Thanks to her and her team's dedicated assistance, I was not only able to find a job but also land a position that I truly enjoy.

This place is a joke. It's been over a year and I'm still struggling to find a job. The person they assigned to me has never followed up with me. When I sent her more info about my resume she said "you already sent me your resume". Yes I did, but this was another resume with different info/work experience on it that she requested I send to her, and then was clueless when I did send it. I don't even think she has even tried helping me find a job.

I am a returnee to Vancouver seeking to continue my career goals - by finding a challenging role that matches with my experience and passion. I am grateful to have found a team of professional career advisors who are eager to help. First I met Ane Vu and Ethan Wang who are friendly and willing to help. Special thanks to Ethan who has conducted a mock interview with me and provided candid and useful advice on how I could further work on my response. He gave encouraging and constructive advice that aimed to drive positive changes. He is resourceful and has made sufficient preparation prior to mock interview. I am also pleasantly surprised by the "listening test" which I think is fun to work on.

For the preparation of resume and cover letter for a particular job posting requiring specific skills, he shows that he has the right knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the job market and what the hiring managers would like to see in a candidate. WIth his assistance I am more confident that my prospective employers would catch the right quality in my experience and skills from the resume/cover letter; and hope that I would be granted an interview from my dream job (s).

I got a lot of help in employment from WorkBC Centre Vancouver South staffs, especially from Ms. Roberts and Ms. Gong. Ms. Roberts's interview training in person was super useful and important to me, I really appreciate it. She helped me a lot in seeking the job and encouraged me all the time which are significant meaning for me. And Ms. Gong arranged me to participate in some training programs according to my situation, such as cover letters, Linkedlin Essential training, which helped me a lot.
