I came in for an alteration to my dog's Cowichan sweater so it could be used with a harness. He suggested a better solution than I wouldn't have considered which worked out great. Highly recommended.

PLEASE BE AWARE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went there to get 4 custom pillows made with fabric I bought. He told me that he could make 3 maybe 4 pillow cases. I told them that was ok and make how many he can with the fabric I gave him. I came back the following week and there was nothing started. He told me that he wasn’t sure if he should make 2 only? I was confused because I told him to make how many he can. I then asked him why he didn’t call me.when I asked him to repeat my phone # he couldn’t read his own writing on paper. NOT only he wasted my time now I get give these as a gift to family. There was no apology or anything after. Both owner and wife were smirking and laughing! I’m absolutely disgusted and will never return again!
