The property is situated close to Fisherman's Wharf but a vehicle is recommended to get around to the tourist attractions - or comfortable shoes and a fair amount of time. The amenities are good, but you do need to pay for Internet service. Each room has a good view and is very comfortable. Be mindful that it is a very equipped kitchen; however, the pots and pans are well used so be careful about burning food.
Exactly what we expected from a WorldMark stay - lovely rooms, comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchen, outdoor pool and hot tub, convenient parking, and a great location. I appreciated the gym and the staff was available whenever needed. Beautiful views, too. It was an easy walk to the ferry and all the hot spots in Victoria. We'll definitely be back!
We loved the view and how easy it was to walk to the Empress and to Fisherman's warf. Hottub was really nice too. The beds were comfy. And we used the BBQ every night. Kitchen was nicely equipped.
Had the best sleep of my life here. Great for multiple guests with a plaza in the center and ability to see family from the balcony if they are down below in the walkway with the beautiful view or in the hot tub from some rooms. The best things to do in Victoria are walking distance from here too
Great harbor location close to float plane, ferry and water taxi. 15-30 minutes walking for groceries, live theater, shopping and museums. Local bus stop near by. Often traveling alone I always feel safe and welcome here. South side rooms can get toasty with the sun shining through the many windows.
Coming to Victoria from Washington is a pleasant ferry ride from Pt Angeles, and the immediate architecture you see, informs you that you are in another country. What a great experience.
Fantastic location in Victoria, BC, Canada. Yes, you need a passport to stay here. You can ferry shuttle from Seattle or fly into Sydney, BC and rent a car. Large resort overlooking the harbor and bay where you can view seaplanes landing and even the famous Empress Hotel. You can walk or even take a sea shuttle into town. So worth your time to be close to London without taking an 11 hour flight.
Stayed in a large 2 bedroom. Space was clean and had everything you could need. Great outdoor pool and hot tub. The location is just a short walk to downtown where you can find plenty of entertainment/food and tours.
Clean facility, spacious rooms, beautiful location. Staff is always helpful. Pool is clean, has amazing view. Only complaint is rooms in the suites don't have good ventilation. But leaving patio door open brings in beautiful breeze.
Awesome spot… great location for everything Victoria has to offer. The staff is outstanding and nice. Nicola deserves a raise as she went above and beyond. Try to get a location that you can view the harbor planes taking off.
Timeshare apartments, recently refurbished and look great, most with views of the harbour. Facilities include outdoor heated pool and spa, gym, underground parking. Convenient for fisherman's wharf.
We just keep coming back! The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect (a 20 minute stroll to the Parliament). It's located right on the water and so peaceful.
Our family enjoyed an extended vacation in room 4114 during the Victoria holiday weekend. We also saw 3 other rooms from related family. It didn't seem overly busy, the downtown hub was walkable, and we were next to Fisherman's Wharf for restaurants or water taxi. No food was provided by the hotel, but there are kitchen or dine out options. The rooms were modern and clean, although ours had issues with the dishwasher and one toilet. The dishwasher was missing the soap cover so out didn't clean well. The toilet did not flush well and clogged a few times. The kid pool and hot tub were nice amenities. The main pool seemed a bit on the small side but all were good otherwise. The elevators were reasonably fast. Some rooms have decent decks ours barely could fit a chair on it. We did however have a larger than typical living room. Hotel staff were agreeable.
Rooms are nice and big and kept very clean. In fact the entire building is kept spotless! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are both maintained really well. It's my second time staying here. I give it 100%
Great family oriented hotel with a heated pool (up to 5ft deep) and 2 hot tubs. Rooms are clean, large and super well equipped, including full kitchen with oven and washer/dryer. Property is located on the harbor next to a nice trail and touristy shops, creating a nice vacation experience. You also see water plane, boats and ferries go by (minor noise). Kids enjoyed it a lot.
I love visiting Victoria on the waterfront wharf, however the quality of maintenance seems to be declining over the years at this property. When we visited the hot tub was not working and no sign was posted that it was out of order. The reception staff are very friendly and are happy to accommodate with hygiene essentials.
Front staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms have modern decor and are very clean. Fitness room has up-to-date equipment and clean. Swimming pool well maintained and heated. Great location right on the Inner Harbor. Good restaurants nearby.
Great for multiple guests with a plaza in the center and ability to see family from the balcony if they are down below in the walkway with the beautiful view or in the hot tub from some rooms
Heads up if you have a truck or a car topper Parkings is a joke. They only have 4 maybe 5 spots for parking bigger then an Compact SUV. Most of the time there is small cars parked in the Over height parking spots. Staff is rude and tells you to park down the road and pay for parking instead of making small cars park in the underground.
Check in was easy, pool access by appointment due to covid restrictions was ok and worked well. Easy walk to the harbour and Fisherman's wharf is right next door. Room was well supplied and staff were helpful and friendly. Only issue was pool towels which they rectified when brought to their attention.
I love the area, its close to everything, like restaurants, harbour, main tourist attraction of Victoria are all in that area. Plus there is laudry inside the suite, and kitchen.
I have been fortunate to be able to stay here a few times. The staff is so friendly, helpful and professional. The complex is so clean, as is the pool and area, and the kitchen is well equipped. I would recommend anyone to stay here
Nice rooms and location. Despite our room not having AC during the hottest weekend in June, it was manageable. The Pool was nice with a pre-booked appointment system.
Very nicely renovated rooms. Ours came stocked with the basic necessities: dishes, ice maker, salt & pepper. Rooms arranged like an apartment, very convenient! My only complaint was parking, very limited and it seems people take the handicap parking stalls without having a handicap tag, not the hotels fault though.
Lovely. Conveniently located to Fisherman's Wharf, downtown Victoria and Chinatown. We have stayed here many times and have always had a wonderful experience.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here in 2 years. The units are clean, comfortable, efficient and close to downtown (about 15 minutes walking). We prefer overlooking Fisherman’s Wharf over the Marina but both are great views. The staff are amazing. We got here on the early ferry so were here around 11am. We were able to park and walk around while our daughter was able to work in the computer room on her graduate degree. We were checked in by 12: 30. We had 2 rooms side by side. The location is great, restaurants close by and overall one of our favorite resorts we will visit very other year.
One of the nicer WorldMark facilities within walking distance of the ferry.nice rooms good view only downside less desirable news you're right on the sidewalk
Good location. Front desk gave us best tip of the trip - hit the atm at the gem grocery and catch the number 2 bus. Pay $5 (Canada) for an all day transit pass.
We are WorldMark owners. The master bedroom hot with no fan, on side of building that gets afternoon sun. 2nd bedroom HAS a huge ceiling fan because no window. Very small fan above dining room which also gets afternoon sun. Whoever planned this unit was not thinking!
This is our favorite WM resort. We prefer the Fisherman's Wharf view. There is lots to observe (wildlife and people) while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Yesterday, I watched an otter find his breakfast! Fisherman's Wharf is colorful and fun- you can easily catch the Harbor Ferry from there.
This is one of those typical timeshare condos that people visit from time to time when they are members. This one in Victoria is pretty nice. It's close to a lot of attractions. If you're a member, there are worse places you could go.
Well maintained, relatively quiet, clean, pleasant surroundings. Nice to have off street parking for second car (guest) this time (was not available last year). Late checkout time is appreciated. Pleasant and informative staff. Do not like the exposed outside corridors on upper levels or the floor to ceiling windows (height phobia).
We love visiting Victoria and staying at the Worldmark. We use it for both vacation and for business. It is close enough to downtown that we rarely drive our car across from Washington. The rooms are always clean and if we need something the staff is quick to respond. Views are from the fifth floor penthouse suite. Sorry, no interior pics.
Wonderful view from almost every window. I almost rated the facility four Star, because we didn't have air conditioning, and the temperatures have been so warm in the unit that we have had to open the doors to cool it off to be comfortable in shorts. Otherwise, every aspect of this facility is 5 *. I rated it five star anyway because the staff is so friendly and helpful that it really is a five-star in every other way. Having to open doors is a minor issue, given how wonderful this facility and its staff are.
Very clean and well kept room. Rsponsive and friendly staff. Right on the harbor. Minutes walk to everything. Only downside is that the pool and hot tub is outdoor.
Great location! Walking distance to a great little harbor with some cool sights and about a 10 minute walk into downtown Victoria Harbor. You will pass the Parliment Building, the Empress Hotel, and some nice restaurants along the way.
They have a good gym, pool with a cool bay view, vending machines, & video rentals. Make sure you ask for discount coupons before going into the city.
I highly reccomend the The Blue Fox Cafe for a great breakfast or lunch in the city.
Very nice apartment building right on the edge of the water beautiful view. Location's good and apartments are spacious and clean. Front desk was very helpful and the swimming pool is nice but it's outdoor
The staff was very helpful and the rooms nice. We wanted to move to a room with a hot tub but one wasn't available till our second night. They moved our bags and everything for us to the new room. When we came back in the afternoon everything was ready for us.
The view everyday was beatiful. They may have been doing construction, but it was not horrible because we knew in advance. I recommend this travel to anyone wishing to visit Victoria BC.
We had a great stay at worldmark Victoria. We loved that it was a walkable distance to downtown and had a beautiful view of the harbor from our room. The staff was courteous and helpful. Excellent experience.
Great location, easy walk to downtown. Accommodation offers great view of water and city lights. Went to hot tub every night and wasn't overcrowded or loud. Front desk service was great, even called room to ask if we had everything we needed. Would come here again.
