I recently went for a massage with Emily to help with body pain and stress headaches. I've been to a few rmts now, and I'm beyond thrilled to have found her! She went through everything before we began, making me feel so comfortable in her practice. Her space is clean, calming and welcoming. Highly recommend her to anyone! I will be back.

I'm so glad Emily has brought her practice to Kelowna, she really has the magic touch! Her client focused approach as well as the energy and intention that she puts into every stroke make all the difference. Emily is knowledgeable, talented, and friendly. She communicates effectively, ensuring that pressure and technique are working for her client. Despite being downtown, parking was easy, and the office is professional, clean, and relaxing. Emily’s office is a very relaxing and peaceful environment. She is a lovely, hardworking professional that helped me through a very long lasting neck and shoulder injury. She is very thorough with documenting your current concerns and reviews your past history to see if there has been improvement. She always gives great post treatment advice and exercises to do at home. She is also very flexible with her schedule and notified me on multiple occasions if she opened up more time slots. If you are looking for a massage therapist, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Emily.

Emily is truly an incredible massage therapist. She goes over and above to make sure you’re comfortable and feeling well throughout the massage. The whole atmosphere of her room feels like a spa with the relaxing colors & decor. She even went to the effort of getting a bed that can recline up to a more seated position. All the little things add up and create such a nice environment. On top of it, she’s a really kind person who genuinely cares about her patients. She was so helpful with my pain, I always felt better after going. She really helped me get through my pregnancy and I can’t thank her enough. Best wishes in Kelowna, you’ll do great there!

Emily at York Health & Wellness is amazing! She has built such a wonderful practice that is warm, welcoming, calming and comfortable. She takes time to discuss concerns at the start of every session and is responsive to feedback during treatment. She is incredibly passionate about health and fitness, and is so encouraging. I've enjoyed getting to know Emily and am sad I'll have to find a nw RMT now that she's moving to Kelowna!
