Very professional and friendly team effort at Young street dental. I would highly recommend them they have excellent client service.

The practice has sold to a corporation. The dentist Dr. Omar is excellent. The dentist does not hire the staff, the corporation does. The front desk staff are incompetent and disinterested. My crown sat in a drawer for weeks as I couldn't get through on the phone and finally had to drive there and personally ask after 7 weeks why my crown was not there. I had a fully exposed molar ground down waiting for the completion. I had to change dentists as I lost confidence in this practice. As expected I ended up with a raging infection requiring root canals, and finally now needing another crown less than two years later as there is decay under the crown. My new dentist is a private practice and excellent. I have two appointments for next month to deal with fixing this same molar. A couple thousand more dollars.

Dr Wisam and his amazing staff were incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I truly appreciated. Taylor and Darlene, the receptionists were so welcoming and answered all my questions regarding my insurance plans and went above and beyond accommodating my schedule.

Dr. Wisam is an excellent dentist. He takes the time to explain every procedure. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

Just had my broken wisdom tooth pulled. I, like a lot of people, absolutely dread visiting the dentist especially when you know you have to have an "extraction. " The fear of needles and pain create a psychological nightmare. However, it has to be done. Dr. Fremit was very informative during the entire process. I didn't feel the needle. During the actual extraction I thought he was just moving around in my mouth. I didn't even realize he was actually pulling the tooth until he said.that's it.all done. Wow, fantastic. Can't recommend him enough. I'm writing this the next day and my mouth feels fantastic. Don't miss that broken tooth or the constant pain from the abscess at all. Thanks Doc. Job very well done.

Mixed review. Super happy to find Dr.fremit, he seems great from our initial visit unfortunately the receptionist (taylor) refuses to book us back in via email which is the communication method available to us during the day. Not interested in playing phone tag when email is a significantly more efficient use of everyone's time. Email also leaves a paper trail to easily refernece dates and important notes. This is 2021.
UPDATE*** We've sent 3 emails, none of which have been answered. I also made time to call twice but neither call was answered. We've decided to chose another dental clinic due to the poor communication from their receptionist taylor who btw was really rude to an elderly man who showed up for his appointment only to find out that he had the date wrong. We really liked Dr. Fremit so it's unfortunate.

Dr. Fremit is great. I’d give 5 stars but Reception loses marks. Judging by other recent reviews I am not alone.

They rarely answer the phone. Their voicemail message says they WILL return your call (they say that twice), but they do not. So you have to call several times until you finally catch a live voice to make an appointment.

It wasn’t always this way and I did notice a change in staff at my last visit. It’s a shame because Dr. Fremit is a very capable and personable dentist. Hopefully he will address it, as I expect he may lose patients if he doesn’t.

Judy is absolutely the best hygienist!
I was an ex smoker and she took her time making sure I can get back my smile, Judy is a perfectionist and I can't say enough how thankful I am, Thank you Judy!
