Your Dollar Store With More

Best dollor store in the city! This place has the best range of items available, if you would want it from a dollor store they vary likely have it. I love that with such a big location they keep off season stuff available beacuse I find alot of things I want that other store only have once a year. Right by newwest Station its perfect to run into for whatever you may need.

Oct 1,2023 around 12 noon. I went in looking for a soap dish, which I found on the topmost shelf of a rack. I asked for help reaching it but in the meantime, my husband was trying to reach it with a long-handled brush. The employee I approached started berating us at the top of her voice saying that it was unsafe and that they would be responsible if we got hurt. She had a point but she could have been nicer about it. She wouldn’t stop yelling at us even after we said we understood what she was saying. She then pointed at the display where the soap dish was at a more accessible location and even as we apologized, she continued yelling at us, with her voice growing louder and louder in front of the other customers. We felt like she was treating us as if she had caught us stealing and it was embarrassing, especially since we are professionals and not used to being treated in this manner by a sales employee. I thought that sales associates are supposed to be courteous and respectful to customers. I ended up not buying the item. It’s a shame since I will be moving close to the store and surely would have been a frequent customer. Now, because of that employee’s behaviour, I will not go back there and you have lost a potential source of revenue. By the way, if there were zero or negative stars, that is how I would rate this transaction

Loved this super fun store. I got all excited when I get in as it has loads of teeny tiny items I have been looking for.

This should be called the 10 dollar store, nothing here is a dollar or even 2 dollars, most items $4-$5 even phone charging cable is for $10

I bought 2 and 3 dollar magnets and 3 dollar keychains… no place to park in front of the store or the sides… but not a bad store if you need some urgent items…

They accused me of stealing because I’m Hispanic and they banned me from going there and I didn’t steal they wrongly accused me of stealing

Super fun store! Lots of neat housewares. Not really a dollar store. But what can you get for a dollar these days anyways?
