I've had the bunny jelly mango smoothie twice; though I wasn't sure how I felt about the drink the first time, I realized the second time how delicious it was ^^ The bunny jelly is adorable and goes well with the drink + the drink itself is super refreshing!
The price also is pretty nice compared to other bubble tea stores. You can tell that the store does a good job at keeping clean:)

I went here and the store was cute, it was clean and the service was overall. I got a jelly Bunny mango smoothie, and I loved it! I also got a strawberry bobo tea, it was good but less flavorful than I would've liked. Overall a great experience though, would recommend!

Actually good boba in Vancouver! They’re by the metro station in the basement (incase you can’t find it)

Ordered a take out for 30 people. First was told can’t order over the phone. So ordered through Uber eats, the establishment didn’t label the drinks. It was really hard tell who ordered what. The drinks weren’t sealed properly had a few spills. Overall, needs an improvement on big take out orders.

We like the signature drink here and it was the best pearls I've had anywhere including others in the franchise. It felt like finding it was a bit of a nightmare. It feels like you have to go inside the train station to find it.

Drinks aren't as good as most reviewed. The brown sugar pearls were average. If you like softer pearls, try Go Bubble.

Finally have a boba drink again after years. Got myself a brown sugar pearl milk tea. Perfect for summer and it turned out that they give 10% for most of the drinks during summer too!

Pearls were great but unfortunately the brown sugar milk tea was pretty bland. Loved the bunny strawberry smoothie tho, very cute and tasty:)

I have always ordered online from this place. The tapiocas are very fresh and their drinks are super yummy. One of the best boba places in town. The bunny drinks literally has a delicious bunny on top.

Absolutely delish! Found this place on a whim and will definitely be coming back. I had the earl grey and it was amazing.

Definitely my all time favourite bubble tea place. The Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk tea is just heavenly! The pearls are always really fresh and soft which really adds to the experience. If you like bubble tea, I would 10000% recommend this place.

It’s a little hard to find them as they location under ground. But surprisingly good, the milk tea itself has no sugar, but the bobas is sweet. Makes it different with others milk tea places I went to. Fast service too.

Got the signature brown sugar milk tea with fresh milk. Really liked the first 4/5 of it. Boba was good, fresh milk made a difference. The last 1/5 was too frothy and too milky though. Maybe I didn't shake it well enough

One of my favorite bubble tea shops. Great brown sugar pearls, and the service is always consistent.

Drinks are great when you can get them. However, half the menu is unavailable 30-60 minutes before closing. Some staff say around 8/8: 30 every night the “ingredient” mixtures for every single slush drink run out. Other staff has just refuse to make them and say they already washed blenders. Pretty disappointing rushing over after work well before closing and being turned back every time. Maybe schedule the staff until a little after closing so they don't have to start cleaning and turning back customers up to an hour before closing?

Love the selection and staff. Would give 5 stars if the owners would put a tip function on the tap machine. All servers deserve tips.

It is underground. It is hard to find. Kinda poetic thinking about it. As happiness is hard to find.
There is the sign at the subway entrance, so you have to follow your guts that you can find it.
Their drinks live up their name.

Took the brown sugar pearl black tea and loved it! Best pearls I ever tried. The drink was not too sweet surprisingly (since I believe you cannot change the sweetness) and I could still taste the tea. Would recommend trying

The passionfruit yogurt green tea was very good, especially with their handmade strawberry pearls. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Amazing bubble tea. The pearls are fresh and the flavors are amazing. I recommend the brown sugar pearls dalgona coffee. Servixe was great, fast, and friendly. The bunny jello mango smoothie comes with an adorable bunny on top (great for pics and also tasty)

We have been to their other location in LA. Fresh pearls. Delicious, dairy free options. Can’t go wrong with the the brown sugar milk tea, dalgona milk tea, or the strawberry boba with strawberry pearls. Great prices, too!

This cafe is at the bottom floor of the Granville train station in a busy spot in Vancouver. Enter at the Dunsmuir entrance. Not much street parking around.

The greatest advantage of this location is the speed. No matter how many people, you can get your order within 15 mins time and if there is no people in front of you, you can get your order in less than 1 minute. However, because of the location the air quality of the location is not very fresh and the operating hours is not very convenient.

The same great hand made pearls and beverages as the other locations but somehow not quite as good as the other locations. Still one of the top bubble tea places downtown.

I suspect it’s harder to recruit skilled, long-term staff in the downtown core due to the high cost of living and the commute.

One of the best places to buy boba. Hospitality is great, workers are very friendly and approachable. Their brown sugar pearls are to die for, so mouth watering and addicting to chew. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver. The menu is full of drinks for anyone’s liking.

The service was really good. I ordered the signature brown sugar milk tea and I asked if I could adjust the sugar level. They were friendly and patient. The pearls were tasty but I just wasn't a huge fan of the drink. It was too heavy for me, like drinking cream. I would've preferred to be able to taste the tea more.

I can see how the brown sugar pearl milk drink became their flagship drink and what they’ve become known for. BUT, as a fitness junkie who’s very conscious about how much sugar gets consumed every day, I found this drink alone was overly sweet and even thought that this could easily exceed my daily maximum sugar allowance. After you drink most of it, you’ll find that the remaining liquid at the bottom has a thick texture like whipped cream close to being completely hardened. Bubbles were consistently good. I think the milk tea option would be better if you are concerned about your sugar intake.
