I come to this salon often. The thrones are super comfy and fun. It is not a serene, peaceful space but not annoyingly busy either.

They go above and beyond to schedule you in and to work with you! They make you feel like your business is absolutely valued and that they enjoy having you there. The services are amazing. I’m only in town a few times a year and I make sure to require all my services in one spot. This spot!

Amazing experience! I had Tessa as my lash tech and she was great:) Beautiful hybrid set and so affordable! Retention was great as well!

Didn’t have lash extensions for a while and will always try out a new place or help out with people learning. Booked with Tessa and loved my result. Everything was clean and professional and she did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life! Definitely a great spot for anyone who wants above and beyond service!

Took rash course recently, Tracey is an amazing instructor! Not only she taught so much about lashes, she also shared lots of business and customer service tips from her own experiences. The 2 day course was very thoughtfully planned, and she even extended her teaching hours to ensure everything was covered. I’m glad I took the course with Tracey! Highly recommend:)

The staff is amazing, salon is beautiful and always very clean, and they offer any service you can think of! Best lashes in town for sure.

I have been getting my lashes done here for the last 6 years or so, and I absolutely love them. I usually go see my main technician, but even when I forget to book ahead, there’s always someone great available who does an amazing job. They’re quick, professional, and have such a good, chill atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have been getting gift certificates for my friends to be able to try them out too!

Hands down the best teeth whitening and pedicure I’ve had in kelowna! Will recommend this Salon to all of my friends and family.

Shekofa is a miracle worker! My toddler ripped off all the extensions on one of my eyes, and most of my real lashes, and she still managed to put extensions on and make me look normal again! Definitely the place to go for an experienced lash tech in the area!

I have been going to xccessorize me for almost a year for pedicures. My experiences have been nothing short of excellence. The atmosphere is of pure class and the service is top notch! Everyone who works there are very professional and love what they do. I am a lifer there now!

Always feel welcome here and staff are always helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend this salon. The IPL treatment really helped my brown spots and acne scarring on face. Drastically improved my skin. Thanks for helping me feel beautiful!

I go to Chenoa to have my gel nails done. I like to try new styles and have artwork done on my nails. She is always up for a challenge and I am always pleased with the results.

I see Jenna for my gel nails, she always does an amazing job. Never any lifting, she is also very personable.

They looked great when i got them done although in the matter of 2 DAYS almost all of the lashes just fell off.so disappointed i payed almost 2 hundred dollars for this horrid experience.i even called them asking for a refund and still havent gotten a call pack.i want to sue them for fraud
