We used Worldwide Animal Travel to support us with moving our two shelties from Toronto to Calgary and everything went really well. It was a smooth process, we received a couple text updates with some photos along the way, and the dogs arrived safely and in great spirits. The door to door service was really great. More importantly, they took good care of the dogs, which is what really matters.

Worldwide Animal Travel was so supportive throughout the process of getting my cat from Canada to the UK. They made sure every step was clear and reassured me my pet would be in good hands. Can't thank them enough. Definitely recommend them for your pet travel needs!

Worldwide Animal Travel provided a flawless service from the start to finish. They talked us through every stage of the process, starting with the innoculations and certification in Winnipeg all the way through to delivery in London.

They organised the transport, got us a new crate, arranged for us to deliver Beauregard to the shippers, double-checked the vet’s documentation, cleared everything with the Animal Reception Services at Heathrow, and had him delivered to us at our new London house. Particularly important was that there were 24-hour numbers for support.

We ran into unexpected problems (not of Animal Services’ making) at the vet and our flight was cancelled making us arrive a day light, but Jacqueline was always there to answer our calls and resolve all these problems in a stress-free way. We’re in our new home in London with a very happy dog and cannot too highly recommend this service.

I must have to thank all the Worldwide Animal Travel team to make the experience for us and mainly for our pets as light and safe as possible. They help us all the way, answering our questions, fears, documents. They've send pictures from our pets everyday to see them happy and secure, and when they arrived they were happy. Its a trustworthy company and definitely recommend their services.

Transportation of animals is a very difficult and stressful time for animals and their owners, especially for dogs such as French Bulldogs. I want to express my deep gratitude to Worldwide for relieving stress for us and my dogs.
Our dogs spent the night in Vancouver where they were cleared in custom, fed and stayed over night. As soon as they arrived in Canada I was provided with a photo report and I was informed about the emotional and physical condition of my dogs.

We used Worldwide Animal Travel to move our two rabbits from Vancouver to Dublin. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, especially Hanan, who was endlessly helpful and patient! Our rabbits arrived safe and sound and are very much enjoying their new life. Would recommend WAT 100%!

Worldwide Animal Travel were amazing to deal with. We relocated from Canada to the UK and they made the whole thing a breeze! Hanan our coordinator was fantastic. She answered all of our questions no matter how silly they were and always had time to explain the process and put our minds at ease. A friend recommended Worldwide Animal Travel to me in relocating my cat from Canada to the UK. I was very nervous about putting my baby through the stress of a long trip, but everything went so smoothly and despite being a lot of a scaredy cat, my cat has settled in to her new home so quickly. Very expensive service but worth it. My Shiba dog was well taken care of. If you travel to the uk you have to use worldwide.they don't accept any other pet travel agency. In my opinion, it's worth the extra money.save yourself the headache of dealing with the bureaucracy!

Ford Transit with this company’s wrap going down Knight street on Friday evening is reckless, he cut me off and then trying to escape going at least 110km/h. I would NOT trust this company handle any animals.

I transported my dog from Dubai to Vancouver. It was a stressful experience trying to figure out how to ship my dog on my own from DXB to YVR. Worldwide Animal Travel was used as a clearing agent from the YVR airport. They took good care of my dog once he had arrived and we were able to pick him up quite quickly. I had two issues. First, was connecting with an initial e-mail. For some reason their system was down. Second, was in trying to figure out the exact information of who the consignee would be. Both were resolved quickly with a phone call. I would recommend them!

Was very happy with the services. I brought over my cats (3+1) from the Philippines and Worldwide assisted with the custom clearance in Vancouver and the transshipping to Toronto. The cats were in good shape and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful and smooth experience with Sarah at WAT, she helped me get all the paperwork I needed and help facilitate a smooth dropoff and pickup for our dog while relocating to the UK.

Having never transported pets on a long flight before we weren’t sure what to expect and how the whole process would be for our cats. Fortunately the people at Worldwide are very experienced and professional at what they do! From helping us ensure paperwork and forms were completed correctly to arranging a broker in the UK (who were also very good) the whole process was smooth and without any issues whatsoever. We were a bit concerned about how our animals would handle the whole experience and of course not being with them the whole time we had no idea how they would react. Well, it must have been a good trip for them because they arrived in the UK and immediately got settled in to their routines and are very happy. The carrier was Air Canada, and although everyone seems to pick on them there is a very good relationship between Worldwide and AC, so no worries there at all. Yes it’s expensive but having done it this way and seeing that it was so easy and not traumatizing for the animals, there’s no way I would take them in a tiny soft carrier in the cabin!

I hired Worldwide Animal Travel to help me fly my cat (Willow) to the UK.

I worked directly with Jacqueline. Jacqueline was incredibly attentive and thorough! She was incredibly patient with me as I asked her a bunch of questions (probably too many haha). It was incredibly comforting to have someone to go through all of the processes with me- honestly I don't know what I would have done without her.

My wife and I recently relocated from South Africa to Canada and Worldwide Animal Travel facilitated the travel of our dog (Anouk) through the Canadian leg of her travels. We are, without a doubt, extremely pleased with the service that we received. Anouk had a long layover in Montreal, and Amy went above and beyond. She took Anouk to a local trail where they had a long walk - something of immeasurable value to our high-energy Labrador. She spent the day with her ensuring that she was well taken of, sent pictures of their outing, and safely checked her in for her last flight. 5 Star service; would highly recommend.
