It was my first time getting cupping and it was a good experience overall. Melanie is very professional but friendly (without being chatty) so you feel comfortable in her care. My upper back also felt much more relaxed after the treatment.

The clinic is clean and the staff are welcoming. I'm looking forward to trying other treatments.

Angela is absolutely fantastic! I had my first microneedling and she explained every step of the process before and during. She understands my skin and even gave me tips and explanations on possible causes of my skin problems and recommendations. She explained more things to me than my Derma ever did. It has been just over 1 week and Angela was right! My skin looks fantastic after a week and I haven't broken out! Smooth, bright, even toned.just wow! I am very happy! I haven't had good skin since puberty. Definitely worth it and I will for sure come back for more!

Highly recommend acupuncture and cupping with Jean-Sebastien. I spend a lot time sitting for work and have constant neck and shoulder pain. It helps to have these treatments in addition to RMT, chiro, etc. Jean-Sebastien is attentive and works with you to address whatever issue is most pressing during your visit.

Sky is an excellent massage therapist, he is a professional in his field. He helped me get rid of my back pain. Highly recommend.

The place is very noisy. I booked a relaxation massage and I couldn’t relax at all. The rooms are next to the reception, I hear voices, the phone ringing all the time, people coming and going. A mess! When I arrived, I asked for a glass to drink water and the receptionist just told me “we ran out of glass”.

Sky made a good job, the massage was great and thank you for bring water for me (Sky listened when I asked for water for the receptionist).

I really enjoy going to this clinic for my monthly cupping sessions.i also have tried other services provided and the staff are friendly and helpful no matter what.

I had a great first visit at Yaletown Wellness. Sky Tait was my massage therapist. He addressed my issues of back tension and pain and gave me some instructions for stretching at home which I appreciate. They take ICBC claims which was the case for me, very hassle free process. Easy to use booking system! I will be back.

Two stars because the first two appointments were okay. The last was atrocious. I had about 20 acupuncture needles in me. I was in pain, my legs cramping. I called out four times for someone to come help me. No one came and I was frightened. I had to take the needles out myself - and if you have had acupuncture needles that hurt, you know how uncomfortable this is. What does management do? They charge me full price and then, as a solution for my pain and discomfort, they give me a water bottle that reads "my favourite place". Are you kidding me? That's a solution to being in pain and having to pull out bloody needles? A horrific experience overall. I do not recommend this place because of the treatment I received from management.

Adam was outstanding! He managed to fix my issue in 50 mins. I will definitely be going back to him for maintenance and any future issues.

I want to say a big thanks to both Mr Adam and Mr Paul from Yaletown wellness centre they are very professional with high quality service I think Adam and Paul are very good at what their doing Itried other places in Vancouver area but none of them was like this Two good people highly recommended

I’d like to say thank you to Patricia! Such a gentle and incredibly strong therapist! My lower back pain was almost vanished after the very first massage! And it feels like the whole back worked out and became stronger after that appointment! She is great for any type of backs, Patricia helped both my partner and me! And besides that, she is the nicest person ever. Also, talking about the clinic: Great location, clean place, polite staff and a lot of references from other doctors and friends with different requests. 100% recommended!

Sky my masseur was quiet, gentle and effective in alleviating crazy pain due to a pinched nerve.
However the Wellness clinic would be better at creating wellness if massage rooms were sound proofed. Every conversation in the reception area as well as in the other cubicles is audible and discomforting. Silence is a an equal partner in alleviating pain. Until this situation is remedied, I cannot return for the noise of others is not relaxing or healing.

OMGOSH! Yaletown Wellness Centre- a clean and simple setup! Thank you Shane for the best massage I’ve ever had! 100% effectively skilled, educational and professional work. Good communication and good energy. I left feeling more then just content. I feel better, I feel grateful, I feel taken care of and I feel so blessed and lucky to get this experience. I have been going Yaletown Wellness since early this year and can say they are a wonderful clinic. Friendly front desk staff, helpful practitioners, and always feeling good when I leave depending on who I am seeing. I would highly recommend cupping and massage with Jean as he is able to listen and customize your needs!

I have been beyond impressed by the level of service and attention We have received from Shane. Best RMT I have had in years! Me and my mom came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and his technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. We really had a relaxing experience. I was struggling with may liwer back pain due to working out every day fo a few weeks.
Thanks to Adam, he examined me and after he found the issue he fixed it in a 50 minutes session and I feel very good ever since and doing my workout every day. He knows what he’s doing.

Long overdue review as I’ve been going to Dr. Moses to get adjusted/chiro for a few months now just before I had my baby. He is very friendly, personable and professional, taking time to answer questions as well. I immediately feel the difference every time I get adjusted and would highly recommend! All the staff I’ve interacted with at the clinic are pleasant as well.

I had a good session with Sky Tait yesterday April 14,2022. I am in pain today so he did a good job at getting the knots out of my body.

I did a combo treatment with massage by Andy Diaz and cupping with Angela. Both were amazing. Highly recommend this combo!

It was my first time doing acupuncture, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've been doing 3 sessions and I'm really impressed! After my first session, I was very tired and had one bruise. Depending of the area, the insertion of needles is sometimes painfull, but really no big deal. After my 2nd session, my problem literally disappeared, I will continue it to benefit from the treatment. The music is very relaxing. I also had chinese herbs for two weeks. I will come back for any other problems that I might have in the future, as I'm 100% convinced!

I’ve started seeing Leigha for facial acupuncture and have loved the experience and results. Leigha is gentle and personable. Initially I was anxious about trying acupuncture due to a bad experience elsewhere but Leigha was able to ease my mind a bit and explained to me how it works. I noticed improvement in my skin after two visits -my cystic acne around my jawline and chin improved. I will definitely be continuing my treatments. It’s worth every penny.

I had my first cupping with Jean-Sebastien and it was really relaxing. The massage took up the portion of the appointment and then cupping at the end, helped with tension in my shoulders and back. Hope to get back and do some more. Highly recommend!

The best staff in Vancouver. Awesome service in this office. Shane and Moses have been helping me recover from a motor vehicle accident since July and the results are amazing.

This was the best investment I did for myself and I am slowly gaining back my confidence. I had two sessions of microneedling as I had suffered from ice picked acne scars and discoloration in my entire face for years. After just one session, the scars had improved a lot that I use less concealer. On my second treatment, after three weeks, the scars are so much less visible that I can skip concealer and go to work with moisturizer only. Melanie was heaven sent. I've never thought that my skin can look better. It was a miracle!

Friendly staff, flexible with bookings to fit me in and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Can't go without my weekly visit and would definitely recommend them! If you're looking for an RMT, ask for Shane.

I came to Yaletown Wellness for therapeutic massage, I have very common problems developed from sedentary work like neck, sholders, low back pain and some numbmess in arms after sleep. I've got to Shane Beddoes hands. Shane is very attantive, very skillful, using different technics, very professional. He does deep tissue massage, knows right spots which deliver nice relief after massage. I also noticed effect on posture, sholders unfold and I feel much better, numbness in arms is gone. I'm very greatfull for such a good massage, this is wtat I needed. I'm highly recomending his massage!

I decided to give this clinic a shot based on the great reviews I’ve read online and it really did not disappoint. My esthetician Young was extremely professional and so warm and welcoming. I’m someone who normally does not like being touched and had expected this to be a one-time experience solely to prepare for my upcoming wedding. Young did such a great job with my face contouring massage that I’ve already got my second appointment booked. Emily at the front desk was also a pleasure and she made my check-in and check-out process a breeze.

Great location, staff are always friendly, rooms are very clean and they do direct billing as well

If I could give negative point, I would proudly do that.
I called this centre 2 months ago to book appointments for chiropractor and massage therapist
They booked an appointment but the next day, the secretary called me to cancel my appointment as they had forgot to check it with my adjuster

Then after 2 weeks I received an email that shows this wellness Center has confirmed with my adjuster for acupuncture sessions while I had not asked them for any acupuncture treatments

Again I called the secretary to let her know that I want to have chiro and massage treatments

After a month again I called Yaletown Wellness to book my appointment as they did not follow up and as I had a lot of pain I asked them to book for chiropractor at earliest time and they booked me
for the next day; however, when I got there the secretary told me that my appointment is on the following week!

Shame on you that made me to come there with that much pain me at the end did not provide any treatment!

The worst ever wellness Center

I had a massage therapist, Shane. He kept checking on every part of body to make sure everywhere is soft and nice. He found that my gluteal muscle was so hard & made me feel so much better afterwards. Really appreciate it Shane. I already booked my next appt

I absolute love this clinic, I have had massages and treatments done at so many other high-end facilities but the one that I had with Young at Yaletown Wellness was incredible. She is so knowledgable so warm and welcoming and very great at her job. From now on I will only go to yaletown Wellness for all of my needs.

I’ve had a session with Sky for the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder. The session went well. He was professional and treated the spot with series of movements and muscles pressure which felt great. The reason for my 2 stars is the struggle of front desk to process my insurance. There was a lack of knowledge on how to do the claims and mistakes in submitting the invoices to the insurance company within timely manner.

Hi Nick, Thanks for your response. I've found your response very ignorant. I'm very familiar with how my insurance works and I've explained this to your front desk which was lacking knowledge on how two insurance coverage can be used for a same person. Besides that she failed to answer my questions. Obviously you are not aware of mistakes that are happening at your clinic! The front desk did not submit my invoices on time and had to call me several times one month later, asking me if I've paid! After couple of calls and making me going over my bank statements and asking me to send over my bank statement screen shots, she called back again and acknowledged that she has FORGOTTEN to submit invoices to the insurance. She then made new invoices with different dates because she said she should have summit it within a month and sent them to the insurance then. So your long reply has nothing to do with the situation. My reviews was clear: Failing to submit the invoices in timely manner, and yes the front desk did not have enough knowledge of how to proceed insurance claim.

I have the utmost respect for these practitioners and this clinic. I was with Angela, trained in China and very compassionate, experienced and has slot of knowledge. You can see she works from her heart as well.the clinic is gorgeous and spotlessly clean and everyone is so kind and loving and happy. I'm glad I found them

I had the pleasure of seeing Jean-Sebastien, he’s a Chinese medicine doctor there.

I had some massage with cupping and acupuncture done. So relaxing and therapeutic. Jean Sebastien is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

They follow all the COVID guidelines. I felt very safe and could completely relax during my session. I highly recommend it.

I came to this place based on the many great reviews.i came in for a basic facial and unfortunately it was not as relaxing and enjoyable as i was hoping.it started 20mins late, which was fine, i was in no rush.but i think she felt rushed cause i could sense that throughout my treatment.i paid for the customized facial, but she didnt ask very many questions about my skin and she wasn't very informative about what she was doing or using on my skin.the pressure she applied while massaging was very hard and i let her know but she continued with the same pressure, it was painful at some points.she also massaged between my breasts which was very odd and uncomfortable.this was my first facial ever, so i was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place for your basic relaxing facial.

I have now had 3 acupuncture sessions with Jean-Sebastian for shoulder and wrist pain that has been at times unbearable for a year. I can say that after only a few sessions, I definitely notice a dramatic difference. My wrist doesn't bother me anymore which is unreal (!) and my shoulder has been steadily improving with every treatment. I'm impressed with Jean-Sebastian's vast knowledge, and he is very kind and professional. I highly recommend!

I went to Jean Sébastien for acupuncture and Moses for chiropractor services and both were the consulate professionals... Very knowledgeable, great listeners, and pleasant to work with. The acupuncture treatment really helped improved my specific ailment (hip soreness) and relax my state of mind. Always a great experience with Yvonne. She knows the body and gives me feedback about what’s going on and leaves me some practical stretches and exercises to take home.

Front staff is friendly and efficient, so I can squeeze a good massage in between meetings.

Jean Sebastian did an amazing job! I have had cupping done many times in the past and this was one of the top experiences I’ve had with it. He was also able to recommend a follow up plan based on what he noticed from working on my sore shoulder/back. COVID procedures felt very well thought out!

Sungwoon (Shawn) Tjen was very professional and used computer graphics to show and explain the problem with my hand and how acupuncture will work.
