Had my mother's 80th Birthday here. The bonus was that they sold the traditional white bao's with the pink tip here. No the cake was made by a third party. Great food and close to home

Went here for Push cart dim sum but did not get the best experience. Food was mediocre and did not taste fresh. Service for regular order took way too much time. It is very difficult to grab severs' attention to get basic order right. All in all, I'll will not be coming back.

Dim sum is reasonably well cooked. Best dish we ordered was 生炒糯米飯. Price is medium. Dinner wise, the spicy crab with vermicelli was most enjoyable. Certainly would be a good place to visit when craving Cantonese/Hong Kong style seafood restaurant and dim sum.

We were invited for a lunch by our friends. Apparently, they must have been a regular customer there. This seems to be the goto chinese for people in Burnaby, Lougheed and Coquitlam area. But, the food were very good and the place was really big so that you don't have to worry to dine in there.

I ordered a lobster with noodle for take out on Jan 19th for $56.99. When I picked up the food, it was very light comparing the same order in Christmas. When I got home, there were about 10 pieces of lobster with 3 pieces of meat and the rest were the head and claws. Definitely all pieces of lobster weighted much less than 2 pounds when raw. This restaurant is not recommended.

Beef Brisket Noodles are dry, no source.
Steamed chicken legs are cold.
Fired milk cream is cold.
Asked the manager, only reheat chicken legs and mentioned another 2 items as it.

Food is good but customer service is extremely awful. Just ordered from them through Uber. I understand that there might be some reasons why I can't cancel what I order. But I gave them a call just to somehow see if I cancel my order, the guy that I talked to was awful. He didn't even care and just straight up said he can't help me and just hang up the phone. You cannot sense the willingness to help or provide a good customer service from the guy. One of the worst customer service I have in a while in stay in Burquitlam.

The roasted duck was the best one I have had in Vancouver! I also had salted egg york bun and wonton noodles. All was good

This place is ok. Not great, not bad. I usually order stir fried thick noodle and fried rice at Chinese restaurants. Their dishes lack flavor and I don't mean adding more msg. A touch more soy sauce or salt would probably do the trick.

Good food, big dishes and taste excellent. Good place with lots of parking. Service excellent and you can book for karaoke too.

Great food, took awhile to seat us but otherwise great service. The area to the bathroom is untidy and bathroom could be cleaner. But I was there for the food.

I prefer to promote the positives but unfortunately the takeout dinner my husband and I were looking forward to, fell really short of good. Black bean beef with vegetables was mostly veg, large inexpensive chunks of onion and red pepper, with very small thin pieces of beef. House chow mein was bland, 2 chicken pieces, 3 tough squid, a couple of mushrooms, one prawn and a chunk of an unknown white fish The best part was the nice 3 baby bok choy amongst all the blandness. We had 2 other dishes that didn't fair any better. Honestly and sadly, for the prices they charge and what we got, we will not be ordering from this business anytime soon.

One of my go-to places for Peking Duck! Crispy skin and sliced in front of you. Complimentary soup for dinner deals plus dessert, mango pudding/red bean sweet soup. Prices and portions were decent. Lots of parking at the lot. Staff are quite nice. Seating area well spaced apart.

Update: their food is not fresh. Tastes very old. Congee too watery and lack flavour.

Dim sum is very average and very pricey but the other stuff is pretty good (sticky rice, rice noodles)

Prices are higher, due to their expenses being higher. I'm happy that they are enforcing the Vaccine status checks.

The food tastes incredible, and the service is really efficient. Always a great variety of options, and I haven't been disappointed yet. I would highly recommend it. They even now have frozen and refrigerator take home options.

You will have to call waitress 10 times to order food, 10 times for water refill, another 10 times to ask for take out box.
Don’t expect any greeting and make sure you are not in a rush because you will end up spending at least 30 mins to get you served. Good luck.

Most unorganized place I set foot in. Ask for a table for 2 and was brushed off saying they will get back to us, 10mins later same thing happened, they said they will get back to us.

The staff were literally chickens with their heads cut off!

Went for a dinner for 7. Great food at fair pricing as usual with great service. Not as busy as it used to be before Covid. Which is too bad as this restaurant should be packed as it's still one of the better ones in Burquitlam area.

Prices went up more than pre-pandemic (but dish portions are the same). Following all protocols (distances between tables, staff with masks and face shields, no more push carts), so that's good. Adequate dishes but nothing to write home about, so if you have no other options, feel free to visit, but I would probably go elsewhere for a better price point and food.

Decent dim sum and amazing service. The manager on site was super friendly and catered to all our needs. I asked for hot sauce and hoisin sauce and he brought me double.

The pepper fried squid was pretty crispy and battered. The xo radish cake was so good too. Actually everything is amazing. Sui Mai was juicy and filled with prawns.

So much grease and flavour I had dimsum hangover after.

Before Covid this was the only place I knew around here that rolled around the dim sum carts and I loved that because I felt like it added such an authentic and fun aspect. But obviously because of covid they cannot do that anymore. Nonetheless the quality of the dim sum is fresh and delicious and the staff is super friendly

I'm okay with the food and prices but attitudes stops me going there specially from a lady. I live only a block away from this Restaurant, but some one attitude force me go down town for a decent attitude.

My first time trying dim sum. I don't have that much to compare with but it was recommended by a friend. Clean and medium-quality food.

Dim sum was sooo good, the dumplings were quality and tasted fresh. Wonton soup was also very delicious, I'm very glad to have come here and will be back when I'm craving it. Service is also friendly and prompt!

I like the place. Food and price is good and reasonable. They push the food carts old school style which makes it easy to order what you want.

We made reservation the day before for a special dinner. Still had to wait a while until we were finally seated (acceptable).

We called the waiter (I think he's the manager) and started to order. I ordered one item, then he interrupted and started to explain about the daily special that cost approx $260 (acceptable).

We politely declined the offer, explaining we would like to order multiple dishes of varying ingredient. Then I continued to order items only to realize that he walked away right after we declined his suggestion and started to take orders from another table. (I was talking and he literally just walked away. Found this very offensive) This kinda ruined our dinner atmosphere and we were at the verge of leaving.

He avoided our attempt to make eye contact, and only returned after entering orders from other table, and making few more trips to other places. I explained that we made a reservation for a very special dinner and he just walked away on us while we were ordering. His response was "you didn't see, but he called me. " All we wanted was a "sorry" but he made excuses and rushed us with " yeah yeah so u want (our first order) ? " He sounded annoyed too.

He left with our order. Later came our food, and we were half-way eating one of our dish when the waitress found one of the order was delivered wrong (same item with varying ingredient) and took away what we were eating and gave us our actual dish (again. Not even a explanation or apology).

The waiter came around near the middle of our dinner and refilled our teas and asked if anything else was needed. (I would like to think that this was his way of apologizing)

With my multiple experiences with this restaurant, I find that the food quality is consistent, but the service needs big improvement. The only person that kinda smiled at us was a younger female cashier. Everyone else had very unpleasant facial expression.
You also feel like an outcast. I feel like he prioritizes Chinese customers over any other ethnicity. You feel like an outcast as a non-Chinese person.
I would like to believe out of a good heart that there is a cultural difference that led to this experience.
For that reason we tipped reasonably 12%.
Will not be returning.

P.s. Forgot to mention that I found a black short hair in our food shortly after it was delivered (none of us has that colour or length of hair), which I quietly hid away because I knew that disclosing this in front of my group would've cause an outburst and a destruction of dinner.

This place still serve with the steaming trolley! Make sure you get there before 11 or else you'll have to wait for a bit! Pretty decent quality for their dim sum!

Have been coming to this restaurant for a number of years now, and can honestly say they are one of the best in town! Fantastic service by all the friendly staff and the King crab dinner was amazing! Managers were quite personable and attentive to everyone in the restaurant.

It's definitely one of the best in town.because it's pretty much the ONLY ONE in that area. If you really want real Chinese dim sum or food, go Richmond or Vancouver. One star pretty much says it all. Good luck if you go there!:)

This is for all the people who said the food taste bad. You was not wrong. Tasteless tasteless tasteless omg the worst I've ever had

Old school charm in this unassuming restuarant. Very reminiscent of Hong kong restaurants. Although the decor is quite dated, the food is prepared well. A lot of places run into being over sauced or over salty, i enjoyed the food.

Ordered through skip and I have never been so disappointed with chicken curry or even their hot and sour soup. I’ve never had anything tasted so bland.

Horrible experience. House noodle chow mein is not what you think it is. Far from special. Chow mein is stirfry noodle, this is crispy noodle with bland gravy on top and rubbery large chunks of squid. When we questioned the noodle, the male server answered with a determined attitude of defiant. The rice roll with chinese donut that we ordered from the menu was also so thick, not airy. Awful. Never order from the menu if you are not sure what it is. Just look at the carts and take what you see and like. Waitresses are rude with minimum english. Stubborn. Our only compliment is for the young female waitress with the food cart. She was sweet and friendly.

Go there for DimSum lunch. Tasty food and fairly large dinning area. Reasonable prices. Will return.

Hk style cuisine. Quiet and tiny restaurant in the complex. Food was good and menu has variety of hk style food.

Good food. One of the few places that still serves dim sum by cart. Staff are friendly and the portions are generous. Parking may be tricky, but we came around 11am found a parking spot easily and only waited 5 minutes for a table.

The best chinese restaurant in this area. Believe me, i've tried looking. If you want better, you'll have to go into vancouver proper.

This last time we ordered takeout i was very disappointed in my jumbo prawns chop suey. 95% broccoli, supposed to be mixed veggies and JUMBO SHRIMP, very disappointed.messaged the restaurant but no one contacted me

This is traditional Chinese dim sum with push carts! Everyone needs to try this. The food is great and staff are very Chinese, pushing dim sum in your face! It's great! That's why we come!

Some of the staff are excellent while others are straight up mean.
