Did not have a good experience renting a condo from Wynn. Took 1.5 months to correct an installation error of the fridge. They had no appreciation of the challenges faced by tenants in absence of a functional fridge and expressed no motivation to expedite or get an external technician. Kept redirecting the issue to the developer who obviously doesn’t care. Expected the tenant to take responsibility of coordinations with developer and strata. I found it very weird that the Property manager remained nameless, and would never sign his names in emails. Only showed up at the end of tenancy for move out inspection. Scheduling the inspection was a pain as well. During the tenancy they visited the condo about 20+ times for potential buyer viewings and open houses, in the evenings and weekends. But when it was time for move out inspection they became a strictly 9 to 5 mon to fri business. We moved out over the weekend. But had to come back on a weekday for the move our inspection. They also tried to sneakily charge us rent by pushing the inspection by a week when we requested a more convenient time after our work hours. They could have been upfront about charging extra rent when they suggested the alternative date and time for the inspection. But they only disclosed when I asked them about it. Instructions provided via email prior to move out was conflicting to what they really wanted for drywall repair for nail holes. All my other tenancy experiences have been so much better than this. Would not recommend them.

Very happy with service, since we had bad experience with previous Property Mngmt, in the same building, but now Wynn team take the management of our building they respond on time, for our email, calls are answered right away, they listen to tenants problems, they really care about tenants, and they take every comment seriously, this week we had issues I send email, they took prompt action, my fridge was not working, the manager is updating me with what he is doing’s about it.
They did inspection of the unit for all issues
