional and is just so positive and helpful. The craftsmanship of Karol the lead installer was top notch; and Karol was so friendly and concerned that the customer was getting a finished product exactly the way we wanted. Karol's assistant Robert was very polite and hard working and also wanting to please the customer. You could tell Karol loved his job and took great pride in what he did; which made my wife and I so confident in his workmanship. My wife created a private blog for many friends and family and we have been raving about what a pleasure it has been to have Karol and Robert at our home. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

We had been struggling to find the right flooring and installers to complete our renovation at our recently purchased townhouse. We then happened upon Woodpecker Flooring on West 6th.
The owner (Pinki) turned out to be the best resource we could have ever expected. The products she sells and the staff that she employs are all knowledgeable and helpful. When we had a small issue, it was dealt with immediately.
Pinki was also a great source of information on finding trades to help with our renovation needs.
