Woof! Dog Shoppe (KITSILANO)

I brought my late dog here for a couple of years and they’ve always done such a wonderful job with her. She was 14 years old and was not easy to handle! I appreciated the quick service and always gave my dog a beautiful groom. I recently brought my new puppy for his first groom and the ladies were so sweet to my little guy. Helped him feel comfortable before starting. Emma did a wonderful job and took pictures of my puppies first groom which I so appreciated! Highly recommend.

Everyone is so amazing here. My mini aussie groom is perfection. They are so friendly and make my little man feel so comfortable even when he’s a little hesitant going in.

Love this place. We do now have a favourite groomer (not that kind) but everyone has been fantastic.

They did a great job for my havanese who hadn’t been groomed in awhile. Not only were they good at their work, they seemed genuinely happy to be doing it and so caring with the dogs.

100% recommended. My poodle gets super anxious and stressed whenever I try to trim his nails. That’s why I visited here for a quick drop-in nail trimming today. Surprisingly, he was super calm and did well. Stress-free for my dog and myself. All team members were so professional and friendly. Plus, I love their super reasonable pricing.

We could struggle (literally) tooth and nail for an hour with our Shiba Inu Captain trying to trim his nails, or just bring him to Woof and he's done in 2 minutes. Worth every penny.

Recommend! Did drop-in nail trimming for my anxious dog, and the team was super accomodating and quick.

I took my dog here for grooming based on good reviews.

Personally, I don’t recommend this place.

I had discussed with the groomer how I wanted my dogs hair cut, when I arrived to pick him up, I was shocked to see how little hair was cut. The groomer took my dog back and cut his hair around his face etc, which was a little better, but all a round a rough job.

When the groomer handed my dog back to the receptionist when she finished cutting his hair, she didn’t handle passing my dog over the latched area well, and had his extendable leash caught all around his back legs.
When he left the groomers he had a limp on his back right leg for a few weeks.

I was very unhappy with the experience at this grooming salon.

Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. My puppy loves popping in to pick up treats and we're all excited for her grooming.

My puppy's been visiting here more than year. We struggled to find right place for my dog; bath is not his favorite thing but friendly staffs made him less stress. They don't force my dog during bath. He loves to see Emma!

My 100 pound German Shepherd, Chief, needed his nails clipped. He is not cooperative! The capable staff at Woof! Took Chief as a walk in and did the impossible. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very impressive.
Chief and I will be back!

The nicest people work here and make you realize the value of local, small businesses putting costumers’ experience first. I came in to get poop bags since I forgot them at home and they wanted to just give me a roll for free. I will definitely be back!

Staff here are all so nice! They're very busy and often cycling through periods where they don't accept new dogs because of that. I finally saw an opening after several months of waiting and brought in our bichon for a groom.

Loved the groom and they managed him without issue, even though he's a bit of a shy and clingy rescue. He looked nice and even, smelled fresh and felt extra soft!

THE BEST place for grooming your dogs! We bring our two dogs here since we moved to Vancouver and couldn’t be happier with the results!

The groomer took time to help me with my poodle puppy’s top knot ties when I was having trouble with them! They are really friendly and welcoming at this store, we often stop by after a trip to the beach.

Best dog grooming in Kitsilano. Knowledgeable and skilled. Often get compliments on my pooch’s hair cut.

We take both of our dogs to Woof and love it, one is a Shih Tzu and the other one is a Golden retriever mix. They do a great job with both and the golden retriever actually enjoys going for his grooming.

They are great so they book up VERY quickly and getting a last min appointment can be difficult (you need to book 2+ months in advance).

They sell treats + dog food which is convenient.

These guys are amazing, my husky mix pup Ozzy gets so excited to get his bath and haircut here. Staff are super friendly and pups have a great time
