WOW! mobile boutique

Wow Mobile inside Orchard Park Mall sold me a Koodo sim card 2 days ago. The sim card did not work at all so I called Koodo customer support. After trouble shooting with Koodo for hours, they came to the conclusion that the sim card was faulty and I could expect a replacement at no cost. Wow mobile refused to refund or replace the sim card they had sold me a day earlier. I find it hard to believe a company can sell you a faulty product with zero recourse. In short, Wow Mobile scammed me. Beware

Dani was fantastic and provided excellent service going above and beyond to help make sure I got the best deal. Honest and transparent wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dani was absolutely awesome. She worked hard getting two phones going for me and contracts done, she found ways to save me money and took my old phones in on trade. All I can say is I would highly recommend anyone come and take advantage of her top notch service.

I am from London, Ontario. I came down to visit my family. I called Dani, from London before heading to Kelowna. B. C. Dani went out of her way to email me quotes, etc. So arriving in Kelowna, B. C on Monday July 26,2021, I attended the WOW Kiosk at Orchard Mall to purchase a new phone for my mom's 83rd birthday. Dani was supposed to be off that day and when I arrived at the Kiosk, I was surprised to see Dani. Dani, explained that she came in on her day off, just to help me. So Dani, most certainly did help me and I can honestly say, that Dani is very professional, knowledgeable and just so courteous. Thank you again Dani.

I have received service from this place at least 3 times. I'll keep coming over. I am so happy with service provided.
I trust the people who works their, especially the manager, Abby.
One more good thing about this place that they deal with multiple service providers, therefore they can advise on many options that would meet your requirements and budget.

I have had an old iPhone for nearly 5 years. Yesterday I purchased a new phone from Natasha, it was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a phone. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything to me and stopped to ask me if I had any questions. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend them.

I switched my ancient and expensive phone plan for a larger and less expensive plan. Natasha was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She took me through the whole process making sure I understood every aspect of the change. Very professional. Highly recommend their service.

Abby 's customer service in the Kelowna location is amazing. Not only is she pleasant but she finds me great deals, rebates for my old phone and found ways to get free products for me. I came in to buy a phone case and the friendly staff went out of their way to offer to look up my plan to check when I was due for a phone upgrade. I came to Wow mobile looking to change providers, as mine was too pricey. I was helped by a girl named Kiana, who was super super awesome. I told her about how I just moved out for the first time, have a certain budget I was hoping to stay in, but still wanted a good phone plan that was similar to the one I currently had. She somehow managed to get me a better plan then my current one for nearly half the price I was paying! Since my experience with Kiana, I have continued to recommend my friends and family to her.

Wonderful staff! Abby drafted up a list of phones that best suited my needs and budget, around the great promotions that were going on at WoW! Which got me off of my old glitchy iPhone and onto the wonderful S10! (Which I didn't think I could afford)
Even after the initial set up I had a few issues trying to work around the a different operating system. Abby and the other wonderful staff at WoW were there answering questions and coming up with solutions to make my transition from iOS to Android as seem less as possible.
They also managed to fix my phone when I thought I got a lemon from the factory, just by getting my provider to reset my network preferences.

The staffs all-around knowledge of the products they sell will keep me coming back to this store for all my cellphone needs!

The store manager has helped me for the past 3-4 years when it comes to purchasing a phone. Abby is very helpful she explained to me thoroughly the pros and cons of the phone that I was planning to buy. Abby always explains what kind of the phone you would need base on your needs as a person when it comes to using a phone
