Tasty food, solid service, and nice open modern layout. It is too bad the food is on the pricier side, otherwise the flavors and texture of noodles are fantastic.

Delicious secret-made big bones, cross-bridge rice noodles are also a rich dish, and the soup is really good

There is only one server for the whole restaurant, and she is always on her phone behind the counter. Multiple times I have stood at the door trying to get her attention to get a seat and she does not even look up.

Another instance, when paying at the counter with credit card, the lady pre-selected the tip amount for me and just asked me to tap on the total amount!

Food is good, but beware, the service is awful.

A hidden gem! We recently heard out about this place and decided to check it out and have come back 3 more times.

It's always quiet (during the weekday at least), great for kids and there's lots of variety of soup options. I also find that their prices are very reasonable in relation to their portion sizes.

The first couple times we came, the server was very attentive and we had a very pleasant experience. However the last couple times a different server sat us at a table that hadn't been cleaned, slapped a menu on the table and told us to order online through the QR code. If we were a first-time customer, this definitely would have turned us off so beware if this is your first time.

There is a self-serve station for hot sauce and other condiments at the center of the restaurant

The parking lot looks busy but there is free designated parking in their underground lot.

We’ve been to this restaurant many times throughout the years. The noodle soup is amazing. They’re served in a clay pot that keep it hot throughout the meal. The portion is pretty good too. What I like the most about this place that differs from other noodle houses is that they provide a self serve condiment section that customers can add green onion, parsley, chopped garlic, chili oil and peppercorn oil. So customers can adjust the flavor and spiciness for their noodle. I like garlic, so I would always add a fairly good portion so the smell would last for a few days in my breath. Their bubble tea is surprisingly good too for a non-bubble tea place. The pearl is chewy. They also have a flavor we enjoy so much and haven’t been able to find it elsewhere (long yan and dates milk tea). As there is only one server that also acts as a cashier and the bubble tea maker, don’t expect too much service. I guess the restaurant made it clear of that when they made a QR code menu for you to order from yourself. What they should do next is, buy a robot to deliver the food so they don’t even need a server. Overall we enjoy the place for our noodle fix. But the one thing they should really fix is their washrooms. Let’s just say if you use it before your meal, you might lose your appetite.

The food is very delicious, the best one I tried recently. My family loves the food a lot, the restaurant is also very clean and the service is good too. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here with my friends and family for a while now - and I have to say these noodles have basically become the staple hang out. Decent price, decent food, and very fast service too.

There is a little cupboard where you can get garnish like green onions, garlic, chili pepper oil, as well as cilantro.

They put most of their stone bowls in stone pots, which keeps the noodle farm (this unfortunately also keeps it hot for a while for those sensitive to heat).

Definitely give it a go:)

I love their spicy sour noodle and have it with a bubble tea as the noodle soup is spicy. If you need more noodle, I think they offer one free refill. Don't forget to make your own sauce to jazz up your soup, check out the sauce bar in the middle of the restaurant. Nothing fancy, but the sauce bar offers minced garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, spicy oil and sesame oil.

It was my first time visiting and I had a pleaser experience overall. The staff were friendly but the orders were done through the QR code from your phone.

I ordered the crossing bridge rice noodle and it was like having a personal hotpot! It takes up a lot of space on a table but I think it’s well worth it just for the presentation. The noodle was really tasty and it paired well with bubble tea. They have large portions so I think you can share it between 2 people.

I’ll be visiting again to try other menu items soon!

The server was so nice and very kind and detail to offer our meals. The fat beef noodle set is my favour and you can order extra noodle for $1 and you can share with your kid. Also the noodle you can save a bit portion for mixing with marinated diced pork after finishing your noodle soup; one set for two kinds to eat. Wonderful!

Order extra spicy individual soup with thick noodle. One of the best noodle soups in lower mainland.

Great restaurant! Our favourite restaurant here in Coquitlam. A lot of options, and the food comes quickly. Very delicious.

The food is good but such BAD service. The ordering process is done online through a QR code so the waitress didnt have to do anything except bring the drinks and food. She was grumpy, not even a "Hello" or a smile. Super unfriendly! In the end, I was not happy with the service so I didn't tip. SHE MADE ME TIP! No disclaimer, no "hey our restaurant has a minimum tip amount", NOTHING. She just looked at our bill, mention to me that I didn't tip. I said I didn't want to and she just punched in the 10% tip and gave the machine to me WITHOUT DISCLAIMER. I will not come bad, too bad because the food was actually good.

Environment: Nice aesthetic with good lighting

Price: a bit expensive, around 13$ per noodle, the proportion is bigger when you dine in. The toppings are less to none for take out.

Food: very good rice noodle

Very horrible service! When I asked the waitress for the menu, she didn’t bother to look at me and pointed to the other side and told me to get the menu myself. She never refilled water for us until we asked her several times. When we paid for our bill she was literally asking me to give her tips. How could I give her tips when there’s no service provided at all! I understood this is a difficult time for everyone but it doesn’t me she can give me NO RESPECT. I’m very disappointed to this place because I used to dine in the one in Richmond and the service and food are much better there!

Noodles are great! Online menu and ordering platform works well. 2 star because it was soooo cold inside, we had to leave our jackets on.

The server lied to me and served me pork instead of chicken. Refused to change the order, and the drinks weren’t even full. Worst service ever.

Awesome place to eat rice noodles! The broth is flavourful and they have spicy levels where you can choose and adjust to your own taste.

Please do yourself a favor and come here! I ordered the classic pearl milk tea. The tea was delicious, the pearls tasted fresh. I ordered the shredded potatoes and tomato brisket soup. The soup was unbelievably good, soooo tasty. The wide noodles were really fresh too. I've been craving this soup ever since. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing! The food is so good and so many selections and the portions are big but not enormous, they have add ins that you can add yourself too to customize, 10/10 would go again

Extremely rude waitress. They made a mistake on our order and blamed us. Also tried to charge us for the mistake. One person at our table got her food 30 minutes after everyone else. Unfortunately won't be coming back here.

Everything is great but you fail in bathroom Cleanliness. I did really enjoyed the soup we had, it was very flavourful, the food was delicious! The staff super friendly, I also thought it was really cool you could order from your phone! Very nice touch! Facilities pretty chill cool vibe. I only give it 3 stars because the men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting, it doesn't look like it has been cleaned in years. It actually reminds me of bathrooms in down town parks. I really wish I could give it the other 2 stars because everything else is great.

Bland Taste With a Side of Attitude - used to taste OK before (the previous visit is almost a year ago), but this time the soup is tasteless. Even as I ordered extra spicy, not only is it lacking any spiciness, but prob someone forgot to add salt & MSG.: P

In addition, the sole server there seems to be just angry and grumpy. She gave us tea and then told us to self-order pointing at the QR code on the table. While I am not technology shy, my elderly parents may be. So, while I understand they are trying not sanitise menus, perhaps this is something they should consider depending on who the customers are. Personally, I would be hesitant to use QR code to order at a restaurant. Likely will not go again.

The food was really good. Service, the waiter looked like he hated his life. But he was really helpful explaining how to eat it without me even having to be embarrassed asking.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. First of all, it took 15 minutes to get the waitress' attention and she messed up 2 out of 8 orders. When it was time to pay, she argued that we needed to pay extra tip for a spill that was caused because the tables were uneven and because we were using the big table while the restaurant was completely empty. We argued for a couple minutes and she walked away in frustration. As my friends and I were walking away from the restaurant, the waitress came running out and chased us to as far as the intersection while screaming offensive verbal phrases such as the "F bomb" just because we refused to pay more than a 10% tip for their terrible service. We are NEVER coming back again.

Tips are just a reflection of their quality of service. After messing up 2 orders and making a spill on our tables, the waitress still had the audacity to ask for a 12 % tip. After refusing the pay tip, the waitresses verbally abused me with racial slurs and offensive name calling. I'm never coming back to this corrupt restaurant ever again.

Decent restaurant, ordered the not so fancy lamb noodle, beef rice and the tomato beef noodle, they were adequate, worth the price.

Terrible service absolutely terrible. Food is over priced and servers force you to pay tip and when we say we are not gonna pay tip cause service was bad, they were like creating execuses for us to pay tip no matter what. Terrible service unkind servers, they are all all selfish and is not giving the customers right treatment. Dont go to this place, its a waste of money. The server chased after us saying "F### You! "

Nothing good whatsoever. Went with my mother and right off the bat nobody is there to welcome us. The server dropped off our utensils, only for us to find a dirty spoon with stuff stuck on it. We found it odd that there was a rule on the front saying "When taking photos, only good ones. " We understood pretty quick once our food had arrived because the bowls with our food were also dirty and covered in grease. By now, my appetite had left me and I haven't eaten breakfast yet. They only wiped the edges of our bowls where one could visibly see the grease which we could tell once we ate a bit. The food was okay. However, when we thought our problems were finally over, my mother stops eating because there was a piece of steel wool in her food. By then, we had enough with the place. Such a waste to see the old phõ restaurant replaced by this.

Food was good but not good enough to come back. We ordered 2 dishes. Paid and gave tip but they actually asked for more.a dollar more. Not a big deal, gave the extra dollar but really? Keep in mind that they had stations for self serve water/tea and garnishing/sauces. Gratuity should be based on service but also atmosphere. On top of that there was also no paper towels or dryer in washroom

I have been here before and it was much better the first time. Soup was bland this trip. Service was also not as friendly as before.

The noodles were AWESOME! They were beyond tasty and I would give 100 stars to the cook. However, I have a two to this restaurant just because of this particular waitress. I gave her tips but she kept insisting that I didn’t give enough. I didn’t want to argue with her and ended up paying 4 dollars in tips for a 23$ meal. This restaurant should fire her if they want to get better business or reviews.

Relatively consistent noodle quality. Hot bowl of noodles with veggies and meats. Self serve condiments. Not exactly authentic, but enjoyable regardless.

Word service I've ever received at a restaurant. Waitress misheard my order and gave me two orders when I only ordered one and proceeded to defend herself saying I messed up because she apparently said "you want both medium spicy? " Saying that should've been a big enough indicator for me to correct her. I proceed to apologize for her misunderstanding me as I didn't know what to respond to which she rolled her eyes at me and walked out. I then hear her loudly complain to other coworkers in Mandarin about how dumb I was to not correct her when she never gave a confirmation over what we wanted to order nor have any indication that I wanted two orders other than that statement. After that, the waiters gave no service, never came up to my table to take orders of later arriving parties until we flagged them down, took food away before we were finished without asking, never refilled our tea and water, and continue to talk rudely about my table with coworkers. The food was good but the extremely sassy and rude attitude of the workers who honestly looked like they wanted to be somewhere else ruined the experience for me.

A nice piping hot noodle soup is just what We need here in dreary Vancouver weather. Love the concept of cooking fresh ingredients in a stone bowl of piping hot soup, but this fell short as some of the veggie barely got cooked, such as carrots and cabbage. But the soup was excellent with al dente noodles, especially the assembled and cooked pickled cabbage noodle with fish. Next time I am definitely going for the precooked bowls.

Clean dinning floor with life music provided. Dinning space is big enough. Foods taste not bad. Employees are nice and friendly. Price is normal. Public restrooms available, but sometimes broken. Credit cards accepted. Serve speed is good. Free parking lot available, but limited. Walking distance to skytrain stations, bus station/stops, and Coquitlam Shopping Center.

Delicious broth/soup foods. Their menu has icons for customer and cook-recommended foods, if you're a fits time visitor, those dishes are actually really good picks. Their recommended milk tea was more delicious than I expected.

They have non-spicy dishes that can be made spicy. If you like a little spice, but are a little sensitive (like me) pick mild; if you like it but can't tolerate really hot spice, pick medium; if you love hot spice, have fun, it'll probably be just right for you to enjoy the flavor too. I tried my friend's medium and liked it, but would have preferred a mild.

If you don't eat out at Chinese/East Asian restaurants that often, don't be too surprised about the way some meats are served with the bone still in; it's a cultural difference of cuisine, as far as I can tell. To avoid that, pick a cut of meat (brisket is really good for first-timer), instead of, say, ribs (they're chopped ribs into 1.5inch cuts with bone, you can pull the soft meat off easily with your teeth, for example).
Just saying, it's a really good place that serves good food, and you can follow their menu's recommendations, but if you're not used the way some dishes are served, you could be unpleasantly surprised, and I'm saying don't be.
Expect to spend around 15-20 bucks depending on whether or not you got their delicious milk tea drinks (they have more, btw, some smoothies too)

The atmosphere was nice. I like how they have their own condiments station (Green onion, chili oil, and garlic), however you will need to order extra noodles on the side as it wasn't as filling as our family thought it would be.
