I'm very pleased with the production, quality and installation of custom decals for my car. I've sent them some images as references and the final job turned out to be exactly as I was imagining. Definitely a professional job.

I am writing this review a few months late. I wanted to do it right away, but time passed. I believe in writing reviews and verbally sharing a positive experience. I have been dealing with wrap guys for a few years now. This wrap was my fourth but my first time dealing with Terrance. I was going through a branding change, so I needed more time to decide. I still needed to hire my marketing company. I would have fired myself. I annoyed myself with my changes, and my mind was all over the place. Terence was excellent and professional, and forgiving all the way. He is creative and patient, and wonderful to work with!

“Colin” hides in his fenced off palace when he’s not wanting to pay his contractor what he owes for doing work like the weasel he is. Will scam you any chance he gets.

Been using wrap guys for many years, simply the best. One of the main things I like is that its owner-operator run and Colin is super hands on.

The Wrap Guys did a wonderful job at a recent fundraising event. The design process was seamless and the team was attentive and overall great to work with!

Unfortunately they don't pay their subcontractors who do install work for them. They have multiple open invoices with people who helped them complete jobs. Know who you're doing business with and don't reward criminal behavior like this.

The guys recently wrapped my company vehicle. After our previous experiences with different companies in this industry, I was nervous. The communication from the get go put my mind at ease. I believe Devon who I initially spoke with has more of a design role but he was accommodating to every request I had and was super responsive. From start to finish these guys handled everything so professionally. We worked with our own artist who doesn't normally do vehicles and wrap guys really helped us make sure our custom design would fit perfectly to our van. Wrapguys tand by their work, Colin and Vern gave me tremendous customer service. I have issues with the Graphic designer that was assigned to my job. A few things that I thought could have been handled better but excellent job on the actual application and Colin and Vern made sure it was made right.

My experience with Wrap Guys was excellent from start to finish. When I sent in photos of each side of my new cargo trailer, they had proofs made and emailed for my approval and then were able to do the work within a week. Polite to talk to, quick turn around, and quality work. The trailer looks great! Highly recommended to others looking to get your vehicle or trailers wrapped.

Wrap Guys! What can we say. Everyone we dealt with were fantastic! We was referred to them by a great friend who uses them all the time, from personal to business. (Versa Homes).
We were very fortunate to get this car recently, and in good condition. Still factory paint and trim, but at some point we'll get it painted. That in itself is about $15-20K.
We wanted to keep that body in good condition to preserve it well. This was an awesome alternative to painting.

Colin and his team were awesome to work with. I had a really tight timeframe for a freezer door wrap. It was a gift for my daughter. We literally worked on a design via text while we travelled to Vancouver from kelowna. An hour later it was printed and ready for pick up!

I only needed a couple of square feet of wrap and the owner cut me a piece and wouldn't take any money for it. They also gave me a very reasonable quote on wrapping my car.

Colin and his team did some great work with the "chrome deletion" on my vehicle. On close inspection, I could see that they were very precise, especially around tough areas like the door handles. The vinyl was applied very smoothly and even with no bubbling. Plus, they have a 5 year warranty to back up their effort. The MDX looks awesome. I'm super stoked! THANK YOU. The job took just over 48 hours.
The appointment only had to be booked a week or so in advance.
The design team were keen to make my ideas come to life.

I live in 100 Mile House, BC. I drove my car down to the lower mainland and dropped it off. I spent two nights visiting with friends and family while I was down there. I picked it up and drove home. Friendly staff and an awesome job done. I was confused at times as to who I needed to talk to and where I was supposed to go; a lot of cooks in the kitchen. I also found it annoying that they kept referring to my Challenger as a Charger, even on the paperwork; a pet peeve. But overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and I would do this again. I have recommended them to my friends and family for future wraps.

I would like to give more than 5 stars there guys are amazing. Colin and crew wrapped my jeep in 2017 and it's still holding up wonderfully. I popped in today to see if they could wrap the plastic on my new forearm crutches and they remembered me from over 2 years ago. Even still they remembered my late mum. Today August 9th, 2019 I also wanted to inquire about having my mum's dates added to the tribute I have on the hood of my jeep. They not only made them and put them on TODAY but they also added them for free. Some may see this as small and trivial but to me that was huge. Thank you so much to the three of you, Colin, Cole, and Brendan, that made that happen today, the day before the 2nd anniversary of my mum's passing.

We contacted a few local wrap companies when we began our search. Some never responded. Some the quotes were outrageous! Vernon came out to our shop and was able to answer all our questions, gave us some awesome suggestions and lay out the price for us. We worked with their designer Evan on creating our custom wrap. He was fast with his work, very open to our feedback and always responded to emails, which nowadays seems to be something most businesses lack. For the install, they actually came to us and finalized it in one day. It looks awesome and now we are wrapping 2 more vehicles with our Barbershop logo.
