Wonderful experience. I've never been there before, but I truly like the place and the service. The costs are affordable. A young Indian girl who was working at the rear assisted me in locating my stuff although the store was very busy during that time.
Awful experience here. From the minute I walked in the door I felt a sense of entitlement from the older cashier working the front desk. I was placing a large balloon order for multiple days for my girls birthdays. She spoke in a rude manner the entire transaction, made sly remarks, and belittled me the entire time. I bit my tongue, as I really just needed the balloon order filled, but we were nearly at the end of the transaction and she was just being absolutely disrespectful. I finally had enough of being spoke to in this manner, I raised my voice and told her I did not appreciate being spoke to like a pile of s***. Long story short, I took my balloon order and left. The manager was nice enough when he came to the front after I asked for him to be called but did not really say anything. He offered to fill one Mylar balloon for me but I did not need one balloon filled, and none the less for that day. It seems after reading this, there are a few reviews speaking of the same woman. Perhaps it’s time for a new cashier.
I needed 1 thing, and I was denied entry because I had a backpack on by a very cranky and rude cashier. First such encounter in the 3+ years ive gone here, and frankly I am appalled. Leaving my backpack out of my view for a purchase aint worth it if the purchase value is less than the backpack's contents. Not coming here again, with this service I wouldnt recommend it either.
Lots of great items. A great place to get craft supplies, school supplies, party supplies and seasonal products. A little bit cramped.prices are decent.
I love this place, they have a large selection of art and crafting supplies, also a big choice of party decorations. Beside that there are lots of other good finds for home and garden also toys and hygiene products. Great for any age
I’ve given this place 3 strikes and I’m out. All 3 times because of the horrendous Behavior of Toni. She is cranky as soon as you walk through the doors she barked at me to leave my backpack at the front. It’s a diaper bag! I have 3 kids with me. It’s hectic yes but it’s a dollar store… with stuff for kids. She hassled me about a return I was making. Then allowed me to exchange but she yelped that “ew it’s all wet”. Yes it’s a plastic toy and I just walked through the rain. Then rather than suspend transaction or hop on another til she explained to everyone that it was my fault for holding up the line. I asked if she could throw out my coffee cup and she said no. She yelled at my 4 year old for touching seed packets.
She is just mean and cranky. The selection is good and everything is more expensive. Every thing from there breaks however but it’s a dollar store (well more like $4.50) store. I won’t shop here anymore. If I want to be yelled at I’ll just stay home
My son loves this place. The staff are friendly and very helpful and don't mind the million questions my son has. Thank you for understanding autistic children. You guys are awesome.
Always such a pleasure to wander the store for bits and pieces. So many little interesting things. Always come out with more than I ever plan to buy. Staff there are so helpful and kind. Best Dollar Store I have been to.
Owner is very poor with customer service and complaints. Called headquarters to complain/advise them about the situation, all I received was that him and the owner are good friends, and he’s a great person. As a business, dealing with complaints you should not be biased. When I voiced that he was being biased, I got told I was being rude and does not want to talk to me. This is a business, professional relationships amongst coworkers/staff needs to be in place. I will not tolerate business that do not run by the rules of the law.
Great dollarstore. So many different items, not just a dollar though but lots of decor items, frames, and other items at great prices. Staff is nice and you can return items.
Would hardly call this a Dollar Store. Less than 10% of the goods are a dollar. Most items in the $2-$5 range. More of a specialty trinket store. Don' think I'll be back.
Anyone giving five stars must have never went to any other dollar store. I find it appalling that this dollar store buys its product from an actual dollarstore and marks up their prices. Books that cost 1$ at a regular dollar store are marked up to 2$. Most things are bought from othet stores then marked up. Not cool in my books. I walked right out when I realized this.
