They committed to ship speaker and mobile case within 3-4 days when I purchased the phone on black Friday, 2023but they never arrived even after 2 weeks. No response of the ticket raised by the sales person few days back as well. What if my phone gets scratches before I get the phone cover?

Li is a star associate. He called me 2 times for Google pixel 7 deals and provided me the best deal possible (basically a free phone). He also provided a great deal on Iphone 14 pro, which my friend eventually ended up buying.so we got 2 phones and great deals on both of them along with accessories.thank you Li once again.

The guy that I talked to seemed very informative about the different options that a person can consider, whether it be which cellphone service provider to go with, and at what price-point to consider, and what a customer should expect to get at that monthly price plan.
He also told me that he could switch over my account and phone number in roughly 10 minutes or so, providing I have my account information and 2 pieces of identification, since I owned my phone outright. I was very delighted that he could do it so quick, and also answered any questions that I had, so that I felt comfortable in changing service providers, and also at a lower monthly plan that suited me best. I think he did a remarkable job. The only thing I felt a bit uneasy with, is how quick they rush through the papers that I needed to sign. That is why I gave 4 *'s instead of 5 *'s. But overall, very good job.

Got 2 new iPhones, it took a long time, but that was due to us being unprepared. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and I’d definitely go back.

Mr. Syed professionally recommended Sumsung S10e according to Camara usage, my Fido plan policy, and the gift card he can offer. Once he offered me this, I hesitated because I wanted to get more. He honestly noticed me that the gift card offer may disappear next week. But once I came back the next Sunday, Mr. Syed gave me $125 gift card according to the new store policy, plus $150 accessories. I respect Mr. Syed for the faithfulness and profession he showed to a new customer like me. I am willing to recommend friends to his store.

Two years later, I visited the same store. I was served by Mr. Li. Just as how Mr. Syed served me two years ago, Mr. Li recommended me Samsung 20 FE according to my need. The monthly cost was brought from $70 down to $45 (first 15 months then $55 for the rest 9 months) + $15 (phone fee). Thanks be to the Lord Jesus for Christmas sale! Most importantly, His coming to save us, and He will come again to judge the whole world! Besides these, I received in store product valued up to $250. It cost us no more than an hour to finish these things. I not only recommend Mr. Li for his profession and faithfulness towards work, but also WOW! Mobile company which maintained the same standard due to my experience with them. May God bless this business to serve more people for goodness, bringing their employees and customers the Good News of Jesus!
