Vidit Pruthi works for Xeva Morgage- I own a rental business in Surrey and Vancouver a former employee Kirandeep Sahota who was terminated due to fraud a year ago was no longer working for me,

Kirandeep created a false job letter from my company, without proper verification or bank statement Vidit sent information to Home Trust Underwriter Gessica approved the mortgage.

I received a call and was informed about the fraudulent activity that took place I called Vidit and left a message no reply I called Gessica from home Trust left message no reply,

I emailed Home Trust and got a reply following day from Gessica that mortgaged was terminated,

I texted Vidit and informed him that information given by his client Kirandeep Sahota was all false and to not be submitted else where,

After he received my text he called me swearing and threatening me, I immediately made a police report and took further action, This man is about filling his own pocket if he was the slightest ashamed he would of apologized and sincerely told me that the false information wouldn’t be submitted, but unfortunately his greedy mind wouldn’t let him until I filled a report, be wise and careful before dealing with Vidit

If I could give Rebecca Casey at Xeva more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process of purchasing a home, and the steps that were necessary to take in order to be approved for a mortgage. Rebecca answered every single question I had, and in a way that helped me to understand, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or insecure with my lack of knowledge. She always followed up phone calls with a very easy to read, nicely laid out email with the tasks I needed to finish for her, I never felt overwhelmed or lost in the process; Rebecca always ensured I understood what was going on, and what the next steps were. She worked so fast when we made an offer on a home, and I couldn't be more grateful to her for all of her hard work and long hours.
