My wife and I recently visited Wow at Richmond Centre.
A young man named Alvin helped us on the purchase of 2 new cell phones.
This experience turned out to be awesome as Alvin’s superior customer service made this transaction
seemless. He was extremely helpful and very caring in all details of this purchase. If you’re looking to upgrade or to purchase a new cell phone, I would suggest you visit Wow and ask for Alvin

So the other day I was at Richmond Center talking to this young fella Harpreet Sangar about my carrier problems with rogers as the bill would always come higher than what I initially received. He was helpful and kind enough to explain me what is happening and what I need to do to make things right. He answers every question I possibly had. At the end of the day I was aware of the issue and the solution. My contract is coming up in few months will definitely come and see this guy for a new phone. I highly recommend this guy for help and support with your carrier or new phone hunt.

Alvin did an amazing job helping me set up a new phone. He was very attentive, even on a busy day. On the day I visited, WOW offered better promotions and deals compared to other vendors. Highly recommended!

Hello, came here Sunday afternoon wondering about what my options were to upgrade my phone and plan, and was greeted by Alan. He is a super nice fellow and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone because he is very trustworthy and upfront on letting you know what your getting, and what your losing in your phone plan. I had a great experience with him and will be coming back to change my phone plan because of him.

I had a really good experience here from Aaron Li. Although I did not buy the phone from him he is a good communicator and made it simple an easy for me. I just had to go home to backup my phone and didn't want to come all the way back if I live in Burnaby right near the mall. Anyway, I recommend Aaron to anyone who lives in Richmond.

I work at Morrey Nissan Burnaby so having a good phone is important to me so I bought an iPhone XR. Having a good sales rep is important to me as well and Aaron was honest, clear and easy to communicate with!

As I walked by, I saw 2 people running the place. One was talking to a customer and the other was playing on her phone. Not professional at all. Initialy I was thinking of making a purchase, now I'm starting to wonder how good their cell service really is.

Came to switch services to public mobile from rogers.asked Alan that was helping me out at the time, if i can get a sim card for it. He smirked and said "its only 3g" while he's nodding his head in a condescending manner. He then proceeds to try sway me away to not getting it and telling me his personal opinions about it to which i wasn't interested in after giving me attitude already. Not a good experience and would not recommend.

Yesterday night encountered a special sales representative at Wow of RMD CTR. Greeting as I approached the kiosk (for I would like to ask some questions), she simply turned her head away. (I am not sure if her parents had taught her any basic courtesy). Then a lady asked for help as my friend was asking for a Samsung case, the sales then yelled to the lady, & ordered her to wait (Wow? !). After spending at least five minutes, the sales finally figured out how to print out a receipt with only one phone case purchase. (Wow!) The whole process the sales persisted a poker face + no thank you at all. (Wow!) No wonder it is called "Wow".
