The staff was really nice and helpful. The park could not be closer! We were able to do the tour of the park and relax a little bit thanks to the e-bikes, highly recommend!

What a great company to deal with! We did not book in advance, just walked in on the day. The friendly staff ensured that the entire rental process was easy and efficient. They helped with selecting our cruiser bikes and provided a clear and helpful map of cycling lanes. Helmets, baskets and locks were included in the price. The bikes were comfortable and well maintained. The full day rental option was the cheapest for us as we planned to cycle the seawall, as well as around False Creek to just past the Maritime Museum near Kitsilano. What a great experience! I can honestly say that their customer service is amazing and their prices are the best in town. I pre reserved 6 e-scooters for Saturday night 7: 30-9: 30pm to take family from out of town through Stanley Park. They were late getting back from Whistler, and we were over an hour late for our booking - we almost never went. Well, I am so glad we did! We had a blast! The gentleman helping us was so kind and unconcerned that we were late. He charged us for an hour, and let us keep the scooters until 15 minutes before closing! I was so impressed! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We had the BEST time! E-scooting through Stanley Park was the best. The seawall/bike path wasn’t as busy as daytime, and I loved that I could always see my party in their fluorescent yellow helmets! The young ones were so impressed, after spending Sunday on Robson St.shopping, they went back to Yes and rented again! I highly, highly recommend renting from Yes! Thanks for the amazing service!

On the day we rent the scooter, there happens to be a special event taking place, and the best part is, they're offering a very reasonable price for the rental!

Me and my cousins rented e scooters from Cycle Denman and I must say that it was an amazing decision. We did a whole beach side tour of Stanley park on e scooters and it felt amazing. It’s a must try for everyone, very easy to learn and the staff there gives a good lesson for starters.

We booked the full day Vancouver tour and it was really nice. Sidartha was an amazing guide and he adapted the tour according to our needs. We only had one full day in Vancouver and I think this was a very good way to spend the day.

Gears not working on my bike and brakes very noisy on my wife's, was given a 10% discount but would have preferred a proper working bike

Le service est rapide et tout le processus de location se fait directement sur place. Leurs materiels est totalement au point et les prix sont très competitifs. Great service and a great team. We rented the SEGWAY battery scooters and they all went really well. The service is fast and the entire rental process is done directly on site. Their materials are totally up to date and the prices are very competitive. We even went back twice rather than once because we had a lot of fun

Out of all the nearby bike rental shops, this seemed to be the best one in terms of balance of quality and price. After my experience with them, I can say that Yes Cycle definitely checks all the boxes of you might be looking for. It’s located right by Stanley Park, it has a variety of different kinds of bicycles and e-bikes, and the prices are reasonable. After the first hour, the remaining time is prorated based on how much time you actually spent which was nice. All of the staff was really nice and helpful as well. Most importantly, the bikes were reliable as we used them for an hour and a half throughout Stanley Park’s bike paths with no issues at all.

What an amazing service! Seamless pick up and drop off, amazing equipment (we got an electric scooter and electric bike), very affordable prices, I cannot recommend them enough! We had a lovely time discovering Stanley Park without even breaking a sweat!

So happy I booked an e-bike, much more relaxing to cruise around Stanley Park and get a little extra speed when you just need to get where you’re headed.

Friendly and helpful. Adjusted the bike to my liking and suggested a very good place to park. After my first visit I went back there to when I needed a bike, unfortunately they were all out. Make sure to reserve in advance!

Bikes where very loud, almost broke and where not fun to ride because when we pedaled, we got very tired and would not recommend

Rented bikes at Yes Cycle on Denman which is perfectly located just a minute from Stanley park. Bikes were in perfect condition and their employee (August) was extremely helpful in having us pick the proper bikes and telling us about the best cycling areas. Would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience to rent an e-scooter. Easy booking by the hour online, friendly service and the Denman location is right by a Stanley Park entrance so you can really maximize an hour and scoot around the entire park along the seawall perimeter, with additional minutes to take a break to stop and enjoy the breathtaking scenes. Highly recommend.

Online renting service was very easy, staff were great, very attentive. Bikes were in good condition, toddler seat was also available, in good condition. Price was also affordable. I lile the highlight yellow helmet. I'm a slow rider, and it was easy to find my husband with his yellow helmet.

We rented a hybrid and an e-bike. It was a great experience with no issues. Rental was done via a form on the web and they go and get the bikes ready for you. This is a great location for going to Stanley park and biking around the sea front and seeing the lagoon.

With many different bike rentals to choose from, YES Cycle was 110% the right decision. From the easy rental system online to the family like customer service provided by the staff, this place made our ride super easy and convenient. First time renting from Yes Cycle. We booked online but had a question regarding the agreement as it asked us a question regarding a safety check prior to us physically seeing the bikes. We called the shop and the staff working that evening was able to ease our concern regarding signing off on it. We looked over the bikes prior to leaving the shop.

We booked e-bikes for 3-5 hours and our countdown didn't start until we left the shop. August (staff) was great, and let us know that all bill adjustments will be made when we return the bikes, which meant that if we returned them under 3 hours, we would not have had to pay the rental for 3-5 hours. We were booked for 10AM but didn't leave the shop until 11AM (we arrived late due to traffic but notified the shop, no issue). She ensured that we were only charged for the actual time that we used the bikes.

We had a great experience dealing with Yes Cycle. The e-bikes were in good condition. August provided some instructions on how to use them. We enjoyed our time riding around the Stanley Park seawall.

Best place in Vancouver to rent bikes, I have never had issues with them. Quick, easy, and careful service by employees. No other location close to Stanley Park does as good of a job as these guys.

Not Bad bikes for a good price.convenient location. But the man working did not let me use a coupon because it wasn't printed out. No code or anything just a picture. It was the right coupon it was just on my phone because most places are okay with it. Just seems like a massive inconvenience and waste of paper in my opinion.

We had an amazing experience with Yes Cycle. We booked online late in the evening the day before, and had no issues picking up the bikes, early the next morning. The team were very helpful and professional. The store location was fantastic and very close to the Stanley Seawall path.

We rented the e-bikes which also were of great quality, and best price compared to other rental stores. They also offer helmets, bike baskets and locks at no additional costs. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and experience. We hope to see you guys next time we're in town.

August, the lady who attended to us, was simply the best. Very kind and accommodating. We rented 4 bikes, helmet, basket and locks are all included in the advertised price, no extra charge. Will definitely go back next summer.

Bought a used bike off them, bike was having problems went to talk to a employee he's was being very rude & aggressive, told him I would be giving him a zero star review he than followed me down the road with more aggressive threats please avoid him & this business

Long story short: Bad experience, not comfortable bikes, and extra charges. Not Recommended.
Detail: We rent two bikes and a trail from Yes Cycle, this past Sunday. I am not sure if he gave me their worst bikes, or all of their bike are same. The seat was not comfortable at all, after 15 min I realized I can't seat on it for a long time, also mine because of the trail was not easy to control, my little son was sitting on the trail but it looked like I have a very heavy load attached to my bike.in the middle of the road instead of enjoying, I was just thinking of the shortcut to get back and end it. Finally we came back to the store, after an hour and 15 minuets, and they charged me for 3 hours, this is a rip off. They have 1 hour (you pay for 1 hour), 1-3 hours (you pay for 3 hours). I just saw in the same street there are other Bike Rentals, and they charge by hour or by half an hour.

We rented 5 bikes here with 4 young children. The service was fantastic, catered to our needs, and were very friendly. I highly recommend this place for a bike ride in Stanley Park!

We rented to e-bikes as we wanted to enjoy Stanley park without the pedaling effort. The prices were reasonable; we had a small incident where the bike chain snapped and we called Iman from the bike shop and he found our whatsapp location and came to us immediately to give us a new bike and take the one that needed the repair. In this day and age, good customer service is very hard to find so I'll definitely be coming back and will be recommending this place to others visiting Vancouver

The staff at Yes Cycle was very friendly and I was able to rent a trailer bike as a standalone as opposed to other stores in the area. Even though they were rather busy on a sunny long weekend and understaffed, you definitely can tell they are still making a good effort so everyone is attended to. Will definitely return again for any bike rental needs if I'm in the area.

We had a great experience renting bikes from Yes Bicycles. We rented four bikes for the family, and took a quick tour around Stanley Park. The staff was friendly, made sure our bikes were sized properly, gave us a tutorial on how to use the locks and helmets, and sent us on our way.

Shame on your for even being open and putting your entire community and bike community at risk. Businesses are closing to help others who are at risk. Clearly money is more important to you than your community who pay your bills!

Please please change your procedures for your future customers.register your bikes (for free) with the police.there is no reason why you should not be taking these precautions.get insurance.if not, tell the customer, there’s no insurance.don't assume we will read through pages of terms and conditions.or offer the insurance as a separate item, let us decide if we would like to take the risks.also tell your tourist customers that it is required by law to wear helmets in Vancouver.don’t assume we will read the laws / terms of conditions.make it as easy as possible for the customers.you should protect yourself and us and take the due diligence of ensuring we are properly informed and equipped to handle common local situations.there is a degree of care you should be taking if you are going to offer vehicles for rent that go onto public roads. That can be stolen and can hurt others.

I rented a bike to tour Stanley Park for a few hours last week. Iman was incredibly helpful! It was a wet day with melting snow, so he recommended a bike with guards on the tires, which kept me dry. He also told me about potential path closures and the sunset timing. The pricing was affordable for a lock + bike + helmet, and my bike was in tip top shape with gearing and brakes. I highly recommend this place, thanks again Iman!
