I live less than 2 kms away, right off 5th, they charged me almost $15 for delivery. Try Mandarin House, exact same meal was delivered for $4.

Tried pork balls for the first time ever in our lives even though we ordered garlic spare ribs.like chicken balls but pork, with sprinkles of garlic powder and packs of plum sauce? Excuse me what? Even pre tipped them 40$ to make sure they understood we wanted good food, let’s just say, what we got, we won’t be ordering from there again even though they are just around the corner.

After conviently showing up 2 hours later, the food was cold, there was a hair or two in the wonton soup, the food wontons were raw and the chow mein was raw uncooked aswell.they wouldn’t answer the phone after countless calls back and it was the biggest waste of 50$ ive ever spent.

Took an hour and a half to get here was cold and not very good.almond chicken was so over done the chicken actually looked like the batter. Was sitting in their containers so long even they're soggy. Won't be trying them again.

Best chinese food in nanaimo and the owners are kind, friendly and sweet too:) i love eating out from here!

My wife and I ordered takeout, it was quick and delicious and very hot. Great take out containers, flavour and serving size. Very filling, best spring rolls we’ve had. Look forward to being a regular.

I went there looking for some good Indo-Chinese Food.

Ordered for Chowmin and informed Ms. Phuong the same.

When the order came I was stunned by the portion size they have offered, it's huge.

But the most thrilling part was the taste which made me feel to write the review.

Oh Man! It's best Indo-Chinese I have in Nanaimo till now.

Small portions, over priced, they are doing renovations while serving food i got ill after eating maybe an inspection from VIHA is in order

My order took over 25 minutes to make for a single item the restaurant needs a serious clean and revamp and menus on wall are makeshift and old with items they nolonger sell listed and my chicken tasted like they nuked it from frozen and breaded and fried it

Came here pretty late on a Sunday evening and they were very accommodating to my family. Food was incredibly fresh and tasty. Great portions. The chow mein was excellent and ginger beef was amazing.

If zero stars was an option thats what I would give this place. They can't even answer the phone. Absolutely horrendous service.

Don’t do it. All 3 of us ended up with VERY upset stomachs after eating here. Absolutely everything is overly deep fried, including the sweet and sour pork. The man running the place was quite rude over the phone and told us to go outside while we waited for our order when we went to pick it up, as it was not done at the time he said it would be. Not to mention the parking lot is in such bad shape I almost bottomed my car out.

The prices on the website are more than wrong. When I ordered for many persons, it was 65% more than on the menu of the website. Unfortunatly I didn´t have time to compare and look for another deliverer. My bill was about $150 higher than advertised online. Further the quality didn´t stand for that price.
Please update the website!

The experience here was a bit underwhelming.
First off, the vegetarian fried rice we had ordered for a friend had tons of eggs. Maybe egg is vegetarian according to them?

The food isn't spicy but it's rather on the sweeter side.
We did mention that we wanted to have the rice extra spicy but it wasn't even at the mild levels!

For a quick bite, it's fine but not the best of choices to pick up food from! The portions are good though!

We were very pleased. The special Chow Mein was loaded with delicious additions. Very tasty. The chicken balls were crispy and generously filled. All the portions were a good value. Friendly delivery. Thank you.

Surprisingly, I think this is the best Chinese food in South Nanaimo. It was the only thing open at the time and we went as a last resort, but we're quite happy with their "dinner for 4".
They made it fresh, it took about 25 minutes, and it's really good stuff. The only negative is that the almond chicken is mostly breading, and the spring rolls weren't flavorful; everything else is awesome.

Seriously the best Chinese I’ve ever had! The ginger beef was so good, crispy but not dry. The chicken fried rice was amazing! The spring rolls were so big and delicious! Will not order Chinese food from anywhere else! Highly recommend.

They never have Lemon Chicken, the only item I ever want and they never have it. Very disappointed with Mr. Yang

The prices don't match she refuses to change it I asked for two combos which was almost double the price as the website
